11/01/2026: My wife and I had dinner at this traditional French pizzeria and restaurant, ideally located on one of Carcassonne's many narrow streets. It offers a varied menu, ranging from pizzas and a children's menu to traditional French dishes and desserts. You can sit inside or on the terrace, overlooking the street. We chose to sit at one of the many tables in the large dining room and ordered two grilled rib-eye steaks with green peppercorn sauce and potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious and generous. The staff was welcoming, smiling, competent, and helpful. The service was attentive and quick. The prices were high, but justified by the excellent quality of the meat. My wife and I had dinner at this centrally located, traditional French pizzeria and restaurant, situated on one of the many narrow streets of Carcassonne, France. It offers a variety of dishes, from pizza to a children's menu, from traditional French dishes to traditional French desserts. There are tables inside and outside looking at the narrow street. We sat at one of the many tables inside a large dining room and ordered two grilled rib-eye steaks with green peppercorn sauce and potatoes. Everything was delicious, delicious, and plentiful. The staff were welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, and helpful. The service was attentive and fast. The prices were expensive but fair for the excellent quality of the meat. I hope and enjoy this central pizzeria and traditional French restaurant, located in one of the many eastern streets of Carcassonne, France. Offers a variety of dishes, from pizza to children's menus, from traditional French dishes to traditional dishes. Hay mesas dentro y fuera con vistas a la calle estrecha. Our feelings are in one of the many dishes inside an amplio comedor and pedimos dos filetes de costilla a la parrilla con salsa de pimienta verde y patatas. All this is riquisimo and abundant. The personal is friendly, friendly, competent, friendly and helpful. The service should be attentive and rapid. The prices we have are caros, but just for the excellent quality of the meat.

We went there to ask for eat( without previous reservation), and the manager with some low and disrespectful attitude was kicking us out, because he was complete, and looking in the web page they allowed to book a table. After all of his bad maniers we decided to not go back there. Later as a surprise we see him in another restaurant (chez Christine ).

03/01/2026: While passing through, we spotted a somewhat hidden door that intrigued us, and the menu really appealed to us. We bought some souvenirs and asked for a restaurant recommendation, and this was it. We were convinced it was a good choice. It was bitterly cold outside, and the warm welcome alone made us feel right at home. The food was excellent: oysters, onion soup, cassoulet... with generous portions! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you to the owner for this wonderful experience. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

13/03/2026: A wonderful find in a quiet street. We weren’t expecting such a high standard of food but the standard was so good we had to go back. The Chicken was one of the best I have had. So tasty. Bright green sauce which was amazing. The desserts and starters were equally good. We had a quick chat with the chef and both him and the staff were very attentive.

20/01/2026: Small, typically French restaurant with outdoor seating, serving regional dishes. The food is excellent, the staff are smiling and friendly. The menu is only available in French, English, and Spanish. Four of us ordered four dishes with sides, and drank water from a carafe. Spent 93 euros.

16/02/2026: Well, what can I say? A sublime discovery of this little restaurant in the heart of Carcassonne. Very minimalist, superb welcome, top-notch team. But what can I say about our Valentine's Day meal? Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect. A meal worthy of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants. The amuse-bouche was divine. As for the starter, what can I say except that my taste buds exploded with flavor, the quality of the ingredients was so subtle. As for the other courses, I would even say it was a true culinary art. Flavor, taste, presentation, combination—a splendid and divine evening. Thank you to the team of two lovely waitresses, and what a surprise to have been able to speak with the chef, a man of profound stature, humble and respectable. Never change your vision, and what a source of pride for me to have discovered your restaurant. I highly recommend you go. Yes, the price is a bit higher than other restaurants, but the food and the place itself are worth it. The only slight downside was the Spanish guests who were talking very loudly. But we made it through the night; the meal was absolutely divine and delicious. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again.
