05/09/2026: A fantastic evening at Les Marmottes restaurant! The Savoyard fondue was excellent, and the all-you-can-eat raclette was absolutely divine 😍 A must-visit for any self-respecting Marmotte 😁

09/07/2026: I made a reservation online, called several times without an answer, only to find out the restaurant is closed, even though it's listed as open on Google Maps. It's like playing Russian roulette. There's no information about the closure anywhere.

04/09/2026: We placed an order on their website for click and collect. Once we arrived, there was no order; it seemed the platform had glitched, which is understandable. I asked the server if he wanted to see my order, and he said no, that he had already retrieved it. We waited another 15 minutes (the order had been placed over an hour earlier). Once we finally got our order, we rushed out without checking: we had ordered two Thai donuts and received two bobuns. We were quite disappointed with how the evening went, and I don't think we'll order from them again, despite being loyal customers for years.

13/08/2026: The bobun was good but lacked flavor (no cilantro, mint, or sauce). The waitress was smiling and friendly. However, as I told her, I was disappointed with the dessert.

31/12/2025: 6 euros for a "hot chocolate" that turned out to be cocoa powder diluted in milk, served in cardboard cups. And it was so diluted it was more white than brown. This is extremely disappointing for an ice cream parlor, especially considering the price.

31/12/2025: What is this inedible chocolate ice cream?? I took a teaspoon of ice cream and immediately spat it out! How can you make ice cream that bad? Even the worst store-bought ice cream at 15 cents for a 35-pack is better

20/09/2026: I tried the VIP area and was really disappointed. No player interaction. Almost no atmosphere. Okay, you get a cheap beer and a couple of other sodas. But nothing special. The view isn't even pleasant because of the railings right in front of the windows. You'd be better off watching matches in the stands, with the rest of the crowd, and also checking out the Roanne club. It's a completely different experience from the fan zone! A much more fun experience!

19/09/2026: It's always a real pleasure to come and watch the games at the Charlemagne Ice Rink! The atmosphere is truly pleasant and welcoming, with great energy in the stands. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good game and have a fantastic time. I highly recommend it! 🏒👏

The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with care. Everything was perfect for a truly enjoyable experience: the quality, the flavors, the ambiance, and especially the service. I would particularly like to thank Sonia, our server, who truly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. She was lovely, smiling, attentive, and very professional throughout the meal. Sonia took the time to look after us with great kindness and care, always with a smile and readily available. It's truly a pleasure to meet someone so pleasant and dedicated to their work. A big thank you to the entire Zucca team for the quality of the welcome and service. 25/09/2026: Unacceptable Brunch Quality for the Price! Just because it's a buffet doesn't mean it's acceptable! Frozen products, overcooked pasta, low-quality food, and mediocre protein and cheese selection! There's certainly a lot of choice and volume, but the cost of €45 per person is clearly exorbitant for processed foods! Compare this to other brunch buffets where the products are excellent and unique for €35 or less. On the other hand, we were incredibly well served by a lady with a big smile who was very attentive. Thank you, Madam!

29/09/2025: A real gem! ⭐️ The dishes are generous and most are under €20, which is truly appreciated and rare, especially in Lyon. The menu is varied, everything is delicious and well-prepared. As someone of Italian descent, I can say that you'll find the true tastes of Italy here! In my opinion, it's the best Italian restaurant in Lyon. The service is impeccable: the waiters are warm, attentive, and efficient. A special mention for the excellent cocktails.
