05/08/2026: I am a picky eater, so a 3 out of 10 is a fine rating for me, and that is what this place deserves. The staff are amazing; they crack jokes and create a fun atmosphere. What sets this place apart from a five-star restaurant is the excessive use of oil in the food, especially in the salad. The quality of the menu, the tables, and the seating is also not top-notch. Despite these disappointments, I would definitely recommend this place for a simple afternoon lunch. The food isn't bad and the service isn't arrogant, so it's a fine place to eat. 👍

The tables are immaculate, the garden meticulously maintained, the decor thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. And then there are places like Le Garde Manger. A place that doesn't try to impress. A place that lives. A place that feels more like the workshop of a passionate artisan than a conventional restaurant. At Éric Dupuy's, you quickly understand that the essence lies elsewhere. In his garden where the flowers that will end up on the plates grow. In the vegetables he patiently ferments. In his caramelized onions, his dandelion honey, his foraging, and all those invisible little preparations that require days, sometimes weeks, of work. What struck me wasn't just the quality of the dishes. It was the emotion they evoked. A simple eggplant omelet becomes a journey. A fermented beetroot tells a story. Each bite brings a surprise, a balance, a depth rarely encountered. You immediately sense that nothing here is meant to impress. Everything is there to please, to convey something. And perhaps that's what makes this cuisine so moving. You leave with the feeling of having met not only an excellent chef, but above all, a man consumed by his passion, who dedicates his time to creating, experimenting, cultivating, and sharing. A few days later, I wouldn't be able to describe the table or the decor in detail. However, I still remember the flavors. And ultimately, isn't that the greatest testament to a chef's talent?

13/05/2025: While visiting Crest, we chose this restaurant for its daily menu featuring fish or meat. From starter to dessert, we were delighted; the fish was cooked to perfection with delicious herb-infused vegetables whose aromas linger in the mouth. The welcome was very friendly; this restaurant is well worth the detour.

I especially want to highlight the warm welcome and professionalism of the young women who served me this afternoon: smiling, pleasant, patient, and very attentive. 20/07/2026: Great, it's calm, the waiter is smiling and friendly, I felt a bit like I was at the beach with the parasols and their "Dame Blanche" (white chocolate dessert) is very good, perfect for cooling down in the heat.

09/08/2026: A wonderful discovery right next to the Palais Idéal. We had an aperitif. The €7 was a generous portion. Then we both had ravioli with a small salad. Everything was delicious. The Adelice ice creams are a real treat. The staff are friendly, smiling, and attentive. All this on the shaded terrace. We were even able to choose our table.

24/07/2026: We are an association that provides adapted holidays for people with disabilities... This is our second large order from this vendor. Six pizzas, and they refused to give us a bottle of Coke... "For six pizzas, take a can, but not a bottle." Yeah, right, we'll split the can between seven of us... ridiculous. We came last week for an order of nine pizzas and we ordered from them again. But in this region, forget about any sense of business. Just stingy, unhelpful people. In Marseille, you don't even have to ask; it's automatically included...

09/08/2026: The setting is quite nice, the food excellent—a big congratulations to the chef. However, the blonde waitress doesn't make me want to come back; she's unpleasant, responds coldly, and gives the impression that she's being bothered and wants to get home quickly. I won't be returning here because it creates a very cold atmosphere.

11/02/2026: Passing through Montélimar on numerous occasions, I never fail to stop at the "Brasserie des Négociants." The management and staff are particularly welcoming, professional, and kind. While the establishment maintains rigorous hygiene standards, I was taken aback by a comment I read... perhaps the author should verify the accuracy of their statements and check their sources more thoroughly. Without hesitation, I give this establishment 5/5, both for its warm welcome, the professionalism of the management and staff, and the absolutely impeccable hygiene.

01/05/2026: I'm a vegetarian and the staff are amazing! They made me a vegetarian sandwich that was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Taksim; the place is very clean, the food is excellent, and to top it all off, the staff are very friendly and professional. A thousand thanks to them!

28/07/2026: You should definitely avoid this restaurant. We waited 30 minutes at a dirty table, then a young man came, cleaned everything, and took our order. Then he kept coming back, saying they didn't have this or that. Forty-five minutes had passed. Then an extremely unfriendly older woman came and irritably informed us that they had practically nothing left. We should decide immediately from the few remaining options, and quickly. Anything else would be pointless. It was simply a matter of getting rid of us. They could have told us that right away. This place isn't worth visiting, just like the rather sleepy town of Montèlimar. She then snapped at us that we were too late. Okay, they could have said that too. Unfortunately, we didn't get to "experience" the supposed love of the restaurant staff/owners. Unfriendly and no hospitality whatsoever. Response to your reply: We were there before 3 p.m., and you made us wait 45 minutes!!!! Just say they didn't feel like serving us.

27/07/2026: The previous guests' food was only cleared away after 30 minutes, and after that, we were only asked what we wanted after another 10 minutes. We still hadn't received any coffee or iced tea (easy to make) after 30 minutes, so we just left. Poor communication.
