16/08/2026: A very good restaurant, visited at lunchtime, drawn in by a menu that immediately reveals a real dedication to the kitchen. The wine recommendation was spot-on and paired beautifully with the dishes. Special mention goes to the gratinated oysters (a good size, creamy leek sauce that wasn't cloying), the monkfish (fish of the day), and the stuffed squid (fish stuffing, herbs, and bread) with a rich, flavorful sauce and perfectly cooked, delicious seasonal vegetables. We didn't have room for dessert as the portions (à la carte dishes) were quite generous. Thank you!

24/07/2026: Hello, we ordered the set menu, but we think it wasn't the right evening for us. We noticed that the table next to us wasn't very satisfied either, and we discussed it. The flavors were completely lacking; the vegetables in the main course were practically nonexistent. For dessert, we were given the amuse-bouche, which was the same as the dessert, except it was cut into pieces. The table next to us was lucky; they received tartlets. This isn't right. We mentioned it to the waitress, but we're regulars, and this is the second time things haven't gone well. We'll say that the cheese platter was excellent. Thank you.

19/07/2026: For my 40th birthday, my husband surprised me by taking me to my favorite restaurant and introducing it to my family. It was something I was really looking forward to, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We were served lunch, and it was nothing like the excellent experiences we've always had in the evenings. The service was subpar: a long wait, inattentive waiters, and particularly disappointing service for children. We had also requested some changes to certain dishes, but these were ignored. It's a real shame, because this meal was supposed to be a wonderful birthday memory and a great discovery for my family. This time, we left very disappointed.

23/07/2026: Excellent pizzas for the price, with consistently great deals. The staff are very friendly, fast, and extremely hardworking. It's without a doubt the best Domino's in Montpellier!

18/07/2026: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ I was disappointed with my experience. The staff were rather cold and unwelcoming, with the exception of the security guard, who was very pleasant, smiling, and genuinely kind. I had ordered an ice cream with a caramel topping, but it wasn't there. When I pointed this out, I was simply told that the person who prepared the order had made it that way, without any attempt to correct the problem or offer a solution. It's a shame, because a warmer welcome and a little more attention to customers would have made the experience much more enjoyable.

15/07/2026: I ordered a Double Bacon Burger, among other things... I couldn't see the bacon and complained. I was then told that the bacon was between a slice of cheese and a patty... so I scraped off the cheese and lo and behold, there were two pieces of bacon about the size of a postage stamp. I agree that it's technically a bacon burger... but the whole thing is just shabby and I feel cheated. Oh yeah... the restroom was closed and inaccessible to customers.

05/08/2026: Fantastic experience! The owner is incredibly friendly and passionate. He took the time to give us a little wine lesson, with lots of interesting and accessible explanations. You can tell he loves sharing his knowledge, and it makes the tasting even more enjoyable. A wonderful discovery, I highly recommend it!

26/07/2026: Today I tried the Alchemist's ultra-gourmet coffee, which can be served at the end of a meal or in the afternoon for a delicious treat. It was incredibly good and indulgent; each little piece was different. I can't wait to return to the Alchemist for dinner to add to my review, especially since the chef told me he makes everything himself, respecting the seasons, with a minimalist menu for maximum quality. Well, we've been back twice. The first time, the food and service were excellent. However, the second time, I was much less impressed by the owner's very unpleasant attitude. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. I don't go to a restaurant to be yelled at.

12/08/2026: I already have a feeling the service is going to be very good, perfect, and well-run overall, and I'm sure of it. There are a lot of foreign and European customers, and you can feel the mastery of risk management and customer commitments, along with the care and consideration shown. You can see that kindness and generosity will be present and very much in keeping with the spirit of things. It's very calm, the prices are very reasonable, accessible, and interesting. The atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant for now; we'll see how it goes, but it's going to be good this time. The restaurant is very nice, friendly, warm, and welcoming. In any case, thank you for your help, cooperation, trust, and understanding. Looking forward to seeing you again. Take care of yourselves and the mental health of the teams and management. It was an honor, and see you very soon.

09/08/2026: The food is excellent and most of the servers are welcoming. However, one of them was particularly unpleasant. When I asked him where the restrooms were, he simply pointed in that direction without saying a word, with a very uncomfortable, disdainful look. I wanted to check with him to see if he meant they were in the basement, and he repeated the exact same gesture, still remaining silent. He seemed arrogant and impatient, even though the restaurant was far from full.

08/05/2026: Home-cooked meals, suitable for all dietary needs. Shaded terrace where you can enjoy the sound of the nearby fountain. Very reasonable prices.

08/07/2026: A wonderful experience for my first lunch. The food is fresh and very well prepared. A reliable place that I recommend trying. The small room at the back is quieter.

10/07/2026: We ate there and spent the whole evening with friends, but apparently, the owner and his employees didn't consider us good enough customers (suckers) to be entitled to a carafe of water. Brilliant, especially during this heatwave! The waiter told us the carafe of water was difficult to return, but if we paid for a bottle of water, he could make the effort, right? We asked several times, and were met with refusals. They really think we're Americans.
