01/09/2026: One of the best restaurants I know. We came in 2021, and I have such exceptional memories of it that it was the first restaurant I wanted to return to upon coming back to Ajaccio, and it was even better than I remembered. So much so that we went twice. Even the children's menu is incredible; all the dishes are exceptional, without a doubt. The welcome is warm and pleasant. And if I have the chance to return to Ajaccio, Via Roma will be my first destination. Thank you again to everyone.

Every dish was perfectly balanced in flavor and presented with meticulous attention to detail – true haute cuisine. The wine pairings were perfectly matched to the menu and wonderfully complemented the culinary experience. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates exceptional food. We will definitely be back!

31/07/2026: A very offhand service that seems tourist hardened but not mean-spirited. We chose the smaller menu. It started with a slice of what we were told was “raw fish” that was snapper-like, accompanied by a tiny bit of pickled baby vegetables that were insufficient to mask the fish’s lack of freshness. The next course turned out to be a “wagyu pastrami” which was a salty, lean slice of beef with a pleasant flavor accompanied by coleslaw and Russian dressing. The lamb was a real waste of a gorgeous LITTLE ( perhaps 60 gr) piece of young lamb souris drowned under a pile-on of far too many flavors which ended up a gloppy muddle. Overall, it was not a joyful meal and the faces of the other diners indicated that we were not alone.

28/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic! We ordered the chef's suggestion, with sea bass cooked to perfection. Everything was truly excellent, from start to finish. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. We had a wonderful time, right up to dessert! Even the bread was delicious. 😍 Thank you so much for this wonderful experience; we will definitely be back!

From the moment you enter, you're transported to another era! You discover an authentic setting reminiscent of a traditional Corsican village, with its facades, narrow streets, fountain, and that very special atmosphere. A charming setting, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, that immediately immerses you in another time. As for the cuisine, you'll find the great specialties of the island's local cuisine, with generous and flavorful traditional dishes, served in a true spirit of sharing. The warm atmosphere and the unique character of the place make the experience particularly enjoyable. A truly exceptional place, where gastronomy, traditions, and Corsican heritage come together! We had a wonderful evening and will cherish the memory of this discovery. A must-try restaurant in Ajaccio, worth experiencing at least once for a truly authentic Corsican experience! A word of advice: don't eat too much with your hands, or you'll never make it to dessert.

26/10/2026: Everything was good and there was a lovely local atmosphere for tourists. Great service. I'd love to have the recipe for the Corsican soup. I asked the waiter, but it was top secret. Hehehe.

11/09/2026: I had one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in my life here. I want to come back to Paris just for the meal pictured. The pancakes weren’t too sweet and the eggs and bacon were perfect. The coffee wasn’t too great, but I just got an Americano. My friend got a latte and loved it. For English speakers: They have an English menu and you pay via QR code, but just know that the staff don’t speak much English (but they’re very nice) and you will have to call them if you need them
