19/11/2023: We went there on a Saturday evening at 6 and we were not disappointed, very quiet, the decoration is pleasant and the condition of the restaurant is impeccable. We ate very well, the meals were homemade. The waiter is very friendly with a quirky sense of humor, we had a nice meeting.

Just a shame, poor sound insulation in the rooms.
23/01/2024: Establishment in its original form but very authentic. The boss Thérèse takes great care. Daily specials and regular dishes simple, inexpensive and good. Charolais parfait, lentil sausage, plate of raw vegetables, hake steak... Menu at 17 euros. Recommended for a stopover or to return regularly.

21/03/2024: We stopped in Vichy one evening and wanted Indian cuisine. We found this restaurant where we were the only customers of the evening.
Throughout our meal, the couple who ran this restaurant called out loudly to each other, facing each other on each side of the corridor. It was very unpleasant for us and very disturbing. It even took away our appetite!
In the end, our bill was also quite high because, while the price of the main dishes is rather reasonable, everything else is expensive and the bill rises very quickly if you order something else.
In conclusion, we were very disappointed. Otherwise the taste of the dishes was OK.

17/08/2023: Very good evening and night spent between two days at Parc du Pal. We ate and slept very well there as a family of 5. The beds are very comfortable and the restaurant is great. We have no problem recommending this hotel-restaurant.

03/05/2024: Our dinner at Charlie FOLIE'S went very well. Very cordial welcome. Very friendly and professional service. As a starter, the goose egg on a bed of salad was a great discovery. The Angus tab was cooked as desired and excellent. The veal kidneys were also very good. The setting is very original and you feel good there. We recommend.
