18/04/2026: I bought a tuna sandwich an hour after vomiting. I ended up with a nasty stomach bug. The saleswomen's service was appalling; they had no business being there. It was a first, and a last, and I'll never go back.

08/04/2026: I am truly disgusted and sickened by this first experience in this place, particularly by the behavior of one employee (the redhead) which borders on the ridiculous and provocative, with an aggressive tone and inappropriate words, and who has failed in her vocation as a jailer.

03/06/2026: He just killed a pigeon with a broom in front of the customers who were eating. The waitress had the nerve to tell a shocked customer, "It's okay, it's not a protected species." Never again.

29/06/2026: To begin with, it's hot, and there's no air conditioning during this heatwave! The staff is terrible, both in their manner of speaking and their behavior. The manager there spoke to me as if I were a Chinese worker, paid three cents an hour. His language needs to be reviewed! And his way of doing things is appalling. The smells are nauseating, not to mention the state of cleanliness. Never again. I'm not coming back.

29/06/2026: Took 20 minutes to give us our ice cream even after we asked about it twice. Took a French lady to ask them, for them to give us our food. Completely dismissed us cause we didn’t speak French??

15/06/2026: I'm a regular at this place for their dark chocolate succès, which I love whenever I'm back in Lyon... but that's over! I bought two on Friday afternoon, so nearly €14 worth! I kept them cold for transport (as I always do): cooler, ice pack, and fridge. It's Monday, and I was looking forward to biting into my succès... What a disappointment, what a waste! Straight to the bin because of mold! I've never had this problem in all the time I've been transporting them, even when eating them more than 7 days later.

30/04/2026: Excuse me, but the brioche was terribly bland and dry. Nothing tempting or flavorful about it, despite appearances. Disappointed. The staff were friendly.

09/06/2026: Orders aren't arriving, food items are missing, and so on.

07/06/2026: We arrived as a group of three on a Sunday at 1 p.m., and the restaurant was far from full. Our order finally arrived after a long wait… and it was the wrong order! So we waited even longer for the correct one, which arrived cold… and incomplete. We asked them to reorder. It was complicated again. Items were still missing! There was a lack of professionalism; the tables were dirty because of pigeons and hadn't been cleaned. There was poor order tracking and a lack of communication. The basics and standards need to be reviewed for a franchise!

07/06/2026: I know this job isn't easy, but frankly, it's unacceptable. Once I place my order, I'm faced with a cashier who's at her computer, but there's absolutely no sign of anyone to serve me, nothing at all, not even a payment. So I wait, but nobody comes, even though they clearly saw me. It's absurd to have such a blatant lack of professionalism, especially for a simple drink.

06/06/2026: Slow and annoying service, I waited in the cold for a very long time, even the dog got fed up.

15/06/2026: The pizzas are good, okay. But the delivery is almost guaranteed to be very late. And when you call, they couldn't care less. Conclusion: change Domino's

09/06/2026: I went to order a pizza, and when I got to the counter, there was a woman named Jamila who was spending her time flirting with her colleague instead of taking my order. I think that's disrespectful to customers. Plus, I found hair in my pizza. I'm really disappointed and I don't think I'll be ordering again.

05/01/2026: We ate in (two crêpes and a panini) and simply asked for a glass of water, which was refused. We found this very disappointing. Beyond the legal aspect—it seems to me that an establishment has an obligation to provide free drinking water to customers who consume it—this attitude clearly lacks business sense. Furthermore, the tables weren't clean when we were seated, which only added to our dissatisfaction. This experience leaves a bad impression and doesn't make us want to return.

24/12/2025: Worst place ever, absolutely disgusting, and for the price, they're ripping us off. The hygiene is appalling. Honestly, I still don't understand why it wasn't shut down and inspected. The atmosphere is disastrous, and the servers, whether they're the big shots or the little guys, are completely incomprehensible. You can't even sit where you want because supposedly it belongs to the other café, but it's the place next door that prepares and serves you. The atmosphere is awful, the prosthesis needs work, and the prices are outrageous. Leave! Don't be stupid enough to sit and order there!

05/04/2026: I came to pick up my order between 7:30 and 7:45 PM as indicated. I said good evening upon arrival, but received no response; the staff wasn't very welcoming. When I mentioned it was for TooGoodToGo, I was told it wouldn't be ready right away, without being told how long to wait. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes, having to confirm the order before even receiving it. A cold welcome and a long wait—a shame.

23/05/2026: I ordered drinks at Paul and wanted a strawberry Tropezienne tart. They told me it would be €1 extra because I was eating in, even though I had already paid €15 for my order. I think that's pure and simple robbery. Really disappointed...

23/04/2026: Luckily, the restaurant across the street was there to save my freezing lunch, and it's clear the vendors are being exploited.

27/01/2026: Never order from Uber Eats, it's false advertising. The photos don't match the food received at all. The taste wasn't very good, and I doubt the freshness of the ingredients.

20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.
