The staff is friendly and relaxed. The open kitchen allows you to observe the chefs' focused concentration in a calm atmosphere.

The dishes were beautifully presented and expertly prepared. An explosion of flavors with every bite. A small menu, a testament to quality, which the servers knew intimately, as evidenced by the very satisfactory answers to our questions about the origins and specific characteristics of the ingredients.
Thank you for the meal and the culinary discoveries. I hope to have the opportunity to return.

Amazing flavors, originality, and a focus on local products. Indulge in the marshmallow at the end of your meal—a truly nostalgic treat. Bravo, Chef! Impeccable, professional, friendly, and warm service.
26/12/2025: A single set menu is mandatory for the entire table. Depending on the price, the number of courses ranges from three to five.
This is a constraint confidently embraced by the chef, who cannot tolerate customers not ordering the same menu, such as a main course and dessert.
Once this initial inconvenience is overcome, one discovers a refined, flavorful, and exquisitely delicate cuisine.
The service was laborious that day, with a head waiter unable to communicate the restaurant's philosophy. The kitchen assistant serving the dishes was more at ease and approachable. Four courses and coffee took over two and a half hours, even though the service only accommodated seven guests.
This is not really ideal.
The restaurant's overall positioning remains to be determined. The cuisine is undeniably of a superior gastronomic standard. The decor and tableware are well thought out, but the service and communication remain poor (the website doesn't do everything, you have to be able to verbalize your positioning in a way that isn't brutal) for, for example, a Michelin star.

05/03/2026: The welcome and service give the impression of being in a gourmet restaurant, but the food itself is far from it. I ordered a chicken fricassee, tagine-style, which tasted like bouillon cubes, and the semolina was mushy, sticky, and tasteless. Frankly, apart from the presentation, we've eaten better at roadside diners.
Furthermore, when ordering, I asked the waiter if they had wine by the carafe. He said yes, so I told him I'd like red, and he gave me a choice of three wines: a Côtes du Rhône, a Merlot, or a Gamay. I found this odd, so I looked at the menu and saw that only the Merlot was available by the carafe. If I hadn't checked, I would have ended up with an extra €20 on my bill!
It's a pretentious restaurant that isn't worth the prices it charges, except perhaps to pay for the impressive number of waiters.
26/02/2026: Excellent restaurant with generous portions, served with great care. There's a very nice variety of dishes; I'm very satisfied with this restaurant.
