Originalité, la cuisine est dans un coin de la rue, la salle à manger dans l’autre coin et les toilettes côté cuisine !
Sincèrement, mérite le détour

Très bonne surprise dans ce petit établissement où tout était parfait. Toute l’équipe de service s’est montrée adorable, et les plats sont arrivés rapidement et tous ensemble.
Surtout la cuisine était excellente : sûrement les meilleurs burgers du monde (et très beaux) et la selle d’agneau excellente !
Le tout dans une petite terrasse pleine de charme.

23/01/2025: This is the third time we have eaten at this restaurant. Each time flawless. Impeccable service and tasty cuisine, precisely cooked, quality dishes. We can't wait to go back. Thanks to chef Pierre Grein who fully deserves his star. Some comments are harsh, but as they say: criticism is easy (especially behind the screen) but art is difficult.
11/01/2025: A very pleasant place with very good service.... and for the cuisine, it's the highlight of the show. Thank you Mr Grein, it was excellent, and we will keep very good memories of this meal. A treat for the taste buds with aromas and flavors that will fill your mouth and eyes. 19/09/2024: We visited Gréoux-les-Bains because of the beautiful market and - due to the lack of open restaurants - stopped here even though it wasn't possible to sit outside. The food was great, a selection follows in pictures. Definitely try it out for yourself. A big thank you to Maitre Restaurateur Frederic Montano. 🙏

08/07/2025: We had a fantastic culinary experience here. The selection is varied: three starters, three main courses, three desserts, and a few additional suggestions. The presentation of the dishes is superb—you can tell the chef has mastered his craft.
The welcome is warm and the service particularly attentive to the smallest details.
The setting is magnificent, with an ambiance that is both elegant and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you feel at ease.
A place to recommend without hesitation!

08/07/2025: Nice place for a drink, but the terrace is next to a very noisy road. We ordered a small board, the bread was dry and the board wasn't fresh (prepared then left in the fridge for a while), and we paid €20 for average quality. We were rather disappointed...
05/07/2025: Hiking around Sisteron in the heat was exhausting. The young waiter kindly took care of me. A pleasant bar where you can recharge your batteries. Breakfast is available. Good to know, as hotels in France often come at an extra cost.
I didn't eat there.

A cozy and nicely appointed terrace, a warm welcome, attentive service in all simplicity and inventive and very well done cuisine... well done!
For me, it was a candied eggplant cake, pickled vegetables and homemade wasabi-lime ice cream as a starter, then a red tuna with coconut-lemongrass-combava sauce, salicornia and fregola sarda as a main course, all accompanied by a very good Roan coasts.
18/08/2024: A restaurant that we absolutely recommend. Everything was top notch. We were very well received and advised. We already knew the establishment and once again, we were not disappointed. The dishes, like the desserts, were magnificent. See you soon.
