10/12/2025: The staff here were very friendly and spoke English (which is very important in France 🤣). The seating area on the second floor is an outdoor terrace! It's really amazing when the weather is nice! I know Starbucks is a chain, but I think the staff who served me that day and the terrace alone deserve five stars! I was there on the afternoon of November 18th, and the staff at the counter were really lovely 😊

31/08/2024: Nice place to eat something healthy at the old port of Marseille. Possibility to take away or eat in. Friendly and attentive staff. Very rich choice of dishes, salads but less on drinks. Overall a very positive experience

23/06/2025: Saleswoman who hardly wants to work if you say hello, no professionalism from all the salespeople of most of the stores, they don't know how to contact customers, I shouted goodbye 3 times without anyone answering me or showing me any intention, I don't see why I would spend my money in a shitty bakery... in addition you kill the real artisan bakers and pastry chefs with your frozen foods... to flee and avoid this kind of store...

I wasn't thinking of leaving a comment but when I see in a newspaper article that he says that his extra thing is "the heart" I can't let it go because it's so FALSE! When someone does things from the heart you can feel it and clearly the opposite happened when we came. For cooking, the semolina is dry although soaked in fat, the vegetables are undercooked and are not tasty. And then if you have any meat left and you ask to take it home we tell you yes but we will never bring it to you “oops we threw it all away…. » not even an apology so for the commercial gesture you shouldn't even dream! Frankly, when you actually make couscous you have to do it with your heart and that’s not the case! Femina rhymes with moula: that you will lose in far too large a quantity! Damage ….

06/12/2025: A very poor experience, to put it mildly. I booked a night at the Ibis La Timone Marseille hotel by phone due to a hospital appointment the following day. Early in the morning, I was woken by an unbearable noise inside the hotel. Elevator renovations—not mentioned when I made my reservation—forced me to climb four flights of stairs several times, despite having a limited leg. The workers gave me mocking looks and were unable to utter a kind word or even free up the elevator—not even for a minute—to make it easier for an elderly woman to use it. Beyond this extremely unpleasant situation, here are the services offered by the Ibis Timone Marseille hotel: > A ridiculously small room, overheated and with no way to regulate the temperature. > An outdated bathroom with a flimsy bar of soap stuck to the shower wall. > No kettle, no toiletries of any kind, nothing, not even a notepad. Hotel Timone Marseille, a three-star hotel...??? It goes without saying that for such low-quality services and at the price paid, the value for money is simply unacceptable. I understand the enthusiasm of many travelers for Airbnb-style accommodations, which are of far superior quality and much cheaper, and which, moreover, welcome you with a smile and those little touches that make all the difference. In short, I absolutely do not recommend the Ibis Marseille Timone hotel, a hotel that in no way corresponds to a 3-star hotel as advertised on the front door.

15/12/2024: Nouvelle expérience dans ce restaurant. Donc deuxième avis. Le directeur très sympathique a pris notre réservation en début de matinée. Arrivés à l’heure prévue 12h 45mn, installés à l’étage vue mer, servis par Sabrina souriante agréable exceptionnelle. Tous les serveurs.es en tenue impeccable. Cuisine savoureuse, desserts succulents. Une très bonne adresse pour se restaurer en allant flâner aux Terrasses du Port.

15/12/2024: A fuir !!!! L’équipe est tellement désagréable surtout les serveuses prune et clémence qui sont bien trop directives c’est super désagréable.
