10/05/2026: Very disappointed with my drive-thru experience today. Over a 30-minute wait when there were only two cars… It's incomprehensible for a service that's supposed to be quick. No apology or explanation for the delay. They really need to improve their organization.

11/06/2025: It's a shame the waitress wasn't friendly. The restaurant is definitely showing its age. They didn't offer any white or red martinis as an aperitif. That's a pity, because the food itself is excellent.

04/05/2026: On the plate: No complaints, the portions are very generous. You definitely get your money's worth! The service: The waitress was excellent, pleasant, and smiling. Her professionalism saved the day. The owner's attitude: This is where the problem lies. A frosty welcome, not a smile, and above all, not a "goodbye" when we left. The lack of presence: You can feel a real disinterest in the customers. The owner doesn't come to check if everything is alright and seems to prefer napping upstairs rather than attending to his guests. I wouldn't want to work for him personally. Kudos to his staff, the young chef, and the waitress!

09/04/2026: My first visit was a resounding success, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and genuine warmth—you immediately feel right at home. The girls took the time to explain the different delivery areas to me in detail, with great patience and kindness; it's rare, and it truly makes a difference! I couldn't resist the "special" pizza: (very!) generous, topped with delicious ingredients, a real treat. The value for money is unbeatable. I'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for such a warm welcome!

02/04/2026: Between the very unpleasant staff, the order that arrived only half right (I explicitly asked for an open calzone and was delivered a calzone pastry), and the poor quality ingredients, I am rather very disappointed with this pizzeria.

28/03/2026: We had the opportunity to dine here as a family today, and we wanted to leave an honest review. We were very pleasantly surprised. The entire team deserves praise for their professionalism and dedication. You can feel their genuine passion for their work and their desire to do things well, which is reflected in both the welcome and the service. The portions are very generous, the dishes are high quality, and the price is quite reasonable. The service is attentive and efficient, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is also very attractive and clean, which adds to the pleasure of the meal. A big thank you to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. We sincerely hope that the establishment can continue to maintain this positive energy.

01/05/2026: A very disappointing experience today. My husband went to your bakery with our two daughters while I stayed home with our baby. He was simply on the phone with me, describing the products and allowing me to choose, as if I had been there in person. From the start, the tone was unpleasant. When my daughters asked for a burger panini with a specific sauce, instead of calmly explaining that it wasn't available and offering an alternative (like the Texas sauce you offer), the cashier simply said curtly, "I don't have it," without making any attempt to help. The situation worsened: when my husband tried to ask me what I wanted, specifically if you had a three-cheese panini, the cashier literally turned his back on him without listening. My husband then had to insist, saying, "Excuse me, I'm not finished, I'd like a three-cheese panini." The salesperson then told him he shouldn't be on the phone and refused to serve him under those circumstances, as if it were a problem, when it was simply to allow me to choose my order, as if I had been there. He then started serving another customer while my husband hadn't finished his order. The tone became frankly unpleasant and disrespectful. As a result, my husband left without buying anything, which is a shame because we sometimes come to this bakery and are usually served by pleasant staff. We can understand that a public holiday like May 1st can be difficult, but that doesn't justify such a lack of courtesy, especially in front of children. A very bad experience today, which we hope does not reflect the rest of your team.

23/04/2026: Disgusting chocolate muffin, a raspberry doughnut that was barely any better, two cookies and an Oasis ice cream bar, all for the princely sum of €10 and change... at that price, a real baker wouldn't dare sell that! Run away!

12/05/2026: The medium pizza wasn't topped enough for my taste... It was mostly dough, and that's about it. You're better off getting a pizza from a local pizzeria or somewhere else; I'm disappointed.

25/04/2026: I ordered a Groovy pizza without the BBQ sauce, which is the heart of this pizza. I called, was put on hold forever, and then they hung up on me. For the second pizza, I ordered the bacon topping for €3.50, and I only received two pieces of bacon—unacceptable. I filed two complaints online since it wasn't possible to do so by phone, and this isn't the first time.
