06/05/2026: We wanted to use Click & Collect to be served quickly and feed our children on time. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 minutes in the designated Click & Collect area, my partner went to check on our order. The response was, "We don't have anyone available for Click & Collect before noon." Luckily, we went to check, otherwise we'd still be there. The service was beyond terrible. Of course, the ice cream had already been made, so it had melted in the meantime, and the sandwiches and fries were cold. A completely ruined meal. And to top it off, three Happy Meals for the same price of £3 each—fantastic! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
05/05/2026: We went through the drive-thru, we made a mistake in the order, we asked to cancel a wrap, she sighed, we told her we could hear her sighing, she replied "we're on a stopwatch", without smiling, in a haughty tone!

30/05/2026: Excellent food, beautifully presented. Very warm welcome. We all loved it and I'm already planning to go back.
27/05/2026: We stopped by today and weren't too happy with the waitress's attitude after we pointed out an insect in our water carafe. I know such things can happen, but not apologizing is worrying.
I also think you rush your customers; we ate in 45 minutes flat (main course, dessert, coffee) – no time to waste! 😅
However, the meat was very good, and I hope to receive better service next time.

11/05/2026: Monday, May 11th, early evening, we were the only ones in the dining room. We ordered lasagna and a veal cutlet. The microwave started whirring loudly, meaning our food was defrosting. The result: an overcooked veal cutlet, frozen fries, and lasagna with far too much cheese and béchamel sauce and hardly any meat. The waiter and the cook kept staring at us... a tense situation... paying €15 per person in a restaurant for reheated food...
22/04/2026: Honestly, I don't understand all the negative reviews I've read here. My experience at this restaurant was simply excellent.
The welcome was genuine, and you could feel their real desire to do things well. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the server took the time to answer our questions.
As for the food, it was a very pleasant surprise: flavorful dishes, beautifully presented, with ingredients that seemed fresh and high-quality. You can tell there's care and effort behind every plate.
It's exactly the kind of place you want to come back to.
Like everywhere, there can be minor hiccups from time to time, but that certainly doesn't reflect the overall quality of the establishment. For my part, I recommend it without hesitation 👍

07/09/2025: I used to come here during my childhood for the welcome and the friendliness. I went back on Saturday, September 6. I was very disappointed to run away. The owner yelled at her son for over 30 minutes. The gentleman was there with him, it should have been a relaxing moment, but I was more eager to leave. What a shame...
01/09/2025: Table reserved for 7 elderly people (aged 75 to 90). The welcome was not at all warm. We were confined between a partition and another table, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. It was impossible to move around. The wait for our food was very long, the rosé wine was not fresh and served in water glasses, and the mussels were reheated and dry. We complained to the owner, who felt attacked. This place should be avoided, which is exactly what we should have done!!!
Deserves no stars.

Well, last time we come!
Subway won't be our favorite snack anymore, that's for sure!
Even if it depends on the person serving, the portions are clearly stingy! And if they don't have the meat we want to eat when we come in! Fewer customers for you! I would have been better off going across the street!
22/06/2025: Very poorly received!!! The two women at the Saturday night music festival are unprofessional! It's a disgrace to see people like that in business.

27/09/2025: We went there with the family and we ate very badly. The meal was disgusting, it's a no-brainer. Carbonara pasta, only cream, the pasta was not cooked at all, Bolognese pasta, the sauce was not spicy, tasteless, the pasta was full of butter, everything was industrial, we all ended up sick, so hello to the night. The dessert was deugelass, the dry brownie was industrial, strawberry yogurt was a block of melted cottage cheese, fruit was out of date, not at all good choice. €17 for that is a steal, so I strongly advise against it!
18/09/2025: The service and atmosphere were pretty good. The pianist is talented.
The quality of the meal really needs to be improved. It was tasteless and bland. We left feeling really disappointed.

09/12/2025: This restaurant is in a deplorable state. The buffet isn't cleaned, the floors are sticky, the counters aren't cleaned, and the facade is even worse.
05/11/2025: The food was terrible; the sushi rice was rock hard and the fish wasn't fresh.
The meat, noodles, etc., had a peculiar taste, making them inedible. After calling the owner and explaining the situation, she took the food herself and ate it in front of us, saying it was delicious. We decided not to pay, but ended up paying half, because we have some basic respect!
In conclusion, don't go there!

13/02/2026: Poor quality food, the fries were burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside, there was no sauce in the taco, and it was full of water, probably due to the ingredients being frozen. Very poor quality, avoid at all costs
07/11/2025: To begin with, the welcome was unpleasant. There was no one at the counter to take my order; they seemed to prefer smoking outside the establishment. Once my order was taken (without washing their hands), I noticed that everything had been left out in the open. Furthermore, the furniture was also dirty, the fries reeked of oil that had been sitting in the fryer for 15 days, and a three-meat taco had no fries inside, but the grease was still there.
A price that seemed reasonable suddenly became less so.

18/08/2024: Ayant réservé pour trois, nous avons déjeuné, comme prévu en terrasse. Au niveau de l'addition pas de surprise, quant au service ce fut top les serveurs sont très réactifs, excellente présentation (très pros, bravo les jeunes !). Nous sommes régulièrement à proximité de la Tranche depuis près de 20 ans !), n'ayant pas de monnaie, lors de mon paiement en CB, je voulais augmenter (comme ça se fait dans d'autres commerces) mon paiement (avec une touche spéciale) mais comme (semble-t-il) ça n'allait pas directement aux serveurs-ses j'y ai renoncé à mon grand regret (encourager nos jeunes c'est important !). Si la présentation des plats était soignée, j'ai été très étonné de la taille des morceaux de poissons (des carrés) et de l'absence d'une moule et d'une crevette voire d'une petite pomme de terre (au minimum) dans la choucroute de mer commandée (j'en ai mangé une brasserie Georges à Lyon rien à voir !) ? Quant au dessert (choisi) le Tiramitsu ne m'a pas laissé un souvenir impérissable (beaucoup trop de mousse blanche (chantilly ?)...) dans un verre. Je me suis fait une réflexion faut-il éviter de venir déjeuner en saison (vu le nombre de clients les parts sont - elles rognées ?) car hors saison (j'ai déjeuné en avril à l'équinoxe) rien à dire ?
16/08/2024: Accueil un peu sec à l'arrivée.
Nous n'avions pas reservé mais peu importe.
Nous avons pris le plateau royal de la mer, il est très bien servi. Les crevettes sont bien charnues, bulots et langoustines de bonne qualité. Le cuisinier avait juste oublie le tourteaux que nous avons dû demander.
Les autres plats sont bien egalement.
La serveuse est venue plusieurs fois afin de voir si notre dejeuner se passait bien et a débarassé plusieurs fois afin de nous liberer de l'espace. Elle etait bien sympathique.
Cest la seconde fois que nous venons lors de nos vacances en vendée.

14/12/2024: We had reservations for dinner after a show, as agreed with the establishment, notifying them of our arrival at the end of the evening. However, to our great surprise, when we called them to confirm our arrival, they informed us that the service was over because the cooks were stopping their activity.
This is a very disappointing experience: why accept a reservation if you cannot honor it? This clearly lacks professionalism and consideration for customers. We do not recommend this place for a serious organization.
