04/09/2024: I ate with my sister the waitress is very very welcoming (a little love) helpful and smiling and takes great care of us. the food is super good I would come back without a problem. BIG BIG THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS.

07/08/2024: Couldn’t recommend Quai 31 enough. Jack and the team were so friendly and welcoming. The food (and drinks) are phenomenal!! Can’t wait to stop there the minute I’m back in Lyon!!!

23/07/2024: Racisme décomplexé. Le Monsieur de la sécurité ne s’en caches pas, il « assume »avoir un quota.. Sidérant. Couple mixte s’étant vu refusé l’entrée dans une premier temps car « trop tard » pour le service et « plus de place » bien que le bar ne donnait pas l’air de couler sous la demande. Arrivée : 1:45. Le bar fermes a 3:00. Quant bien même, le monsieur fait entrer un groupe de 5 clientes dans les secondes qui suivent. Choqué nous demandons une explication. Sans honte, le monsieur nous fera comprendre qu’il ne souhaite pas que tout type de peau soit vu dans son établissement. Ce pourquoi les jeunes femmes ont pu entrer et nous non. Les tenus des clients habillés de shorts et maillots de foot suggères qu’il n’y a pas de dress code. Je n’ai pas osé préciser au monsieur que Neymar dont le maillot était visible dans l’établissement est de couleur de peau typée au risque de le faire paniquer… Bref lieu très de mauvais goût.

25/07/2024: I was on holiday in Lyon and was looking for a good restaurant. I went to Tai Thu, it was very good and I would recommend it

25/09/2024: Dish order received 1 hour later and colder. I asked to just reheat the meat, as a result they brought me a burnt dish, chicken with potatoes, which I couldn't even eat because they were so burnt.

25/09/2024: Salad full of oil, didn't have time to finish until the hot dish arrived... and really mediocre hamburger (not cooked as I asked for more!) no frankly I don't recommend it 1st review is from 2020, we returned to the restaurant and nothing to see, things have changed so I am changing the number of stars 🌟

14/09/2024: Well, I expected better. Dish without taste or flavor, atmosphere to be reviewed. I still give it 2 stars for the friendliness of the staff.

30/08/2024: Endroit très touristique, les plats sont surgelés et vraiment pas cuisinés sur place: le saucisson brioché n’en a que le nom, la suite fut idem! Avons déjeuné dehors mais pas déçus lorsque nous sommes allés aux toilettes, hygiène à REVOIR.Question sur l’absence de règlement en carte bancaire??? Ils préfèrent les espèces ! Fuyez absolument.

30/08/2024: Quality cuisine, place with space and friendly staff. The boss and the chef are doing a great job in taking over and promoting this place, the waitress is friendly and helpful. Two large rooms can accommodate groups. THANKS

20/09/2024: A fly in the salad. They do not refund in cash but rather give a credit note. What is the credit note for if I don't have to order there again?

06/09/2024: Traditional/national Vietnamese cuisine, very tasty and seasoned, and also very hearty! Lots of choices of dishes, starters, desserts and drinks. Service not too long and server ok. The setting may be a little too dark, and as is often the case in Asian shops, it's a bit of a mess. But we go there above all for quality and authentic cuisine.

19/06/2024: Simply because one of his employees had the misfortune of being benevolent, human, qualities of which the owner of this place is visibly devoid, and to kindly consign me an object then the boss decided to verbally thrash his employee, under the pretext that it’s not this “kind of action that pays the rent.” You are a beautiful illustration of what is most detestable about humanity and which, in order to relieve itself, takes its nerve out of its servers or employees.

19/08/2024: A bit too trendy a place for us to get a Bubble Tea, very wide choice, excellent price for a Bubble Tea, good and friendly service. But apparently we're not that hip after all, and next time we'll get a drink somewhere else ;)
