04/03/2026: Disappointed! I'm a regular customer every time I come to Le Mans. But now, everyone in the snack bar is eating in their coats!!! It's freezing cold and the prices have gone up. Eating in the cold is a deal-breaker. I'm changing my rating again. I went through the drive-thru today and the wait is still interminable! And to top it all off: cold wraps and the cheese inside wasn't even melted!! Photo attached...

22/02/2026: We arrived on a Saturday evening and had booked for six. The restaurant wasn't full, yet we had to wait 40 minutes for someone to take our order, and we received our food an hour and 15 minutes after arriving. We were all satisfied with our order, but the wait was interminable.

05/03/2026: A wonderful experience at lunchtime today! The waitress was lovely and radiant! The beef tagine was delicious, and we were served with a smile even though we arrived at the end of service. I highly recommend it!

14/02/2026: Avoid at all costs. Especially room 01, located on the ground floor in the courtyard between the kitchen and the garbage bins, which are less than 5 meters from the room door (barely hidden behind a screen). I should point out that the entrance to the establishment is located in the courtyard, directly in front of room 01 and the kitchens. The receptionist didn't appreciate my expressing my dissatisfaction at being put in a room more suited to a medical facility (which, in fact, is exactly what it is). It's a far cry from the attractive descriptions of the accommodations shown on their website or in their on-hold message. Her explanation? It was the last room available for online bookings! Regarding the ratings, my review applies to the hotel, not the restaurant, which doesn't have a Google listing. If I could have rated it on the 3 criteria offered by Google for restaurants, I would have given 3 stars for atmosphere, service and food.
