On the other hand, the waiting time was too long which is a shame.
Room a little noisy.

Having stayed at the hotel all week, I greatly appreciated the little details that make all the difference: quality bathroom toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, complimentary bottled water, small nougat treats, excellent towels, superb bedding, lovely scents in the rooms, a soothing and cozy atmosphere, and delightful staff. The value for money is unbeatable. Go for it! 😉

16/12/2025: Excellent! By far the best Japanese restaurant in Valencia! I recommend it 100%... refined sushi, quality ingredients, and a very warm welcome.
Still at its best in 2025 with hot dishes and an expanded menu (katsudon, ramen, chicken teriyaki).
We recently tried the katsudon (breaded cutlet) to go and it was delicious. The hot dishes really add something special to the menu.

28/10/2025: A small family meal; we enjoyed the dishes, it's a shame the desserts weren't homemade. Another negative point was the person who greeted and served us; she lacked a smile and seemed a bit closed off. Lacking warmth and not very welcoming... uh, I was talking about the dining room, of course 😏.
15/09/2025: We ordered two €12 takeaway menus. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal!
The burger was excellent (nothing like DoMac&Co), the fries were still crispy when they arrived, and the starter salad was very good too.
€12 for a starter/main course/dessert, we didn't really know what to expect, but now we're in!
The only downside, to be honest, even though it doesn't ruin a meal for me, is that the welcome was rather neutral (neither friendly nor unpleasant).

28/09/2025: The café in the centre allows locals and tourists to have a drink and eat (it's the only one open every day) which is positive. I understand that after the season, they are tired, but a minimum of courtesy would be appropriate.

27/12/2025: We highly recommend this restaurant. On our way to our holiday destination, we met the waitress outside, and her friendly manner and kindness made us want to stop and eat. We were warmly welcomed despite the late hour. And what a treat! A happy little boy enjoying his pizza and parents savoring a duck breast with morels.
Thank you for your excellent work and your kindness; we will definitely be back!
