17/07/2026: A true gem! The quality and variety of the daily specials are consistently excellent, making you want to return again and again. The flavors are incredible: even simple rice is elevated to a truly memorable dish. As for the service, it's simply exceptional. Every time you visit, you feel expected and welcomed like a friend. You immediately feel at ease in a warm and genuinely caring atmosphere. This restaurant truly deserves its 5 stars, and I recommend it without hesitation!

20/08/2026: Loved it. Great food, loved their speciality traditional menu. We were a group of five and got to taste many of the menu items, from escargot to crispy goat cheese salad. Main courses included a perfect steak, sausage, aubergine parmigana. Great desserts, chocolate with soft fondant inside and parlined nuts and apricot clafoutis. Good and reasonably priced regional wines and a good cocktail to start. Nice location in the old town, on a smaller quiet side street.

17/08/2026: A belated review following a dinner almost a year ago. Very fond memories of this establishment, both of the refined cuisine and the attentive service (we arrived without a reservation, and they arranged a table for us for 2 hours).

16/09/2026: The restaurant is pleasant, but the same old problem persists with order processing and preparation. Even outside of peak hours, it seems the staff is already overwhelmed with the low volume of orders. Otherwise, the food was good. The only thing missing is a closed restroom.

14/09/2026: Unfortunately, the manager displayed a very rigid attitude. Despite providing numerous documents proving my student status (timetable, contract, transcripts, etc.), he refused to accept them, insisting that a student ID card was absolutely required. I find it regrettable to adopt such a robotic approach instead of demonstrating a modicum of understanding and flexibility in what is clearly a legitimate situation.

27/08/2026: A wonderful discovery at La Cave à Nico! We had a fantastic time on our first visit. The welcome was warm, and the service was pleasant and attentive. As for the food, it was a real treat: seafood platter, tuna tartare, and tuna tataki—everything was delicious, with beautiful ingredients and lots of flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We were seated inside, where it was a bit warm, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. And we went back yesterday… (the punishment was over 😄)! This time, we were seated at the entrance, at the barrel-shaped tables. And once again, everything was perfect: the same warm welcome, impeccable service, and a great atmosphere. And of course, the seafood platter, still as excellent and generous as ever: a real treat! The photo speaks for itself. Another great time spent at La Cave à Nico. An excellent place in Frontignan that we recommend without hesitation and where we will gladly return! Nathalie and Ivan

22/08/2026: Excellent food. However, the service could be improved, and it's not uncommon to be rudely dismissed... the dining room under the corrugated iron roof is stuffy and extremely shiny. I recommend staying on the terrace, even though it's along the street.

28/10/2025: Purchase made in store in Montpellier on 04/10. Out of 5 Scuro capsules, 3 are unreadable by my machine. The QR code is not recognized by my machine. This isn't the first time this has happened. Considering the price of the capsules and Nespresso's image, this is disappointing. I threw away 3 unusable capsules.

26/10/2025: We were greeted by Vincent, a fantastic barista! We tried pistachio, vanilla, and coconut milk coffees! 😋 😋 The staff were welcoming and very patient! Thank you!
