10/10/2026: We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast inside the hotel. Beautiful rich French food in a beautiful dining room- much recommended.

13/08/2026: We had a wonderful time in Savigné-l'Évêque. The pizzas were generous and delicious, with a perfectly cooked crust. The dessert was the perfect finishing touch to our meal. This pastry, dusted with powdered sugar, was as beautiful as it was delicious—a true feast for the eyes and the taste buds. We will definitely be back.

05/08/2026: A galette with a raw egg… the white was completely transparent, raw, and slimy. The plate was sent back for that reason, and when it came back, we saw that the cook had used a blowtorch to cook the egg because it had become charred and had burned the salad. When the waitress cleared the table, she asked if we had liked it… She asked if something was wrong and insisted we tell her, even though the dish spoke for itself. In short, I do not recommend it. The hygiene is questionable, with traces of mold on the blackberries.

22/10/2026: Here is a copy of my letter to McDonald’s France I am writing because I am baffled by the rudeness shown to me by one of your employees. This is the first time I have ever written anywhere to complain, but this time, the attitude was unacceptable and completely unjustified. On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, around 8:30 p.m., I went to your restaurant with my two-and-a-half-year-old son. (Order number *****). I had placed a click-and-collect order, went to the first restaurant (at the university), waited there for 20 minutes, and realized I had gone to the wrong location. I got back in my car and returned to the correct one, where I was greeted politely by one of your servers, who apologized and told me that my order must have been completely cold. I then asked her if it would be possible to have it warm again. (I should clarify that my attitude was rather disappointed, but absolutely not angry.) The waitress told me she would see what she could do and called her manager. That's when the drama began, or perhaps a skit?! The manager came up to me, eyes glued to the receipt, and shouted twice in a row, "That's not our problem." I certainly won't forget the tone he used. Seeing that he was speaking to me, I took the liberty of saying something and pointed out that it would be appropriate to remain polite (it starts with a greeting) and that he could have simply told me that, unfortunately, there was nothing he could do for me. To which he replied, "Well, that's true, I'm not being impolite. It's not my fault you came to the wrong restaurant and your order is cold. That's not our problem!" “I found this conversation bizarre, and I feel completely offended, and all for no reason. I also wonder how you recruit your managers, and what kind of training they receive to treat customers like that? Frankly, all he had to do was tell me he couldn't do anything for me, and I would have left with my cold order, without making a fuss. I was quite upset, and of course, it was my fault; I'd gone to the wrong restaurant… It didn't deserve the treatment I received. I hope this letter will help this gentleman learn to respect the people who come to him, and above all, to be polite.”

19/09/2026: What a lovely little place. Great galettes and very welcoming staff. The portions are a good size and it was tasty and well priced. We ordered three galettes and shared chips and salad and this was absolutely plenty for us. Staff were really lovely, quick service and efficient.

22/08/2026: Wonderful creperie/pizzeria. We ate here as a large group of 7, and service was really good and the food was great. We enjoyed a variety of pizzas and palettes. Also great crepes for dessert. There's a small kids menu. It's a cosy place with a really nice atmosphere.

08/10/2026: I came twice in two weeks... takeout order. The first time, it wasn't ours (good), but not ours, and the fries were cold 😡 We live 5 minutes away... And here again today at lunchtime, ordering in... 5 minutes drive home... and the fries were still cold 😡😡 and the tacos were barely warm... that's not normal...😡😡 they should be hot even after 5 minutes

03/10/2026: We've ordered from here several times, and each time we end up with stomach aches and nausea. The delivery drivers arrive at breakneck speed when we ask them to deliver, and they're not even friendly. The fries are very greasy and tasteless. Furthermore, the sauces we order for the tacos are the wrong ones; the cheese sauce is inedible, making it impossible to finish the tacos. And let's not even mention the meager amount of meat they contain! We had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for our order! I do not recommend it.

27/04/2026: Great little restaurant for a quick bite! Excellent value for money!

22/04/2026: The service was poor from the start, and then we ordered a Leffe (being connoisseurs), but we were served a low-quality beer that was definitely not a Leffe, for the exorbitant price of €9 for two 25cl beers. You should really check your beer stock before serving the wrong things to the wrong people.

12/10/2026: 2 PM, court, a never-ending hearing, my stomach is rumbling. Great, there's a pizzeria right next door. "Oh no, sir, it's 2 PM, we're not serving anymore." Sorry I don't have civil servant hours. Won't be back...

12/03/2026: I ate there with a friend; the service was excellent and the atmosphere great. The kebab was perfect and the four-cheese pizza was delicious 😋 I highly recommend it 👍

17/10/2026: The service needs improvement. The person was very unpleasant, especially since the galettes weren't exceptional or even very good. They were just okay. You're better off going to the quayside.

09/10/2026: Nobody in the restaurant tonight…we were turned away because we had a 3kg miniature dog in its closed bag that could potentially be dangerous to the customers

25/07/2026: A stop for lunch. The sandwich and salad were very good. Excellent service and welcome!

18/07/2026: Always fresh bread, one of the best baguettes. However, they never have a tuna sandwich, which is a shame.

26/05/2026: I have absolutely no complaints; everything was perfect, from the welcome and the room to the food and the setting. The hotel is located on a very peaceful riverbank. I highly recommend it, and if I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely stay there again. A special mention to the young intern, and congratulations to the owners.

10/05/2026: A rather pleasant hotel, run with passion. The location on the banks of the Loir River is quite charming. Our fairly spacious room was clean and tidy. Our late arrival was handled very well, which was quite nice. We appreciated the overall quality of the breakfast. Thank you for your work.

06/09/2026: Lunch today, September 6th, the day of the flea market on the avenue, a single dish and dessert, very good, nicely presented, very reasonable price, friendly welcome and very satisfactory service; highly recommended!

26/08/2026: At 12:30, the daily special was no longer available, and some of the beers on the menu were sold out. The owner was extremely unfriendly.

21/08/2026: Perfect! We loved it! A house cocktail followed by a royal couscous, a marouzia tagine, and then two gourmet teas… A pure delight. The service was as pleasant as our meal. We will be back.
