27/02/2026: We went to this McDonald's restaurant today, which looks like many others in the group, but there's a big difference: the staff. Their kindness and friendliness are a welcome change, and above all, a real pleasure. Well done, keep it up! We tend to focus on the flaws, but it's also good to acknowledge the positive aspects.

01/04/2026: My click-and-collect order arrived with two fries and one potato wedge missing, and I live 10 minutes away. I had to drive back because no one was answering the phone! I explained that I was going to eat my bacon Big Mac cold, and they only gave me three portions with... OHHHHHHHHH MIRACLE!!!! They even gave me extra sauces as a gesture of goodwill, UNBELIEVABLE!!! With today's gas prices, I felt I was entitled to a HOT Big Mac or some decent gesture of goodwill, considering I had to microwave it and drive all the way back so my kids could eat their meals. Complete.

30/03/2026: I wanted to give the McDonald's in Olonne-sur-Mer a second chance, so I ordered the cheddar bacon fries, which cost €5.40, but I barely got half of them in the box. I'm really disappointed!

14/03/2026: McDonald's is conveniently located in the southern part of La Roche-sur-Yon. Upon arrival, I saw that the parking lot was full of McDonald's trash. I noticed that the bins were overflowing; it was 12:15 PM. I went inside, ordered easily, and was served quickly. Unfortunately, the fries and the Big Tasty were almost cold. I also noticed that the floor and the booths were dirty and slippery. No one cleans the tables after a customer leaves. I am very disappointed by this real lack of cleanliness, both inside and out.

08/03/2026: It's getting worse and worse; soon we'll only have the "No Fries" box at the price of cheddar fries, with 4 fries fighting amongst themselves.

14/02/2026: I find the reviews rather harsh… our experience was excellent, the dish (andouillette sausage and fries) was very good, as was the pepper sauce. I even got an extra portion of fries. Sometimes it's best to try it for yourself.

14/02/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by this unassuming little restaurant, my pizza was delicious, the gentleman is really very nice, I recommend it.

30/06/2025: No more regular beef, no more pastrami… Apparently you don't want to make it anymore?!? Well, last time we come! Subway won't be our favorite snack anymore, that's for sure! Even if it depends on the person serving, the portions are clearly stingy! And if they don't have the meat we want to eat when we come in! Fewer customers for you! I would have been better off going across the street!

22/06/2025: Very poorly received!!! The two women at the Saturday night music festival are unprofessional! It's a disgrace to see people like that in business.

07/09/2025: I used to come here during my childhood for the welcome and the friendliness. I went back on Saturday, September 6. I was very disappointed to run away. The owner yelled at her son for over 30 minutes. The gentleman was there with him, it should have been a relaxing moment, but I was more eager to leave. What a shame...

01/09/2025: Table reserved for 7 elderly people (aged 75 to 90). The welcome was not at all warm. We were confined between a partition and another table, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. It was impossible to move around. The wait for our food was very long, the rosé wine was not fresh and served in water glasses, and the mussels were reheated and dry. We complained to the owner, who felt attacked. This place should be avoided, which is exactly what we should have done!!! Deserves no stars.

05/04/2026: The staff were very welcoming and attentive. However, the prices were outrageous for such poor quality. The coffee was also overpriced.

17/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome; the staff were very pleasant and smiling.

28/02/2026: We had lunch there one day; there were three adults and three children, including a newborn. Overall, the experience was poor. The dishes were barely passable: the skate wings were far too overcooked, the ham for the children was full of sinew, and the profiteroles were so dry they were more like crackers. However, if the service had been pleasant, I wouldn't have left a review. That was the biggest problem: zero friendliness, an unbelievable wait (over two hours at the table for the main course and dessert), and clearly, a restaurant that is absolutely not kid-friendly. Not to mention the waiters yelling at the kitchen. The restaurant itself is very beautiful, but it felt like we were in a kitchen nightmare!

25/02/2026: Zero doesn't exist. What a shame. How awful, how disgraceful. A waitress insulting customers, calling them "losers." For €5 for a Coke, you might as well get ripped off with politeness at least.

06/07/2025: Had breakfast here, everything was good but the service was terrible. Their response to our request for more hot water for our tea was: "No, I'm sick of it, everyone keeps asking me that. No, I won't give you more tea."

01/07/2025: A real big latte, with a small glass of water. Amazing! The first time in a long, long time!

11/04/2026: Terrible service...at noon. But the owner hadn't eaten... Not customer-oriented...another one who's going to complain...but he didn't understand that he needed to work...and treat customers courteously... Keep walking...

11/04/2026: Very poorly received because we arrived at 11:45. The gentleman was eating. We returned at 12:10 and the same thing happened: "You're in a hurry, nothing to worry about." So we left. Goodbye, shopkeeper!

15/12/2024: Order taking not good on 2 occasions. Hamburger without stack. Unacceptable service.

13/12/2024: Weak. In other countries you can always enter and order. Nothing will happen here until 10 o'clock. And the food is not so healthy.

27/09/2025: We went there with the family and we ate very badly. The meal was disgusting, it's a no-brainer. Carbonara pasta, only cream, the pasta was not cooked at all, Bolognese pasta, the sauce was not spicy, tasteless, the pasta was full of butter, everything was industrial, we all ended up sick, so hello to the night. The dessert was deugelass, the dry brownie was industrial, strawberry yogurt was a block of melted cottage cheese, fruit was out of date, not at all good choice. €17 for that is a steal, so I strongly advise against it!

18/09/2025: The service and atmosphere were pretty good. The pianist is talented. The quality of the meal really needs to be improved. It was tasteless and bland. We left feeling really disappointed.

09/12/2025: This restaurant is in a deplorable state. The buffet isn't cleaned, the floors are sticky, the counters aren't cleaned, and the facade is even worse.

05/11/2025: The food was terrible; the sushi rice was rock hard and the fish wasn't fresh. The meat, noodles, etc., had a peculiar taste, making them inedible. After calling the owner and explaining the situation, she took the food herself and ate it in front of us, saying it was delicious. We decided not to pay, but ended up paying half, because we have some basic respect! In conclusion, don't go there!

13/02/2026: Poor quality food, the fries were burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside, there was no sauce in the taco, and it was full of water, probably due to the ingredients being frozen. Very poor quality, avoid at all costs

07/11/2025: To begin with, the welcome was unpleasant. There was no one at the counter to take my order; they seemed to prefer smoking outside the establishment. Once my order was taken (without washing their hands), I noticed that everything had been left out in the open. Furthermore, the furniture was also dirty, the fries reeked of oil that had been sitting in the fryer for 15 days, and a three-meat taco had no fries inside, but the grease was still there. A price that seemed reasonable suddenly became less so.
