21/04/2026: We had breakfast there; the service was barely friendly. The tray wasn't very clean, and our spoons were dirty. I went to the counter to get more, but after seeing that the other spoons in the tray were in the same state, I ended up washing them myself... What a shame.

14/04/2026: A lovely terrace overlooking the sea. A pleasant spot for a coffee with friends or simply to soak up the sun when the good weather returns!

08/03/2026: I am currently at this restaurant for lunch. When placing my order, I asked for a carafe of water. The waitress only gave me a glass of water. I asked her again for a carafe of water, minutes passed, and still no carafe. I asked a manager for a carafe of water, and she replied, "We only give out glasses of water." I am 52 years old, and I have never seen anything like it. Especially since some tables have carafes of water. When paying, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager. She replied, "If you were thirsty, you could have ordered a bottle of mineral water." I strongly advise against going to this restaurant.

27/02/2026: An unpretentious restaurant, perfect for meeting up with friends (which is exactly what we did), in a rugby-loving atmosphere and enjoying simple, hearty meals like grandma used to make. We shared a convivial experience at very reasonable prices (starter, main course, dessert, and coffee: €18.10), welcomed and served by a Biarritz rugby legend. Humor and simplicity reigned. No frills, the focus is on the food and the friendly banter. The atmosphere was filled with stories and wonderful moments from the Biarritz Olympique's glory days, and the spirit of two other pillars of the club—Serge Betsen and Serge Blanco—was palpable. 29/03/2026: I wanted to share my rather mixed experience. Three years ago, I stayed at this hotel and had wonderful memories of it: everything went very well, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I returned this weekend with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short, especially considering the price (€250 per night, without dinner). As soon as we arrived in the room, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Since we are non-smokers, this was very unpleasant throughout our stay. We also wanted to use the jacuzzi, but there was hardly any hot water, making it unusable. Furthermore, we were unable to access the spa, which had been booked. Another problem was the lack of staff at reception. I looked for someone three times without success. During the night, around 1:30 a.m., the hotel bar was very noisy, with clearly intoxicated patrons, which severely disrupted our sleep. Finally, when I reported these issues to reception at the end of my stay, the response was very disappointing: I was told there had been no noise and that they didn't understand the source of the odors. I would have simply expected a minimum of attention and an apology. The receptionist's rather nonchalant attitude, particularly during the room check-in, reinforced this feeling. On a positive note, however, the breakfast was very good, with quality products and a good selection. It's a real shame, as I had a very positive impression of this establishment. I sincerely hope these points will be taken into account to improve the experience for future guests.
