08/09/2024: Hotel restaurant in its own right which has been its charm for several decades that I have known it, the owner always so welcoming. The food is very good as well as the breakfast. Very friendly staff too.
31/08/2024: Hotel restaurant at the foot of the Val d Allos slopes.. Friendly and dynamic welcome. Meals with local specialties… a real delight…. Cute room with a breathtaking view of the Col d Allos. A place to remember….👍👌

Linguine with prawns: tasteless, full of water, non-existent pesto....
Uninteresting burger, the pesto sauce must have gotten lost on the way! A quarter of an onion placed like that on the minced steak, an unfortunate slice of tomato, all with 3 fries fighting a duel and a poor salad with a cherry tomato in it without even having taken the trouble to cut it in half.
Honestly for the price other restaurants offer much better in the same price range.
24/08/2024: Warm welcome and terrace.
We ordered a duo salmon salad which was copious and good & 1 beef carpaccio, and that's the whole problem, 1st little disappointment at the sight of the plate, a few slices of meat bathed in a large quantity of olive oil. I go to the tasting and the surprise the meat was still frozen, I took the liberty of letting the young waitress know, not even a suggestion to change my plate, the remark was also made at the time of checkout and we We had a huge feeling of I don't care, not even a little word of apology......
And finally we managed to see which slices of bread once 3/4 of our dish had been eaten.
I ultimately think that this establishment is just there to produce numbers and not quality.

01/09/2024: Miserable! I am not sure why this lady wants to work in a client facing role, when she clearly doesn't like people.
We visited as a friendly group of mixed European cyclists for coffee. Wow! What an awful reception. She made a mistake on our order but when we asked for a replacement she was not happy! Super rude.

So, either I'm lucky, or I have a pleasant and very pleasant appearance 🤣🤣. I spent 1 week in Valensole, I went every morning to have my cream and eat the croissants (bought at the bakery next door). The friendly and smiling waitress.
The first day, she warned me that they didn't take credit cards, that surprised me, but she gave me plenty of time to go to the ATM next door to come back and pay...
Sometimes courtesy has to be on both sides.
If I come back to Valensole, I would sit again at this pleasant terrace.
28/07/2024: Big surprise no bank card... it's 2024...
The toilet no latch no door handle. For the bill, don't expect to see a brief receipt to avoid...

02/09/2024: Terrasse sur le lac complète, nous avons été placés le long de la vitrine. Accueil moyen, heureusement rattrapé par des oeufs mimosa parfaits. La truite accompagnée de pommes de terre et tomate provençale, le rôti de porc sauce aux champignons et frites (un peu sèches à mon goût) sont corrects. Crème brûlée et glace terminent le déjeuner sans surprise.
Nous reviendrons hors agitation des vacances.
31/08/2024: Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant am « Lac de Quinson ». Abwechslungsreiche und leckere Menüs und sehr freundliches Personal.
Zur Hochsaison sollte man schon 2-3 Tage vorher reservieren und, kleiner Tipp, fragen Sie einen Tisch auf der Terrasse zum See. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super!

26/08/2024: Arrivés par hasard à moto, perdus dans les petites rues,
nous avons pu la stationner , accueillis très sympatiquement par l'equipe.
Nous avons pris le burger à l'effiloché de porc, c'est juste une tuerie!
viande tendre et tres bien assaisonnée, accompagnement avec des aubergines , salade et fitres, mention spéciales pour les tranches d aubergines , juste délicieuses....
service au top et tres agréable, en plein centre ville, pas de passages de vehicules,
merci au 5.5 pour cette halte gourmande !

22/08/2024: En visite à Sistero, ns ns sommes arêtes ds cet établissement. Nous aurions dû prospecter un peu plus. Nous voulions déguster les plats régionaux, un seul a la carte. La personne qui nous a accueilli et servi n’était pas du tout souriante. On a eu l’impression de la déranger, pas de carte de vin qui nous a été proposé. Qualité du repas médiocre. La prochaine fois je passerai mon chemin

24/08/2024: La dernière fois que je suis venue j'ai eu droit à un sandwich congelé sur les côtés ,je suis allée voir la vendeuse qui c'est excusé et m'en a donné un autre ...oups pareil je suis de nouveau aller voir la personne mais c'est la responsable que j'ai eu très sympa elle a même voulu me le rembourser 👍👍.Par contre aujourd'hui (24/08).une petite jeune très désagréable ,pas souriante ,énervée elle tapotait sur son portable 😡😡je pense qu'elle était pressé de se ''barrer ''je lui ai réclamé un sac pour mes achats que j'ai du moi même ranger ,ça encore ça passe ..Mais pour le reste il vas falloir revoir tout ça avec le boss ,petite suggestion ,mettre des gants SVP .Hygiène négligée !!! Je parle du Ernest (à côté de Super U )
