16/03/2026: Family lunch with my 18-month-old daughter. And, as always, everyone ate well, and the service was incredibly fast.

02/03/2026: I can only comment on the drive-thru, but the service was impeccable. I went at the end of the day and again early in the morning, and the staff were helpful, smiling, and pleasant. It was a welcome and refreshing experience. My order was complete and piping hot every time.

21/03/2026: They said they close at 7 am, but I arrived at 6 am and they told me they were closed and had nothing to eat, even though I drove 30 minutes to get there.

20/03/2026: I placed an order today and the delivery driver forgot it. I wonder how this team operates; they have no responsibility. Avoid them! 😡

11/03/2026: I spent a week here for professional training and I found the location ideal, very close to the train station and with easy access to numerous restaurants and activities. The rooms are spacious and quiet, at least those on the first floor, and the breakfast is very varied. The cleanliness is also impeccable.

22/02/2026: I stayed at this hotel. I arrived at 3:00 AM after a long drive. We were put in a room with an adjoining door, but I was woken up at 7:00 AM several times during the night by the noise from the room next door, where the occupants were completely disrespectful of others. I have video evidence, but I kept falling back asleep, so I didn't have the time or the inclination to call hotel staff at those times. I just wanted to sleep and get back on the road. Unfortunately, the drive was rough! We pay for a hotel to sleep, not to be bothered! Furthermore, management refuses to do anything! I am very disappointed that this hotel is truly subpar! I do not recommend it at all. If you valued our feedback as much as I do, you would accept a refund! It's not insignificant! We pay for this hotel to sleep, not to hear people shouting and moaning. I await your response; I will not let this go! That's for sure.

15/02/2026: A very long wait on a Saturday evening, disappointing. Overwhelmed staff, excessive wait time—30 minutes to get the first details of our order. Customers arriving after us were served all sorts of dishes before us, including what we had ordered. Some dishes were cold. I'd recommend ordering again because I forgot about it. 12/02/2026: Great food, but be aware they don't accept holiday vouchers; my ANCV holiday vouchers were refused.

22/03/2026: I went into this restaurant without really knowing what I was getting into. I trusted the "halal" sticker, but unfortunately, after finishing my meal, I saw that the "halal" restaurant also operates as a bar, which makes me hesitant to trust this restaurant regarding the quality of its meat. The sandwich had far too much onion and very little meat, and it completely collapsed. My fries were also undercooked. Regarding the staff, I won't generalize, but the person taking orders was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't say hello, didn't explain anything, and just wanted me to take my order and go sit down. I was served very quickly, in less than 15 minutes, and it was quite busy.

04/02/2026: The crispy chicken was very good, but the portion of fries was ridiculously small (less than half the box) for €5 (fries + drink), it's outrageous.

28/01/2026: The most senior member of staff was extremely unpleasant. She charged me €17 for a student meal deal, which included a very small portion of fries (no more than ten). I asked for the receipt, but it didn't detail what I had ordered. After speaking with other customers, I noticed that prices seemed to vary for the same order, creating a real sense of injustice and a lack of transparency. Some paid less, while others experienced the same situation as me. In my experience, this is an establishment to avoid due to the staff's behavior and lack of consideration for customers. There is a clear absence of any human touch. The food isn't bad, but that doesn't make up for the overall experience. When I asked for an explanation and the receipt, the woman's attitude seemed inappropriate, almost mocking, which only increased my discomfort. I felt there was a lack of professionalism and transparency, which is very regrettable.

27/03/2026: I have visited pizza hut yesterday after my work I have been so hungry and I have ordered kebab pizza. I have requested them to give early ... In mean time I have got on time as requested and they have given with a good smile ... The pizza is yummy specially kebab is awesome here .... 26/03/2026: The worst four-cheese pizza I've ever had. Funeral service. No atmosphere whatsoever. In short, thanks a lot, Pizza Hut in Viroflay. Avoid it.

