16/08/2026: We were very disappointed by the attitude of the waiter Ilyes, who was particularly cold, bitter, and unpleasant. We constantly felt like we were bothering him. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

16/08/2026: I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Poor service, poor welcome, and incredibly rude waiters! We left before our orders even arrived! Catastrophic; if I could give zero stars, I would.

16/07/2026: They're really not customer-oriented. The saleswoman refused my 50 euro note, claiming she didn't have change, even though it was the end of the day. The day before, I wanted to order a large cake for a birthday, but they couldn't make it for me—too late, too hot. They were really unfriendly. Only people who come in for a snack or a coffee are satisfied, but that's not what I expect from a bakery.

25/04/2026: While in town, we had a great experience at Domino's! Hugo was very helpful: welcoming, quick, and professional. The order was ready on time and everything was perfect. Thank you for the service, we will definitely be back!

06/09/2026: The trompe l'oeil navette was a delight, and the pecan cheesecake was to die for. The service and waitress were excellent. Very friendly and pleasant.

26/08/2026: I've been going to Marrou in the Prado district since I arrived in Marseille last May. It's always excellent, whether it's the appetizers, the Friday aioli, the cheeses, or the desserts, especially the lemon tart. Based on this experience, I contacted Marrou to organize a dinner for 18 people. Everything was perfect. From taking the order with a very helpful staff member to the delivery of the beautifully packaged and easy-to-carry dishes, and of course the dinner itself, which was perfect, especially the exceptional cold salmon. A big thank you to the whole team, and an experience we will definitely repeat.

02/07/2026: It's a shame. It started out really good, the portions were generous. Today, a salad cost €12.90 with a tiny burrata and four lettuce leaves. I asked for bread with the salad, and it was day-old, very stale bread. They made so many mistakes with my orders. It's a shame. It was great at first. They've messed everything up. Avoid it!!!

22/05/2026: A huge thank you to the staff for everything you could expect from a restaurant. The storefront is unassuming. You have to go inside to understand. They were truly very friendly. They even took my serious health conditions into account and offered me a special meal. The prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was really welcoming. Thank you again for this relaxing moment away from the noise of the boulevard and for all the smiles and kindness. I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: This was my first time ever at this ice cream shop, on a family outing with my mother, sister, and children… and it will be my last. Upon arrival, we were very disappointed: no crepes, no waffles, no homemade ice cream. We had to make do with Italian-style gelato and granitas, which were unfortunately tasteless. The worst part was the service. One employee was haughty, impatient, and unpleasant. She rushed us to choose our flavors even though several of us were ordering. The atmosphere was cold; we really felt like we were bothering her. At one point, she even let a colleague take over. Fortunately, he was much more pleasant and professional. Another employee then served us, but still in a hurry. The restaurant wasn't welcoming: dirty tables, a lot of noise, and an infestation of mosquitoes that made the experience even more unpleasant. In the end, a family outing that was supposed to be enjoyable turned into a real disappointment. It's a shame, because a smile and a little kindness would have already made a big difference.

14/08/2026: Extremely serious experience. After eating at this establishment, I suffered severe food poisoning that landed me in the emergency room. My condition worsened so much that I had to undergo emergency abdominal surgery due to intestinal complications. I strongly advise against this establishment and I hope a thorough health inspection will be carried out so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

14/08/2026: I was very disappointed with the service I received today at this bakery. I was served by an employee named Asra, whom I heard being called by her colleague. From the start, I wasn't greeted, and I found her attitude very haughty and unpleasant, even towards the customers ahead of me. When it came time to pay, she simply nodded to me, asking me to follow her, without any polite greeting or explanation. I really felt unwelcome, especially considering how much I had bought. Faced with this attitude, I decided to ask to be served by someone else. Another employee, a very tall young man, immediately took over. He clearly understood that I was upset, was very kind, smiling, and professional, and really managed to salvage the situation. I would also like to emphasize his excellent service. It's a shame that one person can give such a bad impression of an establishment while another employee, conversely, can be very kind and professional. I hope my feedback will be taken into account, because a simple hello, a little respect, and courtesy make a huge difference to the customer experience.

12/08/2026: Avoid at all costs. A terrible experience today around 10:20 am. Several people who arrived after me were served before me, including white customers, even though I was already waiting. I clearly felt I was being treated differently because of my skin color. This behavior was deeply shocking and unacceptable.

21/08/2026: It's become our go-to place because it's so good! There's something for everyone and the selection is vast: ice cream, milkshakes, crepes, tiramisu... Note that there's a terrace and a lovely air-conditioned room on the first floor.
