08/05/2026: This review concerns the Brioche Dorée on level 2. On a Saturday afternoon around 5 pm, the few remaining sandwiches were a sorry sight: completely dried-out cheese, the same for the ham, hardened tuna mayonnaise... It was as if they weren't kept refrigerated. So we opted for just a sweet snack (a cookie and a donut). The waitress was very polite and friendly. However, the atmosphere in the dining area left much to be desired. The tables were dirty, the banquettes had torn leather, and the chairs were wobbly. In short, we ate and didn't linger. And there were no restrooms even though we were eating in (how are we supposed to wash our hands before eating?). Given the choice, we'll go somewhere else next time, as there are plenty of places to eat in Part-Dieu!

28/04/2026: I took two bread rolls, chocolate croissants and croissants while waiting for my hot chocolate, I told her I was eating here, she didn't even put them on a tray, she put them on the counter with the napkins which she ended up putting on the tray of the person who was behind me, lol, plus the super unpleasant lady who was talking rudely next to me.

25/04/2026: I'm usually happy with the franchise. Tonight, I wanted to order by phone to save time and have my order ready when I arrive, as I have a long drive. Once I'd placed the order, I heard the person say to their colleague, "I don't think she'll be coming." EXCUSE ME?! 1: I was very polite; there was absolutely no reason to believe the call wasn't serious. 2: This is completely unprofessional; it's disrespectful. I was asked to order online and pay beforehand (probably because the person thought I wouldn't come for no reason). I said I couldn't and wanted to pay in cash. They then told me they wouldn't take my order over the phone, only when I arrived. The whole point of calling is to save time and have my order ready when I get there. It's totally absurd. So, I ended up eating Domino's. Have a good evening.

11/04/2026: I've never liked pizza, but Pizza Hut changed my mind. I highly recommend it; their pizza is excellent, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are lovely.

16/04/2026: While in Lyon, I went to this restaurant. We were there as a family and ordered three main courses and a children's menu! The "mixed grill" was actually a meatball cooked in sauce. A tiny cutlet. A mini undercooked chicken skewer and an undercooked merguez sausage—that's the famous "mixed grill." The veal chop was a joke; I think it was sliced ​​three times thin. It was all served with a small handful of cold fries, a minuscule handful of salad with a slice of tomato and an olive. The sea bream was undercooked. The children's menu arrived after we had finished our meals: a handful of fries thrown onto a plate with five nuggets thrown on top. The presentation was completely unprofessional, especially considering this used to be a kebab shop and now only serves food. For an à la carte restaurant, I think they're taking the mickey! €72.60—what a waste! You might as well go to McDonald's or get a kebab.

13/04/2026: What can I say… A disgrace to North African cuisine, shame on you for serving such expensive and disgusting dishes. I much prefer going to Mess, which truly respects the traditions and dishes of our countries. I have never been so disappointed by such a bland chorba, and as for the rest of the dishes, no comment. Avoid at all costs.

01/03/2026: If you want to be stared at and have your change messed up (although I understand that 10 - 8 can be tricky for some people, hence the 70 cents change), I recommend this place! I should mention that I was served this morning (Sunday, March 1st) by a middle-aged man at the till. Let's hope the spices I bought were at least worth it 🤞 Otherwise, it's a nice shop.

01/07/2025: Jolivet Bakery offers a good selection of breads and pastries, using fresh ingredients and excellent craftsmanship. The bread is nice and crisp, and the pastries are decent, although some could be lighter or more original. The service is friendly, but sometimes a little slow when it's busy. The location is pleasant, but could be a little warmer to make the experience more welcoming. Overall, a reliable bakery where you can find quality classics, even if you're not yet a firm favorite. Perfect for a quick stop or an everyday purchase.

01/05/2026: Worst McDonald's in France, I absolutely do not recommend it. We waited an hour and a half to be served even though there was no one else waiting. What's more, we asked to use the restroom and they were out of order, so we waited outside in the cold. They weren't even closed, so they just wouldn't let us in. And all that just to be served a "meal" that wasn't even good and was cold. And yet, they only closed much later than when we went. Going to Burger King is much better. Mmmh, Burger King.

18/04/2026: I bought a tuna sandwich an hour after vomiting. I ended up with a nasty stomach bug. The saleswomen's service was appalling; they had no business being there. It was a first, and a last, and I'll never go back.

08/04/2026: I am truly disgusted and sickened by this first experience in this place, particularly by the behavior of one employee (the redhead) which borders on the ridiculous and provocative, with an aggressive tone and inappropriate words, and who has failed in her vocation as a jailer.

11/05/2026: Honestly, a zero! I was working nearby that day and wanted to go to McDonald's, after not having been there in ages! Only 3 out of 6 self-service kiosks were working at 12:45 PM (so right in the middle of the rush, with all the students). So, I already had a 10-minute wait just to order. I waited for my order until 1:15 PM, even though I had to leave at 1:15 PM after I'd eaten. And yet, it was a SIMPLE order: a Filet-O-Fish meal (so nothing special), with medium fries (also simple), and an Oasis! I asked the cashier to cancel my order, and she told me it would be here soon. Finally, after PERSISTENCE, I got my order at 1:21 PM (remember, I had to leave at 1:15 PM after I'd eaten). In the end, during the trip, my Oasis spilled in my bag because it wasn't properly closed. So, I wasted 45 minutes at McDonald's without even getting to eat (plus, the soggy Oasis order was a real time-waster). Anyway, never again McDonald's!
