12/07/2026: We had an extraordinary evening with friends, under the watchful eye of the chef (and his wife) who worked in the kitchen opposite the private dining room reserved for us. A wonderful culinary journey, the discovery of refined flavors, a perfect food and wine pairing following the recommendations we received. A very warm and welcoming reception. Many memories of this unforgettable experience. For us, who were already familiar with the "Burnel Sisters" hotel-restaurant, a well-known local establishment, this is the continuation of a beautiful family adventure; the Michelin star is a well-deserved reward for the impressive development of this establishment. Surely a first step towards other accolades to come… Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

01/08/2026: We're from Belgium and visiting the Vosges Mountains... We were looking for a restaurant that could accommodate 10 people. We weren't disappointed; the welcome was excellent from the moment we walked in. Smiles and greetings accompanied us all the way to our table. We had a choice of cocktails and Belgian beers on tap, from lager to wheat beer. The dishes were beautifully presented, the service impeccable—a place I recommend without hesitation. Thank you again.

29/08/2026: There wasn't much to complain about except that there was no toilet paper in the restrooms and the water carafes weren't very practical for pouring. Everything else was perfect: the welcome, the helpfulness, the patience, the atmosphere, the service, and the delicious food. A very good experience. We will be back.

07/08/2026: My partner and I stumbled upon this charming little restaurant on our way to our holiday destination :) We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service (provided by just one dedicated person) and the meal. We really appreciated the location, the helpfulness, and the friendliness of the staff. We were also given a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

A superb experience for our daughter's 17th birthday! The service, the food, the ambiance... everything was perfect. Special mention to the young lady who explained everything... and with a smile! 31/07/2026: Four-course menu (€48), vegan for me and the classic for my partner. We both absolutely loved it; we savored every single dish! It's wonderful to find such refined and flavorful cuisine, even in the vegan version, which is very similar to the classic menu. The ingredients are high-quality, everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it; it's an experience well worth the price. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area!

And what can I say about the cuisine… A true marvel! High-quality, local ingredients, enhanced with great inventiveness while respecting the products and tradition. Perfect flavor combinations, expertly cooked dishes, plates as beautiful as they are delicious: a real treat for the taste buds. The setting is equally impressive, warm and peaceful, with an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the moment. A huge congratulations to Audrey and Robin for this wonderful restaurant and their attention to detail. You leave L’Étable with a smile and only one desire: to return! An experience not to be missed!

21/08/2026: Everything was going well when, all of a sudden, after enjoying the appetizer, the main course arrived. It was the final straw. Indeed, the dish was mischievous; the mountain of salt had managed to hide itself in the tabbouleh and lentil fritters. I won't spoil the suspense, but I couldn't finish this dish, which left my mouth feeling dry for the next three decades.

04/08/2026: We happened to be in the area and discovered this fantastic restaurant. The concept had already impressed us online, and we weren't disappointed. We arrived at lunchtime, and since it was a spontaneous visit, we were still wearing our sportswear. That wasn't a problem at all. We felt very comfortable right away. The ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated. The menu was perfectly tailored to our tastes; every single course and every amuse-bouche tasted wonderful and was a truly delightful experience. The service was also very friendly and attentive. The value for money is excellent! We will definitely be back. I don't think there was a vegetarian option for the main course, but I imagine you could certainly inquire about that in advance.

And wow… it was absolutely amazing! 😊 It was so good, bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The best part: excellent value for money, especially considering the local produce and such a well-prepared dish. We thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend this place for a great lunch or dinner in Épinal. We'll definitely be back! 🥰
