17/01/2026: The taste and quality of the food more than made up for the lengthy service. We came as a family of four, and everything was delicious and very generous. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!

08/01/2026: The Sure by Best Western Valence Nord hotel previously belonged to the Campanile chain, so it's impossible to know if its layout is typical of Best Western hotels. However, the service is excellent. We did notice that the showers in all the rooms are very small. The English expression is "you can't swing a cat." In winter, a hot shower is ideal for stretching your muscles. I had therefore planned to give it 3 stars, but this morning, breakfast was impeccable (the waitress gave me permission to mention her name in this review). Sandie had prepared a lovely assortment of cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit, honey, jams, hazelnut spread, tea, and coffee. One of the eggs was runny, so she made us some piping hot scrambled eggs. We also noticed the napkins placed on the bread to encourage guests not to cut it with just their hands. It's the little details that make all the difference. The bread was exceptional (texture and flavor). Sandie therefore deserves 5 stars. I hope this review will be helpful to new guests regarding the showers (the water was always hot, which was very much appreciated). It would be better to place the tissues on one side rather than in the middle, as the bathroom shelf is small and you also need to put your bag on it.

02/02/2026: Good experience at this restaurant very close to Marques Avenue, friendly welcome, efficient service, and good food. Correction to the previous review: it is possible to order any dish from the menu, even during sales periods. Review dated February 2, 2026.

20/01/2026: When you see the managers' responses to criticism, I think that all the energy spent insulting and humiliating these customers should be used elsewhere. These criticisms could lead to self-reflection, but apparently stupidity prevails. If you have even a basic understanding of cooking, you don't serve ratatouille in January. And the "origin of the meat" label—France or EU—aren't they taking us for fools?

07/10/2025: Honestly, my parents didn't experience any kindness or warmth from the staff. It's a mess, and there was no one to greet us. They had to call a number not specified in the reservation, and since they don't speak French or any other language, they didn't see the sign. The room was adequate and adequate, but for the price, we honestly wouldn't stay here again.

28/10/2025: A fairly quiet golf course BUT a major problem with the lack of respect shown by the employee who mows the lawn and collects the balls. In contrast, the lady at reception is very pleasant!

23/10/2025: Disastrous experience: We went to the driving range with two friends to practice our big game and have a good time together. However, as soon as we arrived, there was a man picking up the balls without protection, making it difficult to shoot without risking hitting this person. After a while, we were stopped by this man because, for his taste, we weren't hitting our balls fast enough, knowing that it was 4 p.m. and the golf course closed at 5:30 p.m. following an exchange. This person was extremely unpleasant, criticizing us for only coming to the driving range and spending only 10 euros per person for average facilities. A highly unpleasant experience that made us not want to return.

21/09/2025: Bland and tasteless crepes. No sides. Disappointed. Prices too high for crepes lacking in toppings. Friendly staff, but the crepes aren't exceptional. Also, very surprising, the establishment only accepts payment by cash or check!!! A bit limited.

24/06/2025: Without a reservation, we were accepted onto the terrace at 12:20 although there were already many tables occupied. When the waiter offered us an aperitif without giving a menu, I indicated that I was already hungry. He indicated that there would be a wait, but I confirmed that it would not last more than 1/2 hour. The aperitif was served without any snacks. The waiter circulated between the tables with an obvious level of stress. Alas, at 1 p.m. passed without even having the menu, we understood that it was time to leave and never come back!!

09/12/2025: No complaints about the food, it's McDonald's. No complaints about the service, which was quick and very pleasant. However, the kind of loudmouth they call their manager is unbearable. Not only is her voice grating, but yelling at the staff in front of customers should be punished by management. She shouldn't forget that without servers, there's no McDonald's, and without McDonald's, there's no job for her. Calm down and relax, retirement is still a long way off.

13/08/2024: We enjoy coming to eat at the pizzeria from time to time! The prices are very affordable and the pizzas are good! Thin pasta and garnished with care! Children's menu also very good, the nuggets are actually pieces of breaded chicken fillets! Perfect for children! The desserts are homemade! The welcome is friendly! It is advisable to make a reservation to get a table! See you soon !

10/08/2024: Pizza like the reception, mediocre. We were with 2 teenagers, and asked that they could share their pizza: request refused if we did not pay 6th extra. Result 50 euros for three pizzas with poorly cooked dough. Establishment attracts tourists, to avoid there are much better pizzerias in Crest.

05/01/2026: They forbade me from bringing the dog in for hygiene reasons, even though the day before his colleague dropped a bag on the floor, picked it up, and then made a kebab. Where's the hygiene in that? Instead of giving me grief about not being able to bring the dog in, lol, that's the last time I'm setting foot in there.
