19/09/2024: Disclaimer. I never got to do an actual tasting but still would like to share my experience. Got an online reservation for lunch the day before and received confirmation email(as it turned out later it was a waiting list confirmation). Not suspecting anything the three of us arrive at 12 noon. The place looks very nice and upscale and is completely empty, except for a few workers.
The man in front, who is meeting us, speaking perfect English, quickly found us in the computer and seemed to be visibly annoyed with us. "Its always a problem with you, foreigners" that you can't understand what's in the email, it clearly says "waiting list" and so on and so forth. We politely inquired that may be we can seat at the bar or anywhere in the corner and just taste a few wines. He said it is absolutely not possible, that he is expecting a large party any minute now and did not suggest any alternatives for us. He clearly wanted us to leave, which we did.
we certainly did not appreciate his attitude and were taken aback by pure disregard of our situation even though mistake was ours.
Will Not attempt to come back. There many other options out there.
09/09/2024: Disinterested help from the employee. In the end we bought some because we are familiar with the wine. After climbing the hermitage, I am looking for some stories and tests instead of having to ask for help

08/12/2024: A nice quiet inn, with a very nice restaurant with very good value for money!
The rooms are simple, but very clean and very pleasant with a view of the plain.
A pretty interior courtyard, nicely renovated buildings recently.
A nice, quiet place, ideal for staying in the Crest region, 35 minutes from Die or 20 minutes from Saou.
Ideal for a relaxing weekend :-)

Mercredi 8 aout, 10h du matin il fait chaud une pause s’impose …
Etablissement sympa pour une pause sur la jolie place des arcades. La carte est gourmande (pas de restauration) : Bières artisanales, thés de qualité (les même que chez moi), sirops bios et des friandises et glaces semble-t-il savoureuses.
Une « Bivouak » (bière de Nyons) bien fraiche pour moi et un café pour madame. Nos "voisins" avec des enfants se sont tournés vers les glaces (selon eux très bonnes).
L’équipe de service agréable et dynamique et pro : pas trop d’attente pourtant la terrasse complète.
Un bon petit plaisir de cet été.

Wednesday August 8, 10 a.m. it's hot, a break is necessary...
Nice establishment for a break on the pretty Place des Arcades. The menu is gourmet (no catering): Craft beers, quality teas (the same as at home), organic syrups and sweets and ice creams that seem tasty.
A cold “Bivouak” (Nyons beer) for me and a coffee for Madame. Our “neighbors” with children turned to the ice cream (very good according to them).
The pleasant, dynamic and professional service team: not too much waiting yet the terrace is complete.
A nice little treat this summer.

26/08/2024: While passing through Dieulefit, we chose to have dinner in this restaurant quite by chance. What a great discovery. A welcome as we like them, a smiling and pleasant lady, available with whom we were able to chat. Very good cuisine made with good products!

Group of 6 two colleagues did not have their dish after asking twice, lunch.. we left at 2 p.m. without them having eaten their dish because they had to go to work and also the chef yelled at his waiter in front of us, we didn't have to witness this... too bad because it was a nice and good restaurant.

06/09/2024: Hard pizza!! Not good the ingredients are invisible to the naked eye!! I advise against passing tourists like us. Expensive too. Never again!!
29/08/2024: Ordered 2 pizzas. After about 15-20 minutes, inform them that they can't make one, they don't have any tuna🤔 so after about 45 minutes we get our 2 pizzas. Goes off to eat open the lid on mine = a black burnt pizza🤮 goes back and asks for the money back, no it's not possible he has to make a new one... do I have to wait another 30 minutes?! Never ever experienced such bad customer service. would the wife eat her pizza while I wait for my new one?! What were they thinking now🤣🤣
Never again. There is a better pizzeria on the other side of the square.
