27/08/2026: Ordering a 200g ribeye steak, even at McDonald's, is a bigger steak – a real tourist trap!

26/08/2026: We came to eat on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. There were three of us, and we ordered three rib-eye steaks, priced at €23.90, with an estimated weight between 180g and 200g. As a former cook, I could tell just by looking at them that the weight wasn't right. When I saw my rib-eye arrive, full of fat and sinew, I told the waiter, who sent it back to the kitchen. He brought me a raw one to ask if that cut was okay. When I saw the small piece of meat, I asked him the exact weight, but he couldn't tell me. The only answer he gave was, "When you cook meat, it shrinks." Since I eat my meat rare, it's not going to shrink like that when I eat it properly. I always tip the staff a little something to drink, but since they don't always do what's necessary when customers tell them there's a problem, I didn't give them anything. In short, I do not recommend this restaurant which does not respect the quantities and is very unfriendly.

14/07/2026: Disappointed by the amount of meat in the Sandwich. We were told it was measured, but the two kebabs we ordered didn't have the same amount. When we called to complain, there was no response from customer service. Clearly, customer satisfaction isn't a priority. We'll be going elsewhere from now on.

02/07/2026: I collected my order, and as she handed me the bag, the waitress tore off the receipt stapled to it. Finding this odd, I looked directly inside the bag as I left the restaurant and realized that a kebab had been replaced with a meat kebab wrap, the same price but three times smaller than a kebab. I went back into the restaurant and pointed out the mistake to the waitress who had given me the bag, hoping for some kind of compensation. (What does it cost to put four nuggets in a small box and apologize for the mistake?) She denied everything and kept repeating that her computer didn't make mistakes. I showed her the details of the FIRST and ONLY order on my account: one taco and two kebabs, not one taco, one kebab, and a ridiculously small wrap. Looking me straight in the eye, she told me it was a previous order, not today's. In short, customers are treated like idiots at the red light.

27/03/2026: I think the service was bad because of my features. The coffee was awful.

11/09/2026: We had a very pleasant time. The dishes were excellent (lamb shank and prawn and shrimp salad). Thank you.

06/09/2026: We arrived at 9 pm, and the waiter was still taking the order from the table in front of us, who had arrived just before. We asked for food, and his response was: "We have nothing left to eat; the fridges are empty." But since we arrived with a child and a baby, it wasn't surprising. Thank you to the restaurant across the street, Le Grill de la Forge, for taking us in. Just so you know, my son didn't cry at all during the meal. So when you're passing by Stefiouz, I highly recommend going across the street. They're friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent, and they accept children. Kisses

22/08/2026: No pastries for breakfast. No cookies. No Munfins. Nothing but donuts. At 10:30 a.m. And they're supposed to be defrosted...

20/08/2026: Went to the drive-thru on a Sunday at lunchtime, nobody at the drive-thru and hardly anyone in the lobby. Order was incredibly fast, maybe too fast… A full Big Mac arrived without sauce or salad… outrageous! Add to that the incredibly salty fries and a cheeseburger dripping with sauce… I was going to go to a competitor, but next time I won't hesitate.

17/08/2026: We spent one night in this farm inn, avoid it at all costs 😱 The room had no charm, the bedding needed replacing, it was very uncomfortable, and the linens were questionable. The surrounding area was completely abandoned, and the landscape was desolate. The breakfast was very ordinary (not what was advertised). As for the price, it was far too expensive for such a place; it shouldn't be worth more than €80. We paid €146. We don't even understand how this place can be rented out. Where are the inspections? 😡

14/08/2026: We're campervan travelers, and we found this place very authentic, with local charm. We received a very warm welcome and had dinner in a lovely little inn, with homemade products and good value for money for regional cuisine. I highly recommend this establishment.

30/08/2026: No pizzas available for children, no Roquefort cheese because they're closing tomorrow for pasta, but it's not mentioned on the menu that they're out. No burgers except as part of the set menus. We had to repeat things three times: the cherry soda wasn't cherry soda, it was more like Pepsi, and the iced tea wasn't either. The pizzas were good but heavy, and the staff were unfriendly; they clearly didn't want to be there! This was my first and only visit.

30/08/2026: The staff were very kind and helpful. The mussels and fries with Roquefort cheese were a gem. It's the first time I've ever eaten such good mussels.

20/08/2026: Everything was perfect, fast service

19/08/2026: A family McDonald's meal is getting expensive; you could at least expect cleanliness and fewer flies. This past Monday, August 10th, we ate as a family in Aizenay with flies for company. The tables weren't clean, and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. The service left much to be desired; if we hadn't been paying attention, we would have received a "best of" meal instead of a "maxi best of" meal. Not to mention the liquid sundae I was served—grainy and with hardly any caramel.

12/06/2026: The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to please the customer. The breakfast buffet does not match the photos on the website. The same goes for the photos of the meal menus in the room and on the website. The photos speak for themselves.

09/06/2026: What can I say? The pool wasn't cleaned, the bathtub was full of limescale, and the restaurant was very basic (the food was far too salty). Breakfast offered little choice and low-quality products. In short, avoid it. It doesn't deserve 3 stars.

21/07/2026: First and last time! As soon as I opened the box, I knew it was going to be a disaster! I was speechless, it was so awful. It's a shame because it's not that hard to satisfy a customer! ... I hope there's no food poisoning...

10/05/2026: We've been customers for several years and have never been disappointed by the pizzas; they're very generously topped and delicious. The staff is very pleasant. I'm very surprised by some of the comments.

01/08/2026: The click and collect service is appalling. As for the drive-through service, there are often errors in the orders. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

28/07/2026: After a 25-minute wait (on a Sunday at 12:15 PM, so the restaurant was far from full), I received a cold burger and cold fries. I went back to ask for a different meal. No apology. They brought my order anyway. Another cold burger (see photo). They seem to be busy asking people to leave comments, but not so busy providing service.

18/08/2026: Passing through the region on vacation, I stopped by and the table service was quick, the food was hot, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend it.

17/08/2026: They didn't serve us at our table because they couldn't find us. As a result, we waited 15 minutes and everything was cold when we finally got it from the counter. And they weren't friendly either.

25/08/2026: Very good restaurant for camping

23/08/2026: Very disappointed, expensive and meager meal, for dessert an industrial crepe made in Nantes which the waitress told me was reheated on a griddle (laughs) at €7, isn't that taking advantage of tourists...
