As a huge fan of fresh pasta, I often make it at home and am therefore quite picky, but this was outstanding! I enjoyed delicious pasta all'ortolona, ​​and the conversation with the staff and the chef, especially about his Italian influences, left me with a wonderful memory :) I don't dine here often, but I will definitely be back and will certainly take your menu for inspiration if I ever open a Trattoria della Pasta.
