25/08/2024: Very very long service at the drive-thru even though there seemed to be very few people there

23/08/2024: We asked the team After an order for almost €100 to add a little sauce to two 280s, knowing that we had removed ingredients from them. We wanted these burgers that we like to be less dry. A pleasant young girl understood our request and went to the manager. With a bitter and dry look, he just answers him dryly “NO”. Result: dry burger. It has already been twice that this visibly unmotivated and incompetent person has been present during a simple request which ends in refusal. I don't think I'm committing a crime by asking for a little more sauce for an order per week for €100. I am sincerely thinking of changing creameries!!!!!!!!hoping that the GROUP will be more vigilant in recruiting these managers!!!!!!

26/09/2024: We ordered before and frankly nothing to say. Now, we have ordered twice and we are more than disappointed, too salty, hair in the tacos, salad that is bad and not good at all. Plus we ordered our order twice. We only received the order once. Very disappointed.

28/09/2024: 6:45 p.m.: Table service with more than 12 minutes of waiting and on top of that the menus were cold. 1 out of 2 tables is dirty. The same floor and disgusting toilets! A disaster even though we have been coming to this establishment for 12 years…not sure we will come back!

28/09/2024: Go to the drive-thru and make us wait 15 minutes and in the end no one takes us at the terminal we go to the counter the guy tells us we couldn't do anything just some fries even though we were made to wait for nothing it must have just been the end of service and he might have wanted to bother with the shameful customers!

29/09/2024: 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning!! No breakfast like in almost all McDonald's for many years. The floor is dirty and slippery, the tables are greasy and full of fingerprints, almost no toilet paper in the ladies' room and lots of splashes on the mirror. For the kitchens, I can't say anything because I didn't have access to the counter. I won't come back to this MC Do and when I see the comments, I'm not surprised.

28/09/2024: I do not recommend this McDonald's, Waiting 10 minutes at the terminal, So I go to the counter, the person opens the window without saying hello and asks me to take another turn. I ask her if it's a joke, she tells me no. No professionalism, customer reception training to be reviewed!

27/09/2024: Very quiet, the rooms are spacious, the staff are excellent 👌. Beautiful swimming pool, nice convivial space. In my opinion, both the interior and exterior need a good refresh.

01/10/2024: I placed an order at the terminal with a cash payment for the first time.... After several visits to McDonald's I am disgusted, given that: 🦠🫢each bill/coin hosts no less than 3000 types of bacteria, including salmonella, colibacillus and streptococci, considered pathogenic agents.....the guy who fiddles with the coins and notes at the cash register will fiddle with the fries and potatoes right after! without of course, having taken hygiene measures in between.... However, it is not the workforce that is lacking since there are 3 employees hanging around in the kitchen and 3 others at the table who criticize the employees 🫢 😂....on this good lesson, I wish you a bon appetit management is not good at all if you have difficulty recruiting competent people, increase the salary a little unless they are also disgusted by the way to work 🥶🥶🥶

29/09/2024: Kitchen: 40 minutes of waiting for a CBO, which arrived cold. Another one was prepared quickly but it was cold too! Service: any form of politeness = Non-existent. Ambience: zero. I gave 2 stars to each criterion for the person who takes care of the pastries and coffee because she made all the difference! Sociable, welcoming, smiling and above all has a sense of service.

14/09/2024: the service was disappointing, we waited for 30 minutes before we all had something to drink, for the food it's always the same, things are missing we have to go and ask them several times before he comes back to see us for us ask what we are missing and then bring them back to us. In addition we took a high chair, when we put the little one in it the screws came off the chair, it's not very reassuring...

01/09/2024: Bonjour, ( parce que je suis polie ), je me permets de laisser une étoiles partout parce que cette établissement ne mérite pas mieux ! Arriver sur place a 6 personnes pour passer un moment en famille, nous sommes reçu doucement par une employé froide et non chalente, après avoir passer commande plus d'une et demi d'attente avant d'être servis, certaine personne ne ce sentait même pas bien et avais faim, aucun geste ni même quelque chose a grignoter pour patienter, d'ailleurs même plusieur personnes autour de nous était dans le même cas. Nous avons avaler notre repas car la faim était trop présente, arriver en caisse nous avons demander un éventuel geste de leur part, refuser bien évidemment ! La serveuse nous a dit que c'était normal d'attendre ! Donc l'établissement est capable de faire des réductions pour des étudiants et autres cas mais pas la ! Très insatisfait de notre première venu ici surtout que nous venions a 6 et que l'addition est assez salé. A toute personnes lisant se message si vous voulez manger des sushis allez ailleurs c'est tout aussi bon et il y aura moins d'attente et surtout moins chère ? Merci pour la lecture
