14/12/2024: We had reservations for dinner after a show, as agreed with the establishment, notifying them of our arrival at the end of the evening. However, to our great surprise, when we called them to confirm our arrival, they informed us that the service was over because the cooks were stopping their activity. This is a very disappointing experience: why accept a reservation if you cannot honor it? This clearly lacks professionalism and consideration for customers. We do not recommend this place for a serious organization.

10/12/2024: Very good restaurant: delicious food (with a special mention for the desserts) and nice atmosphere in a pretty decor

12/11/2025: The welcome at the entrance was pleasant, but the waitress told us they only had pizzas without cream, though in the end we were able to eat what was on the menu. Another waitress was there (I think she'd be better off in another line of work), and she wasn't very pleasant. The music was blaring and the smell of cooked oil was awful. And to top it all off, we had a burger with a frozen bun.

11/03/2026: I occasionally have lunch at this restaurant, but my last visit definitely put me off. The waiter presented me with the daily special, listed at €15, then immediately switched to mentioning a ribeye steak—without specifying that the price was different. Logically, I assumed it was the same price, since no distinction was made. When it came time to pay, I was surprised: the ribeye steak appeared at €25. The waitress apologized, but offered no discount. The waiter then returned to us with a rather disdainful tone, stating that a €15 ribeye steak "doesn't exist." What should exist, however, is transparency. I left with the feeling that I had simply been ripped off. It's a shame, because a simple effort at communication would have prevented this situation.

25/01/2026: Unacceptable, avoid at all costs! I placed an order on the app, requested extras which I PAID for, and when I received my pizza, they had the nerve to tell me I hadn't requested any extras. And when I went back to the Domino's store in La Roche-sur-Yon, they still had the nerve to tell me they didn't have time to remake my pizza. Listen to me, I work in the restaurant industry, and what's more, in a pizzeria that sees a lot of customers, between 350 and 400 covers a day and up to 500 on Saturdays. So, naturally, as soon as a customer has a problem with their pizza, even if my pizza chefs don't have time to remake it, they still take the time and remake it to meet the customer's request. And all they offered me was a can of soda. So frankly, this is and will be the last time I order from them.

21/02/2026: Tonight I ordered five pizzas, they arrived cold… for a delivery only 7 km away… disappointed with the result. The crust was too thick, the taste mediocre, and the cheese was a mystery—where was it? I definitely don't recommend it… (I suspect the delivery excuse meant it had to travel 25 km before arriving at my house) 😡

30/09/2025: Mixed, considering the price I expected better. My partner was satisfied with his daily menu but asked for a dessert that was not included in the menu without paying attention (2€ more than those on the menu) and had to pay full price for his dessert, we would have liked to have been warned when ordering that this dessert was not included in the menu or else be slightly overcharged. He liked his dish (fish and potatoes). My children had mussels and fries and liked it. I had the only vegetarian dish on the menu, a burger with fries. The fries were good, the bread too, but the vegetable patty was really disgusting. I would have understood 10 years ago the presence of this tasteless frozen patty, but in 2025 there is choice and better alternatives for vegetarians that still exist. I understand that veggies are not the core target of this restaurant, but when you only offer them one choice, you might as well try to do something good. The fig tarte tatin was well presented. The servers were friendly.

14/03/2026: For the prices displayed, we expected better. There were mistakes with the dishes we ordered, particularly regarding cooking times. One of the waitresses left her smile in the changing rooms.

07/03/2026: Avoid at all costs. I arrived at 12:30 PM, and my reservation hadn't been noted. Well, there were only three tables occupied, so I quickly understood why... The welcome was cold, and the staff were dressed like I'd be on a rainy Sunday lounging on my couch (dirty tracksuits and sneakers, hair styled like it had been sharpened with a whetstone). The atmosphere between the kitchen and the dining room was toxic, with comments and insults flying. I had a front-row seat to the waitresses' petty gossip, like something out of "The Marseillais' Villa." On top of that, the awful smell of grease that permeated the entire dining room (I can't even imagine what it would have been like if it were full) clung to my clothes all afternoon. In short, it felt like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares... I left at 1:20 PM, and I saw two people walk into the place. No kidding...

16/03/2026: On the evening of Saturday, March 14th, we had the best night of our lives with our girlfriends at McDonald's, and it was made even better thanks to a worker, Adam K, who made us laugh so much and had a great time at McDonald's. He deserves recognition!

27/08/2025: Located in the center of La Tranche-sur-Mer, this restaurant is well-situated and offers a fairly wide menu. A waiter guided us to our table and took our order without a smile, rather curtly, which wasn't very pleasant. It's a shame 😤, especially during peak season and on vacation; it somewhat spoiled the enjoyment of the meal. The prawn salad 🥗 was a bit overcrowded, and there were two shrimp 🦐🦐 in the bowl 😞. A little disappointed, but I still recommend it. 🫵 Well done 👏

26/08/2025: Hello, looking for a restaurant this 25/08 we chose this restaurant because it is ideally located in the center on the corner of the main street leading to the beach and with a small terrace of about ten tables in a setting that at first glance seems pleasant. In the heart of the night market we arrived around 9 p.m. The owner and the waiter were very friendly and they managed to find us a table on the terrace even though it was not a given without having reserved. Everything started well but unfortunately we will stop there for the compliments because the service then took a long time for no particular reason given the few tables and while some tables had already been free. 4 of us with 2 teenagers we chose 4 burgers with drinks. The menu is simple and uncluttered which should guarantee quality but this is not really the case unless we were unlucky. Reading the other comments luck seems to have nothing to do with it. We unfortunately looked at the comments afterwards otherwise we would have looked for another address. 3 chicken burgers and a bacon cheesecake, in the end without bacon, so back to the kitchen. We had to ask for it after 15 minutes because they had forgotten it, so in the end it wasn't very hot. We also forgot the coke, which we asked for after 15 minutes because it was forgotten to replace an apple juice that was no longer available. The burgers were all very dry in terms of bread with almost no sauce to compensate. Sorry to say that it wasn't great and the frozen fries weren't any better. We often eat burgers with the kids and these are really the worst we've ever had. We didn't risk ordering desserts, only to wait even longer and be equally disappointed. We were a bit lucky because other tables that arrived shortly after us still hadn't been served when we left at 10:30 p.m. We saw them finding the time long while another table was arguing with the boss because the lady had asked for mussels with Roquefort and after more than an hour of waiting they brought her mussels marinière. In a context with 6 tables to manage beyond 9:30 p.m. I understand how one can wait so long. To summarize the server is nice but the food is not up to what we expect from a restaurant. Overall we can't give more than 2 stars and even then because it's just for the server and the location. It's a shame.

25/01/2026: Seeing the state of the toilets, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen is like... It's not my first time here, and it's always this filthy. I won't be back.

08/01/2026: Purchases made at the end of December 2025: pizzas full of bugs, we saw it when we got home... gnats, some kind of ticks... I threw everything in the bin in disgust, I didn't think to take pictures.....
