01/09/2026: I hesitated to leave a review because the staff were friendly, however, there were some major drawbacks: the owner and her friends talk and shout loudly. Furthermore, she puts her firecracker on my table as soon as she has to come in, which isn't ideal while eating. The food wasn't very good. I have mixed feelings about my experience, hence my average rating.

11/08/2026: A fantastic find! I highly recommend Naan Chicken in Marseille. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is incredibly warm, and the staff are so kind, smiling, pleasant, and very professional. It's such a pleasure to be welcomed like that! And above all, the food is absolutely delicious! The naans are wonderful, generously filled, the ingredients are flavorful, and the portions are ample. Everything is well-prepared, and you can tell the quality is there. A huge thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and the delicious food. A restaurant where you eat very well and where you'll want to come back! I will definitely return. Thank you to the whole Naan Chicken team for this wonderful experience! I recommend it 100%!

28/04/2026: We ordered biryani and they just stir-fried rice with a spoonful of sauce, completely tasteless and unappetizing. A real waste!

03/08/2026: The kebab tasted okay, but the portions were stingy. This applies to the sauce, the meat, and the fries. And you need to stop charging extra for the homemade bread; it's not freshly baked, it's frozen bread. So, enough already! Even if it were homemade, it's still just bread. I expect a significant change in your investment in your business.

19/07/2026: Excellent service, very fast, nothing to complain about. We're traveling from the north and we've never eaten anything like it.

15/08/2026: I ordered a kebab and a side of fries, and it took 15-20 minutes to be served. Some pieces of meat weren't cooked, and neither were the fries, which had a thick layer of oil at the bottom of the container. The price is unbeatable, but the quality is very questionable.

17/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome, and the food was excellent. I will definitely return as I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much; we had a lot of luggage, but you didn't mind at all, quite the opposite.

12/07/2026: Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs! The restaurant doesn't look inviting from the outside, but the food is beyond awful. I didn't eat a thing. Honestly, run away if you're passing by; I don't think I've ever tasted anything so revolting in my life.

04/07/2026: The portions are generous and the dishes are really tasty. We've made it our regular canteen.

08/08/2026: The sushi was okay. However, the ramen broth was very oily, which is contrary to Japanese cuisine. And the noodles were more like Italian pasta.

04/08/2026: The food is just mediocre. The breaded chicken breast is so dry. The ambiance is warm. I’ve seen an ant in the table. The only thing I like about this place is the painting on the wall.

14/08/2026: Extremely serious experience. After eating at this establishment, I suffered severe food poisoning that landed me in the emergency room. My condition worsened so much that I had to undergo emergency abdominal surgery due to intestinal complications. I strongly advise against this establishment and I hope a thorough health inspection will be carried out so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

16/08/2026: We were very disappointed by the attitude of the waiter Ilyes, who was particularly cold, bitter, and unpleasant. We constantly felt like we were bothering him. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

26/07/2026: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because I celebrated my birthday there and I've been several times over the years. I always loved the place for its atmosphere, which I would give 5 stars—zouk music all night long, it was amazing. But now, unfortunately, I think it's gone downhill a bit. Some of the men are very pushy and persistent. As for the DJ, I'm sorry, but the guy with glasses is really not great. He plays the same songs over and over again throughout the evening, mixing tracks that don't go together at all. Regarding the bar, I don't think the cocktails are good; the proportions are off. I'm really disappointed. I don't think I'll be going back.

24/07/2026: I often walked past this restaurant and had wanted to try it for a long time because of its good reviews—what a disappointment! I've rarely had such a bad Thai meal. We ordered chicken with walnuts and cashews, phat kaphrao, and a whole sea bream curry. The first two dishes were exactly the same, only differentiated by the addition of cashews. The sauces were practically water, most likely due to the excessive amount of frozen vegetables in the dishes. The sea bream was so dry we couldn't eat it. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he immediately became defensive and went outside to smoke instead of clearing our table (we had finished and were the only table in the restaurant). He also made a point of implying that we had a problem with Thai food and advised us to "eat French" next time, which was very insensitive of him, not knowing our history with Thailand. :) I would like to acknowledge the discount on the sea bream when we paid the bill; thank you for that.

12/05/2026: None of the three dishes we ordered had any flavor. They tasted like defrosted, bland food. I do not recommend it.

07/06/2026: Hello, I ordered a shawarma, but I didn't get any shawarma ingredients. It just looks like a kebab from the snack bar downstairs, a frozen kebab that's not good. Where's the chicken, peppers, onion? There's not even any sauce. I only got a kebab with salad and fries. The wrap isn't cooked.

22/04/2026: Great little snack bar. Fantastic welcome, varied menu. I had a delicious homemade falafel sandwich. It transported me to Egypt. Very friendly manager.

06/06/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars. A waitress was treated like a disabled person by the boys working at the counter, who clearly don't know the basic rules of good manners; communication is a foreign concept to them. A shame for Marseille, a shame for Islam. Simply boycott this place.

05/06/2026: The restaurant is very well located, right opposite Saint Charles train station. The staff is very welcoming, and the service is excellent. The grilled sardines and red mullet are superb.

05/08/2026: Over 30 minutes for a €5 meal with a Volvic water. I just don't understand how that's possible.

14/08/2026: I was very disappointed with the service I received today at this bakery. I was served by an employee named Asra, whom I heard being called by her colleague. From the start, I wasn't greeted, and I found her attitude very haughty and unpleasant, even towards the customers ahead of me. When it came time to pay, she simply nodded to me, asking me to follow her, without any polite greeting or explanation. I really felt unwelcome, especially considering how much I had bought. Faced with this attitude, I decided to ask to be served by someone else. Another employee, a very tall young man, immediately took over. He clearly understood that I was upset, was very kind, smiling, and professional, and really managed to salvage the situation. I would also like to emphasize his excellent service. It's a shame that one person can give such a bad impression of an establishment while another employee, conversely, can be very kind and professional. I hope my feedback will be taken into account, because a simple hello, a little respect, and courtesy make a huge difference to the customer experience.

12/08/2026: Avoid at all costs. A terrible experience today around 10:20 am. Several people who arrived after me were served before me, including white customers, even though I was already waiting. I clearly felt I was being treated differently because of my skin color. This behavior was deeply shocking and unacceptable.
