08/09/2025: An excellent daily menu, a perfect welcome and service. We were served quickly because the storm was approaching and we had to take off again for Aix-en-Provence immediately. Thank you to all the staff for this excellent meal; we highly recommend this place. I came back a week later for lunch with my daughter, and we had a wonderful time. The pomegranate was delicious. 18/11/2024: Sincerely very disappointed... It's a shame that investors don't think about the premises... it's all well and good to make big sentences about your menus but the kitchen must follow suit! It’s been a long time since I ate bagged salad! I won't tell you about the rest it was very bad, the only positive point fast service at the same time we were the only ones in the restaurant (4 people) I understand why there were people! Thanks as well to the waitress who was great 👍

04/12/2025: I am very disappointed. This is the second time we have come as a family, and when we asked to be served two crepes (I should point out it was barely 5 pm), the gentleman said it wasn't possible. We really get the impression that he doesn't like his job and that he rushes through customers to avoid working. I don't think I'll be back!

14/09/2024: This MC Donald's has a wider choice than in the Netherlands. I think a menu with a Big Mac, potato wedges, chicken nuggets, a drink and an ice cream sundae for less than 14 euros is fine. In the Netherlands you don't have it. Staff was friendly and the restaurant looked neat. All in all very good.

08/09/2024: Perfect except for this waiter in the dining room who I courteously ask if I should be worried about not seeing my coffee arrive 10 minutes after ordering. He continues on his way at first without saying a word to me and so I have to call him out again and he replies "I can't help it, it's not my problem" and leaves. Honestly, fortunately I am calm and friendly because it was really shameful from a service point of view. The lady I saw next who put me in touch with the manager was completely cordial and even friendly. The manager is cordial. Be careful with your recruitment, this gentleman is not made for service. Come on, while we're at it, let me point out that this same person rushed past us with our order before bringing it back to the counter. He didn't see our easel but I had time to understand that my order was on his tray... impossible to call out to him because he was rushing! The 3 menus arrived hot and as ordered. Clean restaurant. Perhaps missing is a changing table for men... because only one for women is complicated at busy times.

14/09/2024: It's clearly disgusting, not good and unpleasant staff (rare among Asians who are usually very welcoming) the food is lousy shrimp fried with the skin on I've never seen that in my life noodles in oil a lot of uninteresting food and for the takeaway it's clearly stealing I'm really sorry for the people in Alençon who have no other choice but to go to this horrible restaurant they take advantage of the fact that there is nothing to eat in Alençon to clearly pick your pockets don't spend your money on it, it's nonsense

30/09/2024: You are made to wait while the customers who arrived after you are served… This is not serious for such a bakery which offers exceptional product quality. One more person behind the counter at 8 a.m. would have avoided this inconvenience.

22/09/2024: What can I say.... Deplorable welcome, saying "hello" is a concept, I'm not even talking about a "thank you" or "good evening". We took it to the drive-thru, and we noticed that something was systematically missing. This evening no sauce, no napkins, no smile... In short, no desire to come back, thank you for forcing me to eat well!

17/09/2024: We came in July and ordered 2 McFlurry (one caramel suede and the other caramel mms). When we got home we realized that our ice creams were in fact sundaes (so without topping). I immediately called the restaurant who took my address to send us a voucher as compensation. It's September and I still haven't received anything. Ashamed.

08/09/2024: Idéalement placé sur la place des Arcades à Nyons. Il est possible de s'installer à l'abri du soleil sous les Arcades ou il y a toujours de l'air et de la fraîcheur. On peut aussi s'installer au soleil. Service rapide et sympa avec des propositions sont simples et variées. Idéal pour la pause de midi.

31/08/2024: Que de changements mais pas dans le bon sens !!! Beaucoup de choses à revoir si vous ne voulez pas que le resto mette la clef sous la porte. Y a t-il vraiment un cuistot ? Cuisson de viande demandée, non respectée. Beaucoup de produits industriels (sauces, salade et accompagnements) Second de cuisine ??? Bof bof Quand à la carte ... Plus grand chose par rapport aux autres années. Ce qui est servi à table ne correspond pas à ce qui a été commandé ( bière ... légumes du plat ) Mettez comme enseigne " saladerie " et "créperie " ça sera plus simple !!! Même avec un geste commercial nous n'y reviendrons plus jamais mais par contre à NYONS oui.

04/12/2024: Expensive for an industrial kitchen. Fun with young children who love going to the playground. It helps to keep the cost down.

21/09/2024: So first of all it's supposed to be fast food and here it's slow food. The floor is sticky and the smell is terrible, we wait a very long time for a small order Instead of arguing the staff should take care of their customers in terms of services and cleanliness. One of the worst McDonald's I've had!
