06/04/2026: As a regular McDonald's customer, I'm usually very forgiving of this franchise. But after three times, ordering a two-meat Extreme McDonald's, which is already expensive, and receiving one with only one meat is just too much.

27/01/2026: Never order from Uber Eats, it's false advertising. The photos don't match the food received at all. The taste wasn't very good, and I doubt the freshness of the ingredients.
20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.

23/04/2026: A simple meal that ended with unsolicited extra "treats."
The table service was adequate; however, having ordered a Coke Zero, I expected to be offered at least a can or a bottle. Instead, I was served a significantly more expensive bottle, without any prior explanation.
I then ordered a coffee, which was served with a cream puff that I absolutely did not order.
The result: €5 more on the bill than initially anticipated (especially considering the Coke was nearly €4 a bottle).
It would also be appreciated if the staff could be asked to lower their volume: speaking loudly across the room or laughing boisterously is not pleasant for nearby customers.
In short, a disappointing experience.
15/04/2026: After a long morning of shopping, I was looking for somewhere to have lunch. So I asked for a student meal deal at the counter. First off, there was very little choice and the service was disastrous... The waitress was incredibly rude. Once I'd paid, I was told I couldn't sit in the designated seating area. I was refused entry and told, "If you wanted to sit down, the meal deal isn't the same price, haha" (the dining area was empty). However, no information was given beforehand about this highly questionable policy. Avoid at all costs!

06/04/2026: It's rubbish, before it's good, the new service is very cumbersome to prepare
05/04/2026: I came to pick up my order between 7:30 and 7:45 PM as indicated. I said good evening upon arrival, but received no response; the staff wasn't very welcoming.
When I mentioned it was for TooGoodToGo, I was told it wouldn't be ready right away, without being told how long to wait. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes, having to confirm the order before even receiving it.
A cold welcome and a long wait—a shame.

27/06/2025: Worst pizzeria in Lyon. The insults rain down when you ask for hot sauces. Don't order drinks; they're nonexistent, as are ice cream and desserts. Spitting was found on the pizza on site, and the hygiene is poor.
To be avoided, whether you're eating in or taking out. Take a look on the internet, they are known to have major hygiene and fungal problems....

05/01/2026: We ate in (two crêpes and a panini) and simply asked for a glass of water, which was refused. We found this very disappointing.
Beyond the legal aspect—it seems to me that an establishment has an obligation to provide free drinking water to customers who consume it—this attitude clearly lacks business sense.
Furthermore, the tables weren't clean when we were seated, which only added to our dissatisfaction. This experience leaves a bad impression and doesn't make us want to return.
24/12/2025: Worst place ever, absolutely disgusting, and for the price, they're ripping us off. The hygiene is appalling. Honestly, I still don't understand why it wasn't shut down and inspected. The atmosphere is disastrous, and the servers, whether they're the big shots or the little guys, are completely incomprehensible. You can't even sit where you want because supposedly it belongs to the other café, but it's the place next door that prepares and serves you. The atmosphere is awful, the prosthesis needs work, and the prices are outrageous. Leave! Don't be stupid enough to sit and order there!

Une fois la commande d'apéro prise, nous découvrons que la moitié de la carte est indisponible. Heureusement que le serveur était sympa car personnellement je me suis posé la question du demi tour !
