They are very attentive and welcoming, and the dishes are delicious. We highly recommend it! It's fantastic to have such a great restaurant in St-Amé. The owners always try to support local businesses, and it shows in the quality of the food!

18/10/2026: A restaurant that deserves to be better known! Since its reopening a year ago, everything has been a success. The welcome is warm, the service personalized and even a little humorous. The double tablecloths and the crumb sweeper between courses show that they care about their customers' comfort. The food is delicious, with a lovely amuse-bouche to start and a sweet treat to finish. The bread is homemade. The set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) in the evenings and on weekends is very affordable for such a good restaurant. We'll gladly return, thank you again :)

12/07/2026: We had an extraordinary evening with friends, under the watchful eye of the chef (and his wife) who worked in the kitchen opposite the private dining room reserved for us. A wonderful culinary journey, the discovery of refined flavors, a perfect food and wine pairing following the recommendations we received. A very warm and welcoming reception. Many memories of this unforgettable experience. For us, who were already familiar with the "Burnel Sisters" hotel-restaurant, a well-known local establishment, this is the continuation of a beautiful family adventure; the Michelin star is a well-deserved reward for the impressive development of this establishment. Surely a first step towards other accolades to come… Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

As for the food, the quality is truly exceptional: flavorful dishes, well-prepared and generously served. You can feel their delight in pleasing their customers. A must-visit for a great Italian meal; I highly recommend it!

10/06/2026: My husband, friends, and I stayed at this hotel for a sporting competition. We enjoyed the wellness area, the bar, and the excellent quality and generous breakfast. We really appreciated the location, the helpfulness, and the friendliness of the staff. We were also given a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

20/10/2026: What can I say except exceptional? There were six of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The mixed platter to share featured excellent products, cheeses, and charcuterie. The Vosgiflettes and Vosgiflettes gourmandes were exquisite; they were truly delicious. The desserts were just as good as the main courses—absolutely nothing to complain about. We will return with immense pleasure. I recommend it 200%!

19/10/2026: Once again, the previous reviews are spot on. From the initial phone call to the reception and setup, everything was perfect. Taking our order was effortless and, as a bonus, the lady greeted us with a smile. The shared appetizer arrived, and everything was delicious. The main courses followed, each as beautifully presented as they were flavorful. The cooking was perfect, as were the side dishes. To finish on a high note, the desserts brought the meal to a close. The setting is truly superb; you feel right at home, without any pretension. Everything went wonderfully well. We are delighted with this wonderful discovery of an inn. We left completely satisfied. Thank you to the entire team for this very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it.

27/09/2026: An excellent dinner with two glasses of Burgundy wine accompanying our courses. The dishes were beautifully presented (fish and meat) and were as delicious as they were pleasing to the eye. The service was extremely friendly and professional. And the desserts were the icing on the cake! A must-visit in Épinal if you want to treat your taste buds! The price of the meal is entirely justified by the quality of the cuisine and the excellent ingredients used by the chef and his sous-chef. The team is family-run, with father and son in the kitchen while mother and daughter-in-law manage the front of house and service.

21/08/2026: Everything was going well when, all of a sudden, after enjoying the appetizer, the main course arrived. It was the final straw. Indeed, the dish was mischievous; the mountain of salt had managed to hide itself in the tabbouleh and lentil fritters. I won't spoil the suspense, but I couldn't finish this dish, which left my mouth feeling dry for the next three decades.