01/04/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance in the middle of the market, drawn in by the sunny terrace. I snagged a free table without having to wait. And what a surprise! The restaurant, a victim of its own success, was quickly booked up (and understandably so, remember to reserve 😅). The menu is excellent, generous, and high-quality. And the price is more than reasonable! Pictured here is a homemade cordon bleu and a praline tiramisu. It was superb, I had a wonderful time, and the staff is very attentive, which is really nice. Thank you so much!

27/03/2026: Having received no response to the message I sent to the restaurant after my visit, I am taking the liberty of sharing my experience here. On Saturday, March 14th, while dining with six friends, I found a piece of glass in a glass of chocolate mousse served with my gourmet coffee. When I brought it to my mouth, I cut my palate, and I noticed some bleeding at the table. The staff apologized, and the dessert was not charged. However, I am very surprised that no more serious action or follow-up was offered, given the seriousness of the situation. I was also astonished that the issue of payment even arose in such a context. As a long-time customer and resident of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this experience was more than disappointing. I sincerely hope that this incident will be taken seriously and that the necessary measures will be implemented to prevent such a situation from happening again.

25/03/2026: Appalling service, a place to avoid. Third order, and third failure with the Click & Ready service: the order is never brought to me, forcing me to go inside to pick it up. And as if that weren't enough, items are consistently missing. Faced with this string of problems, I asked to speak to the manager. Her attitude was simply unacceptable: a dismissive tone, inappropriate language, and no attempt at self-reflection. Hiding behind a staff shortage in no way justifies such poor service or such behavior towards customers. A catastrophic customer experience from start to finish. Absolutely avoid.

21/03/2026: Amazing 8th birthday party organized for my daughter! 🎁🎊🎂 The entertainer, Cédric, was absolutely fantastic! Two hours of fun with 9 keys to collect by winning games (knock-down-the-cans, scent-matching bingo, connect-the-dots puzzle, hot air balloon, musical chairs...) followed by a cake break and then a happy meal. When the girls opened the treasure chest, it contained lovely gifts for my daughter and her friends. In addition, wonderful gifts were given especially for my daughter's birthday. A huge thank you!!! I highly recommend Cédric! ❤️

15/03/2026: The only thing that doesn't give my boyfriend and me a stomachache at this McDonald's is the sundaes. Otherwise, everything is poor quality and orders take forever to be served.

12/03/2026: The wait time was incredibly long! Only two cars were allowed in the drive-thru, but the wait was 40 minutes!

07/03/2026: If I were the manager of this restaurant, this wouldn't happen. Even if there were staff shortages, I would take the necessary precautions to clean the floor and tables. Cleanliness is fundamental in a restaurant. And the noise of dirty dishes being dropped into the collection bin is also unacceptable for the peace and quiet of the customers. Sorry, but if things don't change, I'll find another restaurant. A word to the wise.

05/03/2026: De pire en pire... Un soir à 19h30 = plus de jus de pomme, plus de jus d'orange, quasiment jamais de livre ... Et un service ultra long... Ça manque d'un bon management dans ce fast-food.

16/03/2026: If this bakery weren't next to the train station, I wouldn't have gone there in a long time. The employees are always in a rush to work faster, which makes customers feel like they're bothering them. If employers want incredibly efficient robots, we lose some of the human touch.

16/03/2026: We love having breakfast at Monsieur's orangery on Wednesday mornings with my daughter, or just for a sweet treat. I must mention the attentive service; our hot chocolate was served with a complimentary piece of brioche, and they thoughtfully offered us a glass of water. We really enjoyed their traditional baguette, and their financiers are absolutely delicious <3. Thank you so much.

21/03/2026: Shopping center closed and no toilets in the McDonald's... Depressing atmosphere. Dirty tables not cleaned by staff. The yogurt in the Happy Meal was leaking, so I didn't eat it. Never again...

19/03/2026: Honestly, they're incredibly fast; click and collect was ready in about 5 minutes. The problem is, it's understandable given the amount of potatoes and the fact that the raclette cheese didn't have time to melt. A real shame...
