15/04/2026: I rarely use Google to leave reviews, but La Verrerie restaurant never disappoints me, whether for personal or business meals. It's always excellent value for money, in a superb setting right in the city center. I always go there with complete confidence because their vegetarian dishes are fantastic, thank you!

09/04/2026: We had a lovely stay here while searching for our wedding venue. The setting is truly beautiful – the views over the verrerie are stunning, and the grounds are peaceful and spacious. The outdoor areas are a real highlight, with a large pool, gazebo, and unique bamboo trees that add a special charm to the property. We also had dinner on-site, which was excellent. The chef adapts the menu seasonally, and the food felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The dining space is lovely, especially the outdoor terrace. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, with a generous buffet and a great mix of options, including hot items like freshly cooked eggs. There are 14 bedrooms on site, which are simple but comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay. That said, the rooms would really benefit from some updating and attention to detail. For example, many rooms have a shower separated only by a curtain rather than a proper door, and ours could have used a bit of paint touch-up and a deeper clean. Overall, it’s a beautiful venue with a lot of potential. With some refurbishment and modernisation of the rooms, it would be truly exceptional.

01/08/2026: Great restaurant, with high-quality food. Very welcoming. I recommend the pig's trotter with porcini mushrooms. The staff are so friendly and pleasant. Don't hesitate to go in, you won't be disappointed.

27/06/2026: A must-visit in Lavaur! Whenever you're craving pizza, you know where to go. They're always generous, delicious, and prepared with care. You can tell everything is made with passion, and the result is always fantastic. A huge thank you to Paolo, who is remarkably kind. He greets every customer with a smile, takes the time to chat, and helps create a friendly atmosphere that we really appreciate. This is the kind of place you come back to as much for the quality of the pizzas as for the person who makes them. A sure bet that we recommend without hesitation! 🍕👏

04/06/2026: Pleasantly surprised by this café. A warm welcome upon arrival, a calm atmosphere, and tasteful decor. The coffee is excellent. Other cafés in the city center should take note. I will gladly return.

02/04/2026: A really friendly, working-class restaurant with fresh, quality ingredients and homemade dishes. Excellent value for money. It's only open for lunch, which is a shame. Highly recommended.

19/02/2026: This restaurant is a real gem: the daily menu is excellent value for money, the dishes are wonderfully delicious and generous, and the young waitress, Angèle, is truly charming, very pleasant, and competent. In short, when you leave, you already want to come back!
