16/03/2026: The maki rolls weren't great. The rice was watery. It's a shame they didn't have seaweed salad. The servers were friendly, the place was clean and quite welcoming. But the food was so-so...and expensive in the evening.

15/03/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The food was absolutely disgusting: the rice was hot, the kebabs undercooked, and the staff were unfriendly and didn't understand what we were saying. To top it all off, we had an animal on our plate.

08/09/2024: Chocolate ice cream (normally on top and below) with almost non-existent chocolate above and below! Despite my remark, the service person did not want to correct the error! I would have expected a correction and an apology but obviously it is up to us to apologize for pointing out that the product is not compliant!

07/09/2024: Good morning, I came today around 1 p.m. in the middle of a rush. Despite the wait to access the terminals, as soon as the order was paid, in less than 10 minutes our trays were ready (for 3 people). Nothing was forgotten and the fries were piping hot (rare during fast food rush periods). Thank you very much and good luck to the staff 😊

29/04/2026: Fantastic! The staff are friendly, the portions are generous, and the quality of the pizzas is just amazing. The homemade pizza dough is simply delicious; I even ate the crust, which I usually hate. Honestly, 10/10!

17/02/2026: We've been getting our sandwiches from Spyzzas for a few years now. They're always delicious, flavorful, beautifully packaged, with homemade fries, generous portions, and quality ingredients. Thank you so much!

30/04/2026: I enjoy it every time. The service is a little slow, sometimes there's a promotion, but overall it's fine with me because it's a restaurant. It's the same everywhere, all orders at the same time.

23/03/2026: The woman at the counter was acting in very bad faith. I made a mistake on my Uber Eats order by clicking on only one pizza when I could have gotten the second one free. Unfortunately, I clicked too quickly, so I immediately called the restaurant to ask them to add the second free pizza, and she refused. So I told her I was going to cancel my order and place another one to make the correct selection. Once I canceled my order, Uber decided not to refund the €19.99 because the restaurant took time to prepare my order. So I called the restaurant again, and she told me it was normal because she had validated my order even though I had called just one minute later. She could have told me I wouldn't be refunded, claiming she didn't know Uber's procedures (which is possible), but when I called her and offered to come pick up my pizza, she was very hesitant. And why did she tell me she was going to tell the cook to prepare my pizza (so it wasn't even in class)? Why did she tell Uber it was being prepared...??!! Is it convenient for you to charge for orders and the customer doesn't even get their delivery? Lol, no gesture, no understanding. And she doesn't know anything about how Uber Eats works, even though you only use it in the evenings. Anyway, the man who makes the pizzas is very welcoming, very smiley, and his pizzas are very, very good, but unfortunately, I will never order from you again. (Former good customer.) The pizza cost me more than the original price!! lol

22/05/2026: The displayed delivery time is completely inaccurate. With the actual delivery time, I could have walked there and back. And you're charging a fee... We're paying for a service, not a hassle. We're way past the point of "fast" food... And it's quite amusing that there's no indication of the time you pay for the order when you want to see the delivery time. Afraid of the actual timing? Seen on the credit card receipt. Payment at 11:25 PM, estimated delivery at 12:50 AM... 1.5 hours to deliver a McDonald's 2km away? You're taking your customers for a ride!!!

22/05/2026: I went to McDonald's last Saturday around 12:30 AM. A brunette woman named Julie took my order at the drive-thru. I entered my McDonald's ID, and everything seemed fine from that point on. Then, when I went to pay, I realized that Julie had removed my account and added her own to take advantage of the points I had earned. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Unfortunately, it saddens me greatly that at your age you still do things like this. It's depressing for you, and you won't get anywhere in life with that mentality.

14/04/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. I had a very bad experience: the restaurant is dirty, poorly cleaned, and there's a bad smell as soon as you walk in. If the common area where customers sit is this dirty and poorly maintained, what must the kitchen be like?

14/04/2026: Avoid this drive-thru; it's incredibly slow! They're clearly understaffed to cut costs. It's nowhere near the brand's standard of 90 seconds max for drive-thru service.

