12/08/2026: A very warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, local produce on the menu, we didn't stay long enough to try everything… the salads are generous, the flammenkuches are delicious (the goat cheese one, a delight!) and the crème brûlées with Vosges candy are a treat… In’houx bliable!

21/07/2026: I ordered a pizza for pickup; it was ready promptly and absolutely delicious. The thin, crispy crust was baked in a stone oven, it was generously topped with fresh ingredients, and the price was perfectly reasonable.

29/07/2026: The young waitress's friendliness needs improvement, as does the preparation of the Spritz Hugo (elderflower) cocktail, where you couldn't taste anything but lemon, given the five pieces and seeds. It had more of a mojito aroma than elderflower, which was/seemed to be completely absent. And the countless lemon seeds clogged the straw, making it impossible to drink... No comment.

We were served by Marine G., who was very friendly, pleasant, and professional throughout the meal. She was attentive to our needs and helped us have a wonderful time. 09/08/2026: We ate at Le Chant du Bois on a Friday evening, and we had an excellent meal. The dishes were delicious and generous, and the desserts were too! It was quite busy, but despite that, there was no wait; the service was efficient! The staff is very friendly and efficient. If we return to the area, we will definitely come back to your restaurant with great pleasure!

24/07/2026: A must-visit if you're in Vagney, the pizzas are delicious. The pizza is perfectly made, the dough is perfect, absolutely divine, the sauce is unbeatable, the atmosphere is great, and the prices are reasonable. A big thumbs up to the chef.

28/05/2026: One of the most beautiful Hotels you can get in this area, position is verry high up with a wonderful view. The Kitchen is also very premium with a tiny card but trust me, from what i tasted and saw... everything on that menu card is premium! The owners are very familiar in general which leaves a good feeling and they care about costumers in general. The Room are not modern but fit the flair very well, "wooden cabine" style and a nice view. ( you can see the stars while laying in bed) Everything is clean, no carpets (thank god i hate carpet floor in hotels) the bath also is clean, i even had a bathtub with nice soaps. The bed was a bit hard, that is why i give only 4 stars for the room. Breakfast is a quite small buffet but also with high quality products, for me quality is much more important than quantity so 5 stars for sure. ( coffe was not so tasty but i m not a coffe person ) Indoor parking for motocycles works great with a little remote to open an close the garage, just perfect! Hopefuly they read my review, amazing place! 28.05.26

26/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We dined at Le Couaroge in Gérardmer on July 26th, as a group of 10, seated on the right-hand terrace. Honestly, we have absolutely no complaints! The meals were excellent, generous, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The desserts were simply delicious and the perfect ending to the meal. The service was pleasant, the staff welcoming, and the atmosphere very warm. Our entire table had a wonderful time, and everyone left satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in Gérardmer. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience; we will gladly return!

18/07/2026: A superb evening spent with family to celebrate our son's 20th birthday. The cuisine was refined, inventive, and delicious, with impeccable service from two extremely friendly and attentive waitresses. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of the candle on our son's dessert, which we hadn't specifically requested. This discreet but unexpected gesture delighted him immensely. We highly recommend this restaurant; you live up to your excellent reputation. It was a truly magical moment. Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back.

27/06/2026: What a truly wonderful meal, where every ingredient was perfectly balanced in flavor and every course was a masterpiece! And the service was impeccable… We were absolutely thrilled and can only say THANK YOU… For me, this was truly sophisticated cuisine that deserves many awards… Every jus and sauce was divine ♥️ The wine pairing was perfect, the Crémant d'Alsat was excellent… Personally, I found the wine list and pricing convincingly fair; champagne from €64 per bottle! (Unfortunately, I had to drive)… Bravo Le Karelian

12/07/2026: A small, unassuming restaurant, but everything was delicious and the fish was fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. We ordered miso soup, coleslaw, shrimp tempura, gyoza, salmon and cheese maki, and beef stir-fried noodles. A real treat! The service was pleasant. Thank you.
