15/02/2026: I placed an order on Sunday, March 15, 2026. I called the delivery driver at 7:45 PM and he arrived at 8:19 PM. Sorry, I wasn't waiting. This is unacceptable; it's making a mockery of people. I cancelled the order and will order elsewhere. Avoid ordering from Pizza Hut Montigny-le-Bretonneux.

22/02/2026: Very poor service. The waitress was extremely rude, and the restaurant was empty. The dishes were clearly pre-prepared, almost like they were from the day before. Very bad experience.

31/03/2026: We come here regularly: the food is incredibly fresh, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. The service is efficient and attentive. Regarding the price, some compare it to sushi chains: we find the quality here to be better, and therefore naturally more expensive than semi-industrial sushi. We recommend it.

21/02/2026: A nauseating odor hits you as soon as you enter. Two possibilities: dead pests or a major hygiene problem! Furthermore, seeing and hearing how they treat customers at their counters and those calling (clumsy language, disdain, and contempt), I understand the numerous poor ratings they've received due to their poor behavior. I'm a tour guide and it's my habit, not to say my "mission," to inform potential clients by giving an objective and realistic opinion. Many receive excellent ratings (over 80% of the places I visit), and unfortunately, others, unable to offer a pleasant customer experience, receive ratings that reflect their actions (regarding hospitality, courtesy, respect, etc.). I expect a surprising response from the manager, who seems to have a knack for turning situations around by absolving himself and blaming those who give a rating he doesn't like. Let him do it then, because it won't change the reality of his establishment's situation, which I can't sugarcoat.

06/02/2026: The room was fine, with a comfortable bed. However, it was impossible to take a bath because either the drain plug was missing or leaking (for my colleagues). Breakfast was adequate.

01/03/2026: Got mixed Chirashi. The chunks of fish were hard as if not defrosted properly, spices which dont belong added, all for a ridiculous price. For two thirds of that price our favourite place, which was closed, gives you proper food as well as a side miso soup and salad. Avoid this place.

25/02/2026: A disastrous experience. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen, but it's clearly a public health hazard. Just a few hours after eating, I became violently ill: nausea, pain, unable to get up—a real case of food poisoning. The freshness of the ingredients leaves much to be desired: a suspicious smell, a strange taste, and hygiene that is anything but reassuring. A restaurant is supposed to offer a pleasant experience, not a trip to the emergency room. Absolutely avoid this place if you value your health.

12/01/2026: I've been going there for years, and I'm sorry, but it's the best kebab in Trappes. Even the hamburgers they offer are very good, quite well-filled, and always generous with fries. The kebab is never dry, always well-filled, unlike other kebab shops in Trappes, unfortunately.

26/11/2025: What are these crazy prices? €15 for a kir?? €10 for a pint?? We won't be back. A shame for one of the only bars in Viroflay.

09/11/2025: A major disappointment despite the place's potential. Since we came hoping to have a good time, we stayed for a couple of drinks. The servers mostly stayed behind the till, barely paying attention to the customers. The service was slow, and the staff chatted amongst themselves or with regulars at the bar. The place also lacked maintenance: the windows were filthy, revealing a messy back area. It was cold inside, as the door was left open. The place's main advantage, however, is that it's one of the few places in Viroflay where you can actually get a drink. It's a shame this establishment isn't better maintained; it could really be a hit. I think it might be okay for younger people, but with a little more care and attention, you could easily attract a wider clientele and build more loyalty.
