07/09/2026: I find it absolutely outrageous to have to pay an extra €1 per dish for eating in! Just because you're eating in, it means if you have 5 dishes, it's an extra €5...

03/09/2026: The wait was catastrophic. We ordered two dishes, and knowing they reduce the portion sizes, we waited an hour and a half to eat. That's clearly unacceptable. Sure, the food was good, but it's definitely not worth waiting an hour and a half for that. This needs to be addressed immediately; it really makes you want to run away.

15/08/2026: Nice place, good atmosphere on match days. The food is good and generously served, with a wide selection of beers and spirits. Prices are reasonable, the only downside is the sometimes slow service.

13/08/2026: Loved the pub quiz! Ran by two very friendly guys. Drinks were reasonably priced and location was great. Staff were very friendly and quick to serve.

24/08/2026: A caterpillar in the salad: we were discreet and signaled to the waitress, who offered no apology. Finally, the owner came over to ask if we wanted another salad (no, thank you!). The hamburger had a horse on it: the yolk was broken and overcooked. It's a neighborhood restaurant, I wasn't expecting much, so I wasn't disappointed! However, when a customer finds a live bug in their food, they could at least offer a free coffee. In short, avoid it unless you're starving.

31/08/2026: The welcome was poor from beginning to end. Upon arrival, the staff barely greeted us, too busy chatting amongst themselves. We were seated with barely concealed annoyance, as if our presence there was somehow inconvenient. There was no consideration whatsoever, the service was cold, and there was a blatant lack of professionalism. Hospitality is, after all, the foundation of any restaurant. This establishment should be avoided if you're looking for a pleasant experience.

12/07/2026: We spent 3 nights in Lyon in June. My wife and both agreed that the Eggplant Parmesan from Assaggi was our best meal of this trip. We would like to come back to Lyon just to explore the menu here in more depth. This little take out was very near our AirBnb and our best culinary find in Lyon!

22/06/2026: We ordered a buffet of starters, the main course (lasagna), and a cheese platter for a reception of 30 people, and everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!

29/09/2026: Was absolutely craving mussels and saw that this place had one in three sauces. Our service was very fast and the mussels were delicious but a little bit salty. Overall good dinner!

23/09/2026: The mussels marinière: a classic, but still excellent. The chicken in Maroilles sauce was truly delicious and not at all heavy. I highly recommend this restaurant.

28/09/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Everything was truly excellent, with a special mention for the fact that everything is homemade, from the homemade fries to the homemade dessert—a real treat and a quality that makes all the difference! The owner is very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly nice. You immediately feel at ease and very well received. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place. 👌😊

16/09/2026: A huge thank you to the waitress who truly made our experience wonderful. She was very friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and incredibly kind. It's rare to find such a warm welcome and such thoughtful service. That alone makes me want to come back!

07/10/2026: I arrived at this restaurant at 2:09 PM. Many of the restaurant staff were gossiping about something that had happened outside the restaurant. After a good 10 minutes, a staff member at the reception desk noticed that customers were arriving and that no one was in the kitchen to serve them. The staff returned to the kitchen after a wait of more than 9 minutes. My order was prepared in 1 minute: I had ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger. Unfortunately, I received two slices of bread with cold, dry meat. In addition to this, there was a lack of hygiene: dirty floors and tables. Not to mention the people preparing sweet sandwiches and walking around behind the counter while making them. I am considering filing a complaint with the local authorities regarding this lack of food hygiene. Giving it 1 star is already too much...

06/10/2026: A terrible experience. Leaving the vintage fair on Saturday at lunchtime, the meat was overcooked, burnt, and completely tasteless. Only the fries were decent. 32 euros for two people. A rip-off. It wasn't worth 10 euros. I ended up giving the rest to a poor soul outside.

23/07/2026: Amazing pizza, the tiramisu was the best I've ever had! I'm 57 years old, and believe me, I'm addicted; even mine pales in comparison.

05/09/2026: What a sad place that looks good only from outside. We waited more than 5 min at the door and had to literally pull a service person to be seated, and then we were just abandoned. No drink order, no food, no service. Chairs were dirty, Place seemed crowded but there clearly are not sufficient servers for the crowd, menu is not very clear, specially the system for the lunch. Nothing Brazilian about this restaurant, unfortunately. First time in my life I left the restaurant more hungry then when walked in and had to go to other place.

25/04/2026: While visiting Lyon, we stopped at this little establishment. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the owners are incredibly kind, and the food is both hearty and delicious :) We would definitely return!! We highly recommend it!!
