10/05/2024: Really disappointed for the first time I tasted your pizzas, the dough was so thin it looked like a sheet of paper! Zero toppings except nothing on it, and very little and dry cheese...there was nothing to eat on it and no seasoning to avoid I would go back again, there's better!.. .

15/08/2024: Que dire ? Une sacrée belle expérience, très enrichissante et au niveau de ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre pour une étoile au Michelin. J'ai adoré ces petites boissons servies entre les amuses bouches et l'entrée, et une autre pour accompagner l'entrée. C'est original, et c'est charmant. J'ai aimé la qualité globale de ce qui a été proposé dans l'assiette. J'ai aimé le design du restaurant, le professionnalisme de l'équipe et la position géographique du restaurant (après tout, qui devinerait qu'un aussi bon restaurant soit à cet endroit ?). Le Mas Amiel 1985 pour accompagner mon dessert a été une petite dinguerie que je ne saurais que recommander (le goût de noix du dessert était à son paroxysme avec ce pairing). Ceci étant dit, est-ce pour autant un restaurant exempté de défauts ? Je ne le pense pas. L'un des amuses bouches, par exemple, avait un goût désagréable en bouche malgré de belles saveurs, ou encore, sur le plat principal, l'une des sauces d'accompagnement était trop salée. Mais est-ce pour autant rédhibitoire ? Bien sûr que non. Je suis convaincu que cette expérience gastronomique est au rendez-vous et qu'elle sait emmener ses convives à l'endroit voulu. Un régal.

06/08/2024: Une cuisine assez complexe avec beaucoup de travail dans l’assiette. Parfois un peu trop pour un résultat où on se perd. Noté 1* au Michelin et 14,5 au Gault Millau. Le Michelin est généreux. Le Gault Millau peut-être un peu sévère (14,5-15).

01/04/2024: The boss was very enthusiastic. Azai and I ordered a salmon, a thin pizza, and two drinks. Because I don't understand French, the pizza I ordered was olive-flavored and very salty. The salmon tastes great.

A warm and family atmosphere at the top and the pizzas are just excellent, the quantities are generous, the fresh products! A pizzeria like you don't find anymore these days!

30/08/2024: Great food. The price tag is moderate. They may take a long time to prepare, but it’s specifically for you. Simple, but incredibly tasty.
