02/07/2026: I've been going to this bakery two to three times a week for the past two years, and each time I'm always warmly welcomed and have a great selection of sandwiches and desserts!

14/07/2026: A must-visit for bringing back delicious Lyon specialties! While passing through this shop in the Confluence shopping center, we found exactly what we were looking for to bring back some wonderful gourmet souvenirs. The Coussins de Lyon: We left with a lovely selection of these famous treats. In addition to the original version, which is excellent, we really enjoyed discovering the different fruit-flavored varieties. They're original, colorful, and delicious. The pralines: We also bought some very good pralines, another classic Lyon specialty that's a must-try and perfectly executed here. The shop: Ideally located in the shopping center, it's very clean, well-presented, and the staff is very welcoming. An excellent place to treat yourself or to give high-quality local specialties as gifts!

19/07/2026: I strongly advise against it. We weren't welcomed warmly and there was absolutely no customer service. There are much nicer pubs nearby! (Elephant & Castle, Wallace are great!)

12/08/2026: Excellent bar, I highly recommend it!!! The waiter I had, Guillaume, was very kind and helpful. We loved the sunny terrace in the afternoon, as well as the games at the back of the bar: darts, foosball, and especially pinball, which brought back a certain nostalgia for me, being in my forties. Once again, a place I highly recommend, whether you're young or not so young.

12/08/2026: Absolutely unacceptable. As I walked by, the bartender on the terrace politely suggested I go somewhere else. Sure, it was late, but what a welcome! I live nearby, and frankly, this will be a first and last time. It's unbelievable to see this kind of rudeness.

14/02/2026: We paid for and ordered pizzas online, but the restaurant has apparently been closed for months, which isn't mentioned anywhere. Of course, there's no way to get our money back. Don't get scammed and definitely don't order from here.

14/07/2026: 25 euros (delivery) for: - A crab sandwich with stale, crumbly bread and 2 grams of crab - A rancid "Thai" salad with oxidized vegetables, served at room temperature (> 30°C) Maybe it's time to stop taking the piss.

21/07/2026: Best food I had in Lyon! I was surprised that we got miso soup each and a salad prior our dish and it was included as apperitive. Food very tasty - best ramen I've ever had. Staff very friendly - perfect english language which was a bonus. Strongly recommended.I would like to include photos but cant see that option here.

28/05/2026: "Very good and generous portions. Sushi and maki prepared and cut to order. Very good value for money," I wrote a few months ago... today, a salmon maki dish with not-very-tender salmon and two standard cheese skewers for €23.50... 50 meters further on, I pass Sully, which is listed in Michelin and Gault & Millau. A starter, main course, and dessert for €27, which is €2.50 more... Well, that's it for sushi...

20/08/2026: Avoid this place at all costs, and that's not where I'm going to start. I went to this establishment today. I ordered a warm goat cheese salad for €15. There was no honey with the two toasts served, only two pieces of toast and one cherry tomato. The salad dressing was horribly spicy, and to sell that for €15? I call that robbery. My son ordered a sirloin steak for €28. The meat was far too sinewy. It came with dauphinoise potatoes. The dish was thrown on the plate in a rush, with no presentation whatsoever. The worst part is that I told the managers, and they didn't offer any compensation. It's outright robbery. I don't recommend this place at all. Seriously, avoid it.

18/08/2026: Late service and a very professional waiter; the meats were cooked to perfection. The selection of ingredients was indeed very good. The gratin dauphinois was wonderfully creamy, and the green beans were crisp and fresh. The atmosphere is rather "canteen-like" due to the ambient noise. Carnegie Hall remains a fine establishment. A minor drawback last night was that we were asked to leave as soon as we had finished our meal, even though a large table was still occupied. Expect to pay at least €33 per meal. There are no set menus or specials.

14/07/2026: Absolutely delicious! You can't miss it: crepes and waffles made with a secret recipe batter, an incredible homemade spread and smooth whipped cream, yum... It's the perfect treat for all visitors to the Park!

28/07/2026: I was very disappointed with this brasserie. The prices are far too high for the quality of service. You expect a good experience given the prices, but that wasn't the case at all. Furthermore, the welcome wasn't pleasant, and the staff gave the impression that the customers were bothering them. The atmosphere didn't make up for it. I don't recommend this establishment; there are much better options for the price.

28/07/2026: Passing through Lyon, we stumbled upon this place and what a treat! We ate incredibly well, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We've definitely saved this address and will be back sometime. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
