03/04/2026: A horrible experience with the owner's daughter. I get my coffee there every day. This morning I arrived and ordered my usual coffee. I was served, but it was awful; it tasted burnt. I went back to the bar and politely asked if they could make me another one, since I'm a regular customer, because I didn't like it. Suddenly, her daughter joined the conversation, telling me, "We're not in the machine. If you want another coffee, you pay for it again. If you're not happy, go to another bar." I find this unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely lacking in professionalism.

07/04/2026: We came for lunch after the flea market and were lucky enough to enjoy the new terrace. A real treat. The setting is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after the morning's activities. The welcome is warm and the service attentive; you immediately feel at ease. As for the food, nothing to complain about: it's delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. A wonderful place in the area; we'll gladly return.

07/04/2026: A truly wonderful family moment at the Grand Hotel 🐣 There were six of us to enjoy the Easter menu… and it was a real success. A welcoming table, delicious dishes, and that little extra touch that makes all the difference. You can taste the work in the kitchen, the attention to detail, and above all, the desire to please. A meal that simply warms the heart. Thank you for this delightful experience; we will gladly return.

17/05/2026: A Sunday lunchtime at Mimoza to enjoy their brunch menu. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. There was hardly any wait to be served. Salted butter with the half baguette would have been even nicer than unsalted. The croque monsieur and omelet were both excellent. The vegetable stir-fry was delicious.

10/05/2026: Very disappointed. This establishment, once very well-known in Le Mans, is no longer as good as it used to be; the service is subpar (I recently waited almost 40 minutes on the terrace). The menu, however, is very good, especially the lunch menu. They really need to improve the service.

07/12/2025: I just had a chicken sandwich, it was excellent, and I especially loved the added spice on the fries. The owner and staff are fantastic; I highly recommend it. The restaurant is clean, and thank you for the thoughtful touch at the end of the meal (the glass of tea). I'll be back.

06/12/2025: I am very disappointed with my order from this fast-food restaurant. The person was extremely rude, even yelling at me for no good reason. This complete lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. Furthermore, my sandwich was simply wrapped in aluminum foil, without even a box, which gives an impression of negligence and poor hygiene. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

20/04/2026: So I'm disappointed... I can't say I'm a bad customer, though, because I come quite often, I must be optimistic, but then again, it's the closest one in terms of location! Nine times out of ten, orders are forgotten, or very often, "Oh, it's no longer available," and so on... We often ask for drinks without ice, and they have ice in them. We ask for sauces! Miraculously, today I got the sauces... And the sandwich packaging? Seriously? A minimum of politeness was shown, but it was rushed, and yet it wasn't even crowded! The fries... well, it's the same story. They're so friendly, they think we're all on a salt-free diet! I gave two stars because you do have some very lovely, very kind employees! And those two stars are for them! However, instead of always giving the same answer—"yes, we'll have a meeting with the team"—for ages, and for ages nothing happens, it's time to take action. I worked for this chain in the past at a motorway service station, and I can assure you that we team members were better off not making even a quarter of the mistakes we encounter at your restaurant! Oh, and I'd also like to mention that it would be useful to remind people about hygiene, because cleaning with a broom and then handling food is unacceptable!

The meal was excellent, the setting is beautiful, and the traditional tableware is lovely. The following week, we ordered 10 takeout dishes. They were excellent and plentiful. Everything was very well prepared and packaged for transport. It was superb. Thank you so much.
