16/09/2024: Lovely atmosphere, great service, delicious food and sangria. Welcomed from the beginning and very attentive and efficient service. Absolute opposite from our experience in restaurant Ore in Versailles. Must book though as it is always full. We went twice during our short stay in Paris and liked it more than a Michelin starred restaurant.

09/09/2024: Super! Une impression d’être en Espagne à 2 pas de la plage des Vosges. La terrasse est top. Les plats sont servis super vite, chaud et super bons! Je reviendrais et je recommande !

19/11/2024: While passing through Normandy we stopped here to spend the evening and we were pleasantly surprised by the place. The tapas were excellent and for 4 the bill was more than reasonable.

14/11/2024: Very expensive 26€ for rump steak… ok well cooked, with a few new potatoes, but frankly these are off-the-charts prices. We are in Agon-Coutainville, where only the late Madame Leprieur ensures the reputation of the town. Don't go overboard, even in Paris we don't charge these prices.. This is the Place to be… to be plucked from your wallet! Oh and don't ask for the wifi code, it's just for the restaurant staff, the wifi.. In short, we are in a town where the soon-to-be-decorated youth think they have to go to the plancha.. Well I won't go anymore, keep your golden rump steak!

25/08/2024: Only one problem, we are from Burgundy, my nephew is a sommelier, and if we say that a wine is stinging, it is not to get a refund for the bottle but to say that it is unpleasant. It was not a 10 euro bottle.

19/08/2024: What a shame not to announce that there are no more pizzas! Very good salmon carpaccio Good Chablis ham Hearty salads Too bad for the service... lots of waiting Young seasonal workers I think

03/09/2024: The hidden terrace is really a plus, but one of the tables is almost unusable due to the state of the floor. The charcuterie and cheese board is plentiful but the quality is a little disappointing. Otherwise, the servers are cool even if in high demand!

06/11/2024: A very pleasant place. A good welcome. The delicious meal, congratulations to the chef for his quality mixtures, like the pumpkin with maple syrup, yum yum. The kindness of the owner and her good advice for cold drinks. Good value for money... The only downside is that we live too far away to come there often... But we promise, next visit to Grenoble we will be back with pleasure. Very good address for anyone who wants to eat good, healthy food, and at a reasonable price.

28/08/2024: Disappointing experience with the mountain salad for €15, there are 4 sticks of cheese placed on 1 slice of raw ham in pieces…

26/08/2024: A big plus for the appetizer which was hummus. Bravo for the initiative. Be careful with the other dishes, however: the pasta had no taste and was overcooked while the chocolate cake was overcooked inside. The service was good otherwise.

22/09/2024: A place that I particularly liked but my last experience was catastrophic... inedible squid like rubber, fries were reheated, salad poorly seasoned. 30 minutes to take our order while the customers who arrive later are already served... industrial sangria, this establishment uses low quality products.

02/11/2023: Blah blah blah, the menu is the number of people who ate my trap, usually I always look at the reviews on Google and the length of the menu to decide. When I saw chocolate mousse on the menu, poor me I thought it was the worst of my life. Of course it was the end of September and therefore fewer staff but at this point 🥇. What to say about the burger, the promise was tempting but what a disappointment the bread was super soft and very good but the rest, the meat much overcooked (maybe ask for cooking) a little bit of cheese, a little sauce, a slice of tomato. I always avoid putting too negative opinions because I have more than 20 years of cooking behind me but wow

09/11/2024: Nice and cozy restaurant in Ascain. We went for dinner based on the good reviews and it was a success. Of course, thank goodness that one of the waitresses was able to translate the menu into Spanish for us because otherwise it would have been difficult to know what to choose. The food is home-made, of good quality and well prepared. We ordered the Basque chicken with a side of potatoes and salad, a hamburger, also with a side of potatoes and salad, and for dessert, 3 portions of Basque tarts filled with different fruit jams. Everything was excellent, we loved it. 100x100 recommended.
