07/09/2025: The location and welcome are very pleasant and warm. We stayed for a week in one of the cottages. Everything is designed for our comfort. The private courtyard is a real plus. We took advantage of the catering service one lunchtime. The dishes are delicious and generous. (The carrot cake is perfect). The bookstore is well-stocked and offers an eclectic selection. A charming place, decorated with love, just like the dishes prepared and served...in a historic center...everything is there, not to mention the attentive and friendly service. 25/10/2025: Leaving Querrien, we were looking for a crêperie to please our niece who is passing through the region. We are all delighted with the welcome, our galettes and our crepes. Nothing was missing and not even the humor of the owner. We recommend this place to eat real galettes and crepes made from A to Z on site. Bravo 👏 to all.

26/12/2025: A single set menu is mandatory for the entire table. Depending on the price, the number of courses ranges from three to five. This is a constraint confidently embraced by the chef, who cannot tolerate customers not ordering the same menu, such as a main course and dessert. Once this initial inconvenience is overcome, one discovers a refined, flavorful, and exquisitely delicate cuisine. The service was laborious that day, with a head waiter unable to communicate the restaurant's philosophy. The kitchen assistant serving the dishes was more at ease and approachable. Four courses and coffee took over two and a half hours, even though the service only accommodated seven guests. This is not really ideal. The restaurant's overall positioning remains to be determined. The cuisine is undeniably of a superior gastronomic standard. The decor and tableware are well thought out, but the service and communication remain poor (the website doesn't do everything, you have to be able to verbalize your positioning in a way that isn't brutal) for, for example, a Michelin star.

15/01/2026: Lunch in a magnificent setting. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes were worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was impeccable, with Kilian being very professional and friendly, as well as his very welcoming manager. A must-try; you won't be disappointed.
