19/05/2026: There were six of us hiking, and we stopped here for the night. We had dinner there that evening and it was delicious. We made friends with members of the Vosges Club. The staff is very friendly and professional. We stayed overnight, and all six of us were in the room and slept very well. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. There are tables and chairs in the common area, which allowed us to play a little card game while waiting for dinner. We recommend this place because it also offers a magnificent sunset.

19/07/2026: We had dinner as a family at La Papillote and had a wonderful time. Just so you know: at lunchtime, the restaurant offers traditional cuisine, while in the evening it operates solely as a pizzeria. The welcome was very warm. A young waiter immediately put us at ease with his cheerful disposition and a few jokes, creating a very friendly atmosphere. All the pizzas we ordered were delicious, with a good choice of sizes: a child's size for smaller appetites or an adult size for those with a bigger appetite. This was a thoughtful touch. An added bonus: there's a parking lot right in front of the restaurant, which makes parking incredibly easy. A great place that I'm happy to recommend!

01/08/2026: Although we've lived near this pizzeria for several years, tonight was our first time there, and it certainly won't be our last. We were able to eat on the terrace... a little taste of vacation without even leaving home. Delicious pizzas and impeccable service. A very pleasant experience. See you soon.

01/08/2026: Great pizzeria with a lovely little terrace. We stopped there during a break on our way back from vacation. The children were able to play in the park/garden next door. We received a warm welcome, not only with delicious pizzas but also from the equally welcoming owner. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again.

A very warm welcome, excellent food (and beautifully presented dishes!), impeccable service with a smile, and to top it all off, a fantastic sorbet to help with digestion. 22/06/2026: I don't usually leave Google reviews, but this time it was absolutely necessary. Quite simply, one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The flank steak was absolutely incredible, perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and bursting with taste. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the food is prepared with care. Every bite was a delight. The service was also top-notch, with a welcoming and attentive team. Honestly, an excellent find that I highly recommend. I will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

13/07/2026: The best Fleischschnacka of my life! We had lunch on the terrace with our family on a Saturday. The terrace is shaded by large trees, which immediately lowers the temperature a few degrees. The welcome was warm and friendly, and we were immediately offered a carafe of water. Given the heat, it was very welcome. The menu is varied, and the portions are very generous. I opted for the Fleischschnacka with raw vegetables, which were absolutely delicious (see photo). There's also a version with broth and green salad. The photo also shows the pig's trotter stew. The rest of the table ordered hanger steak or steak tartare. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Kudos to the excellent service and the restaurant's decor.

08/06/2026: A very warm welcome. Guests are received with pleasure. The room was comfortable and very clean. And the restaurant! What a wonderful discovery! Each dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate. A great deal of thought has gone into the flavors, and everything is delicious. The establishment's decor is very refined; the subtle touches reminiscent of South America and the overall design create a relaxing and very pleasant atmosphere. Add to that the choice of tableware, cutlery... everything is perfect! We had an excellent stay! Thank you for your welcome, your smiles, and the professionalism of everyone. Congratulations!

03/06/2026: Meal on June 3, 2026: The waitress Stéphanie was very professional and friendly, we quickly felt right at home. It's always a pleasure to eat here. A minor complaint about the piece of beef, which was unfortunately inedible because it was so tough. Thank you again for the thoughtful touch, which we love for birthdays 😊

17/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. We waited an hour and a half to be served (even just to get a carafe of water and a bowl for the dog...) because they forgot to send our orders through their system. In short, it was a long wait, and they didn't even offer us a few peanuts while we waited. The wine was served lukewarm, or even hot. The fries were dry, as was the burger, actually. I should have known better than to ask how I wanted my steak cooked; it arrived well-done, almost impossible to cut. It's worth noting that I wasn't the only one struggling to cut my burger; other customers were also trying to slice theirs... I had hoped I was an exception, but apparently not. Given the high rating of this establishment, I'm very surprised by my own experience. It's a real shame because the setting is very nice, the decor is attractive, and the servers are all very friendly.

17/08/2026: Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our meal last night. First of all, the wait was very long: we waited almost an hour before being served. Since we were seated on the terrace, the servers rarely came to check on us, which made the wait even longer. We wanted to order raclette, but we only learned once we arrived that there were no power outlets available on the terrace. It's a shame this wasn't mentioned or anticipated, especially when you come specifically for this type of dish. I had ordered a side of vegetables with my fish. For a €28 dish, I ended up with only two steamed potatoes and two small pieces of cauliflower, which I found really meager for the price. As for the burgers, we weren't asked how we wanted them cooked. They were therefore a little overcooked for my taste, which could easily have been avoided by simply asking. I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, but unfortunately, all these little things significantly impacted our experience. For the price we paid, we expected better service and more generous portions.

07/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! The service was pleasant and efficient, and the meal was delicious and hearty at a very reasonable price. The only downside was that we'd eaten a bit too much to go ziplining afterwards, but the cable held up perfectly! Thank you for a lovely time; we'll gladly return.

01/08/2026: An exceptional meal! My partner and I came for our birthday weekend and were treated like royalty. We were given a prime table, quiet and secluded, perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner. The menu was excellent, from appetizer to dessert! A true delight! As a lovely surprise, since we had mentioned a birthday when we booked, the staff sang a song while presenting a cake, creating a precious memory of the meal and the day. A huge thank you to the team and best of luck for the future. We look forward to returning.
