22/01/2026: We come often, and we have never been disappointed, the managers are incredibly kind, the dining room team is professional, which is quite rare on the sands, and in the kitchen, they are real pros, because it is always excellent!!!!! We recommend this restaurant. A place that combines quality, welcome, smiles, and professionalism!

The staff were incredibly kind, the cuisine impeccable, featuring high-quality ingredients (the figs came from the chef's garden), the pizzas had a crisp yet soft crust, the pasta was cooked to perfection (the tagliatelle with mushrooms was divine), and the desserts were creative and a true delight. All this was complemented by excellent wines: a superb Montepulciano at a reasonable price. Thank you again for the thoughtful touches; we will definitely return. This restaurant deserves to be featured in specialized magazines.

27/12/2025: A very pleasant surprise with the discovery of Le Roman Bleu! The staff were friendly, the service impeccable, and they took excellent care of our baby! The €34 menu is simply incredible…so many flavors, perfectly balanced, and the portions were truly generous! We will definitely be back regularly! Congratulations to the team!

04/02/2026: Fantastic crêperie, excellent welcome and attentive staff who provided quick service, especially since we were at the theater that evening. The galettes were superb and the sweet crêpes were absolutely delicious. All this with an aperitif and a bottle of sparkling water for a very reasonable price. Go for it!

Furthermore, the welcome from this young couple who run the restaurant is genuine and warm. And for those with a sweet tooth, the crème brûlée is a discovery not to be missed.

09/02/2026: I had the €36.90 set menu. The foie gras was very good, but the onions were too syrupy for my taste. The beef fillet was superb; luckily I asked for it rare because it was almost blue, but it was still excellent. The service was top-notch, with private writing lessons, haha. I highly recommend it!