08/04/2026: I just left this "restaurant" where the buffet was extremely poor; it looked like leftovers from lunch, or even yesterday. It's unacceptable to keep this kind of place open; I'll never set foot in it again. What's more, I'm going to be spending the night in the bathroom because I've already developed a nasty stomach bug just an hour after eating their food of dubious quality. Take my advice: run away as fast as you can!!

25/03/2026: Hello, I really like this restaurant, the only one in the center of Achères where you can actually sit down, but unfortunately it's not very suitable for young children, despite a children's menu (no high chairs, children are reprimanded if they move or make noise, especially by other customers), and we had a bad experience, as detailed below. I unfortunately won't be going back. There was also no light in the restrooms that evening, forcing us to keep the door open and take turns supervising. My 13-month-old walked towards a table of elderly people who were outraged and wanted to move because they wanted a quiet spot without children (the woman didn't hesitate to say she didn't like children), which caused stress for everyone. We also had a 4-year-old and a 3-year-old with us, so we let them dance near our table, and there was some good music playing. ;) We found the pizzas better than the pasta. PS: Note the presence of a changing table.

25/02/2026: Delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere at Michel's. A cozy and peaceful place, the decor is absolutely stunning! I've been going there for 20 years and I hope to see this restaurant open for many more years to come!

22/03/2026: Refreshing Angelina location, went with friends. It's easy to find a table and eat patisserie. More relaxed than inside the chateau.

21/03/2026: Feeling peckish? This will do the trick. Pleasant counter, elegant interior decor, less well-maintained terrace, unremarkable furniture arrangement. Polite but not particularly warm service, only at the counter on trays, not in line with the reputation of this establishment, tables not consistently cleaned. Limited menu, decent presentation, even up to standard, but unremarkable taste. All this for a price justified by the scarcity of options in this location, but for quality close to what you'd expect from a cheap eatery.

18/12/2024: Would not give a straw to a child. Said they were not allowed to. Refuse to give a child a straw for water. He clarified that this was not authorized.

21/04/2026: Fast, efficient, and offering very good value for money. The place is cozy, with a friendly and pleasant atmosphere—perfect for a morning coffee. Unfortunately, there were no croissants available, but the staff handled it well by suggesting nearby options, either from a neighboring shop or a bakery. The service is excellent overall, and it’s a traditional French brasserie, even offering oysters on Saturdays 👍

31/03/2026: I stopped by at 7:40 PM to buy a pack of cigarettes and a coffee. The manager readily agreed to sell me the cigarettes, but flatly refused to serve me coffee, saying he was about to close. However, at the same time, he was serving coffee to other customers, and several people were still calmly drinking at the counter. So clearly, the rules are applied selectively depending on who you are. I even tried to talk to him (a former soldier like myself), but he showed no consideration, no politeness whatsoever. Frankly, he was completely inconsistent from beginning to end. Refusing a coffee while continuing to serve others is simply incomprehensible and utterly unprofessional. Avoid this place.

12/11/2025: Incredibly rude, the calzone was watery, and they tried to tell me it was the egg white when the egg in question was completely cooked instead of runny. Besides, egg white is thick... Instead of apologizing, or acknowledging that an ingredient must have released a lot of water—like the impressive number of whole olives on the pizza, or the ham if it was frozen—they preferred to talk down to people, claiming they don't deliberately put water in pizzas and that runny, uncooked egg white happens all the time... Well, in that case, learn to control your cooking! Anyway, there are ways to speak to customers. I wanted to give you a chance despite the Google rating, which is clearly deserved.

11/11/2025: The pizzas are pretty good, the service is generally quite fast, nothing to complain about, very good for lunch 👍

14/05/2026: A Gold member for two years, I regularly shop at Starbucks in the Île-de-France region, and this is the first time I've had a bad experience abroad. Overwhelmed by the crowd, I ordered the new Chicken Pop, which had come especially for me, and was given a donut and a watery Cool Lime with no lime flavor. For the price, I won't be going back to the Parly 2 location.
