15/08/2024: I go there several times a week with my colleagues, the girls are very nice. The Kouign Amann and the Black Latte are just to die for.

29/07/2024: One of the best bakeries in the region. We love croissants and pain au chocolat. The price is good too, the seller is kind and helpful.

25/05/2024: Deplorable welcome!!! A woman doesn't even take the time to give us the timetable even though we tell her that we don't know the ice rink and that we have driven 2 hours with 3 children. We take the ticket at 11:21 a.m. and the ice rink closes at 12 p.m. and she doesn't tell us!!!! What use is she in a RECEPTION if she can't even give reception information!!! And what's more, I ask her for skates, she tells me that they don't exist and at the skates the ladies tell me that of course they do exist! Incompetent, mean, unwelcoming, unpleasant and so on. Has nothing to do in a public reception where people come to have fun! Fortunately we found a very understandable employee who listened to us. (Hence the 2 stars otherwise 0) In short, pay attention to the reception, ask for all the information because apart from "collecting" it is useless (that's what she told me when I went to ask her for accounts)

30/04/2024: Very nice to spend time with family. I recommend the ice hockey matches. Small downside for the speakers (too bad for the atmosphere during matches)

08/05/2024: Dining at Merle is a very Lyon experience, especially its "les halles" atmosphere. The Soupe de Poissons, croûtons et rouille and the Escargots de Bourgogne extra gros, can only be experienced with that quality at Merle. The impeccable carriage and the exclusive atmosphere make a night in Lyon an unforgettable night, visiting a must!

This place is everything you would expect from a sandwich shop, friendly staff who found dishes for us on purpose so that we could eat on the terrace (the order was basic takeaway). The sandwiches are fresh, and the prices are correct. In short, to recommend if you are feeling a little hungry!

24/06/2024: Well located in Lyon with a terrace. Fresh product . On the other hand, sitting next to 4 restaurant employees on their lunch break and criticizing their other colleagues. A shame . It doesn't make you want to come and work for you. The criticism was in spades.

At this time tables must be closed. wait more than 10 minutes just to get the card then another 15 minutes to place an order, something never seen before. the place is nice unfortunately that's not everything. 22/09/2024: Restaurant to avoid! Number of places totally disproportionate to the capacities of the kitchen. Servers overwhelmed and on top of each other. A lot of waiting and the 2 starters arrived at the same time as the dishes. Then, a wait of more than 30 minutes before the last 2 dishes arrived... the others had finished eating. We ended up paying without eating the dish. Finally, a bottle of wine for 7 euros sold for 48 euros.

22/09/2024: €25 for the starter-main course “menu” – that’s it. Expensive for... meh...: At the same price you can find better, more typical, something to enjoy more, in Lyon; for the same thing on the plate, we expect to pay less. It's better to try something else, all that's left is the memory that it wasn't worth it.

04/09/2024: Very disappointed, for a so-called traditional Lyonnais restaurant TO FEE!!!!!!!! Where to start, very unpleasant and bitter waiter, the waiter serves you with annoyance, if you didn't like your job, do something else sir!!! Icy atmosphere, no background music, nothing. Dusty dishes, not washed for a while, questionable hygiene!! Inedible dish, too much fat, too salty, not very appetizing. Manager in the image of his restaurant, does not accept criticism and lets you know. Very bad experience, I wanted to give them a chance given the 3.7 rating but it was a very bad idea. TO RUN AWAY!!!

20/09/2024: Le burger à 17 € (très cher mais bon on se dit que cela vaut le coup) est le pire burger que j'ai eu à manger depuis des années. Un burger à 5 e chez McDo est juste meilleur. Pain médiocre, poulet mal cuit, viande insipide, sauce et fromage sans goût. Les frites étaient correctes, c'est déjà ça. Le service est très désagréable et on a l'impression d'être leur copain et pas des clients qui attendent un produit et un service de qualité quand on prend un burger à 17€. A éviter à tout prix. Allez à MacDpo ou manger un sandwitch basique, vous n'aurez pas à dépenser 17€ et vous n'aurez oas à digérer ce mauvais burger toute la soirée comme ce fut mon cas...
