After a long day at work, we came to this restaurant, which is one of our favorites in Marseille, because we were tired and simply wanted to eat and have a good time. We also work in the restaurant industry and know it very well. Unfortunately, we were turned away due to a large number of delivery orders, and we were only offered pre-prepared dishes. What disappointed us most wasn't just the refusal, but especially the fact that no other solution was offered: no option to wait, no estimate of the wait time, or any alternative. We understand that a restaurant can be overwhelmed with orders, but as loyal customers, we would have appreciated a little more consideration and better communication. It's a shame, especially for a place we loved so much. 💔
