30/09/2024: We bought a pistachio cake for 6 people on a Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. There were 2 cakes left for 4, 2 cakes for 6 and 2 cakes for 8. Happy to find a cake from this renowned pastry chef in Valence at a sure late hour, I would have appreciated being told that this cake was thawed…well just taken out of the freezer because we drove 40 minutes, and ate this cake at 10:30 p.m. and the pistachio mousse was still not defrosted. Fortunately we did not intend to freeze it because everyone knows the consequences of such an act....in the future I would ask for more precision on the manufacturing date.

The server is very friendly.
We were seated not very far from the toilets and therefore a lot of passage near our table because the passage space was narrow.
I have doubts about the homemade dessert (tarte tatin), the fruit was a little frozen.
On the other hand, I had a Gondola and the cook was very generous with the salmon and it was delicious.
The salad also comes with its sauce, a treat.

Each dish is beautifully presented, original, delicious
The sommelier introduced us to some very good wines, the cheese platter is sublime
The whole team is at the top, taking great care of the customers
31/07/2024: Family lunch at the brasserie. We were smoked from the start by the brazier since the lunch was on the terrace. Place without much charm, the welcome is very cold especially if you don't take entry...you are typecast! Correct meal without more. Madame Bonnet, you have to change jobs if customers annoy you. So we didn't have a good time as the Michelin guide suggests...we were advised not to come, it's done and there's no going back.

01/09/2024: Cute restaurant full of food, beautiful dishes for not very expensive and attentive service. Open from morning to evening, involved and passionate restaurateurs. More than a repair on the road or while camping, a good dinner at reasonable prices.

10/09/2024: An unpleasant welcome and inappropriate comments towards customers. Products on the menu which are no longer available once at the table (aperitifs, main courses) and a heavy atmosphere. The meal is still decent despite a slightly excessive price.
04/09/2024: Modern space, view of the kitchen and the preparation of dishes, the service is efficient and judicious, the dishes are copious, I liked it and I will come back 😃

Problème de vin au départ qui n' était pas bon.... bouteille changée par un autre vin!!!
J ai pris comme dessert un café gourmand..et j ai trouvé un bout de papier en plastique...je l ai signalé au serveur..ce dernier ne sait pas excusé..et il ne m a pas changé mon café...
Au moment du départ j en ai parlé ce qui a étonné le monsieur à l accueil...
Dommage pour un tel restaurant que le serveur ne soit pas à la hauteur du poste qu il occupe...
23/08/2024: A l'orée de Montélimar, un endroit calme pour savourer un bon repas. Parking clientèle, le gravier crise sous les pneus et déjà un serveur souriant arrive vers nous pour proposer une table. Terrasse ombragée, tranquilité et simplicité de bon aloi. Des produits locaux cuisinés avec amour, des vins à juste température avec des informations sur les vignerons, des desserts maison, quoi de mieux pour passer un excellent moment. Je recommande sans réserve.

21/09/2024: Mon frère et moi avons été très bien accueilli à l’escale de fonfon, les plats sont savoureux et les assiettes généreuses .
Mention spécial pour le cadre, l’extérieur comme l’intérieur nous permettent de profiter du port ainsi que des coteaux ardéchois.
Un établissement super sympa qui nous permet de déguster des produits de la mer à côté du port de Valence.
15/09/2024: Nous cherchions un endroit où déjeuner simplement de plats estivaux. Il se trouve qu'il y a un décalage dans la mesure où la carte est un peu trop "haut de gamme" pour l'endroit.

22/07/2024: A place that I have been recommending for a few years but since the butcher's shop changed staff, I find that it has lost a lot of staff. Customers were rushing to order meats, etc. (Before)
MTN gives me the impression of a poorly organized display with lower quality. And I'm not talking about their fragmented organization. You can come in the morning in summer, the weather is really nice and you think you can treat yourself by going to the butcher's and picking up a few sausages, and the new staff will answer you, dsl but they will be ready around 3 p.m., lol how can I tell you that It's at lunchtime that we have a barbecue and not at snack time. And because of that I had to change destination to do my shopping, a store without a butcher's shop that holds up isn't of much use to tell the truth.
