04/05/2024: Très déçue a tout point de vue : le tajine au poulet était plutôt un pot au feu...pas de goût, pas d épices, Le couscous aussi très moyen. Quant a l ambiance, la deco, aucun dépaysement. Très déçu.

21/09/2024: from the brewery it's all..... I just stopped by for a coffee. I wanted to sit at a table in the shade. The waiter asked me to sit at another table arguing that mine was for 4. I told him that I was going to split it to make 2 tables of 2...he told me no and that as I wasn't friendly it wouldn't help. I told him that refusal to sell was forbidden...he told me to go to hell...it got out of hand and I followed him to his counter where a bearded man pretending to be the boss m 'threatened in covert words....Outraged at the kindness of the waiter Jason, he was not even able to smile or simply respond politely so I was threatened in a bar where I have been going for 15 years !!! Indeed, I called him an idiot following his refusal to serve me and his thinking telling me to fuck off and I think he didn't deserve better. And I left following your threatening physical posture, promising to come back...have a coffee!!! Here, in Cognac, we are not in Toulon and among well-bred people, all this should not have happened...Unfortunately, in the brewery and many customer testimonials, I am not the only one, a majority of Testimonials on the platforms say it, your servers, in particular this one, pose a problem to customers. I understand that it is difficult in your professions, today, to find qualified and professional personnel but from there to taking this kind of people, more and more people are questioning...Jason comes back in more than half dissatisfied testimonies!!!!

09/09/2024: Lunch time Kitchen closed quite early so we missed out on the food, Neighbouring establishments however seemed to keep serving for longer, finished our drinks purchased a takeaway from the boulangerie and went for a picnic!

10/08/2024: As they said it was better before all the time closed no longer possible to park in front, I don't go there anymore. I regret the former owners too bad it was a nice bar

07/09/2024: Nous nous sommes arrêtés par hasard sur la route du retour de vacances et n’avons pas regretté ce choix! Super accueil malgré le monde. Service rapide et souriant. Un très bon menu à un prix plus que raisonnable. Vraiment, cela fait longtemps que nous n’avions pas connu cela en France! Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant au rapport qualité prix imbattable !

27/08/2024: The person who manages this bar prefers his regulars, which I can understand, but when you run this type of business, being pleasant is the key! not a smile is borderline if we annoy him and when we leave they don't say goodbye. What is certain is that we will not return to this café if we repeat the same route we took.

21/07/2024: The saleswoman has a pair of gloves that she never takes off! It would be better if she didn't have any, at least there would be a chance that she would wash her hands from time to time... All this to take the cakes by hand (always with the famous gloves, which she also wore a few minutes before to sweep or to collect for example) I tried to start the conversation about hygiene but it's completely useless. This is apparently not a subject that speaks to him!! It’s a shame when you work in the food industry! Finally she put the cake back in the window because I went elsewhere!!

09/04/2024: As usual, a cool, friendly atmosphere and simple, delicious cuisine, the boss is very nice and the waitress and cook are great. I recommend the peppers with goat cheese, a delight. I will come back
