03/07/2026: What a wonderful surprise! This hotel was recently taken over by a young couple (Pauline and Romain) who are absolutely fantastic. They embody everything you look for in a hotel: friendly, welcoming, attentive, helpful, and pleasant. I could go on and on, as I saw nothing but positive things to say. This hotel, their hotel, is impeccably maintained and very pleasant: lovely rooms, beautiful decor, a quiet location, a lovely lounge, a bar, an indoor terrace and an outdoor terrace for breakfast or dinner, and a beautiful terrace overlooking a lovely natural area. The breakfast buffet is very varied, with both sweet and savory options; some homemade items are also available, such as pancakes, cakes, and yogurt. In short, a highly recommended hotel; I would have gladly given it 6 stars. Furthermore, it is possible to store and recharge electric bikes. It's located in a spot that offers easy access to the entire Allos Valley, all the way to the mountain pass. From the hotel, numerous hiking and cycling trails are easily and quickly accessible. It's a truly fantastic starting point. We'll be back to continue exploring this beautiful valley. One last thing: Pauline, Romain, thank you!

03/06/2026: We were living the life of Riley 🥰 A huge thank you for the warm welcome, especially since we were the only adventurers there that day 😉 The cozy room on the second floor was... cozy 😅: completely renovated, impeccable bedding, a practical and spacious bathroom. All very clean with a lovely view! A fantastic breakfast with homemade and local products (yum!). Sitting facing the garden, the day began peacefully. The owners are charming and only want your comfort. We'll be back 😁😁😁😁

20/06/2026: We came on Saturday, June 13th for our wedding anniversary meal. Everything was perfect. The service was top-notch, the setting superb, and the food served was beyond perfect. I highly recommend this establishment, which is run by a fantastic chef.

14/07/2026: This is honestly the best Indian food we've ever had, and we've tried quite a few! We came all the way from Orange just to eat at this amazing restaurant. I had the chicken biryani and the cheese garlic naan, and my husband had the sumptuous chicken tikka masala! We'll be back again and again! Thank you for the food, thank you for the warm welcome, the decor, and the wonderful time we shared!

29/03/2026: Nice little shop, plenty of choice in all kinds of cookies prepared in different ways and slices! Nostalgia in a separate corner of the shop made of old kitchenware; this makes the shop cozier and more inviting. The owner is very friendly and treats his customers with respect!

16/03/2026: Thank you for the warm welcome last Saturday! We were a table of eight, and everything was impeccable: the service, the food, and the overall atmosphere. We ate very well; they try their best to make homemade food, the ingredients are local, and you can tell they do things right. The Swiss fondue was one of the best I've had in a very long time. For those who are truly dedicated, you can ask for the religieuse pastry at the end 😉 The breaded escalope also looked very good. The desserts are generous and delicious! We were offered génépi liqueur, and I must mention that! See you soon.

29/06/2026: We ended up there by chance. It's a really welcoming place with very generous and delicious dishes. As Italians, we obviously haven't tried Italian dishes.

12/06/2026: We discovered L'Ardoise several years ago by chance. We return every year, and several times if we can. A very nice and varied menu, out of the ordinary, with some dishes featuring Asian influences (the spring roll is excellent), and a good selection for meat lovers as well. The prices are quite reasonable. The service is very welcoming and friendly. In short, a great find, I highly recommend it.
