17/05/2026: We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday at Auberge Le Cassiet and had an absolutely perfect time. The meal was excellent from start to finish, generous and full of flavor. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed it! But beyond the quality of the food, it's the welcome that truly deserves to be highlighted: the staff and the owners are incredibly kind, attentive, and warm. Thank you to the entire team for helping to make this moment so special for my daughter's 18th birthday. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

My parents and I loved our meal from start to finish, and the waiter was very pleasant: he explained the origin of the ingredients and the different dishes. Of course, this restaurant offers a menu based on seasonal produce! I highly recommend it :)

Menu changes according to the fresh seasonal ingredients. Very good local wine and cocktails. Gourmet food, enjoy any time. 17/04/2026: THE RESTAURANT TO TRY IN ASCAIN! We stopped by chance one evening in Ascain and what a discovery! The chef was lovely, the food generous and delicious! The txuleton for two was perfectly seasoned, the fries were homemade, the sheep's cheese was excellent, and the pistachio-raspberry fondant was delicious… everything was homemade! If we're ever back in the area, this will definitely be our next stop!

08/11/2025: A very pleasant experience, good quality service, with excellent farm products. A dish you don't find everywhere anymore. Very reasonable value for money, and a great view to boot.

02/05/2026: Wanting to please my Spanish wife, I took her to this Spanish restaurant, "the oldest in Paris." The service was impeccable, the waiters very kind. But she ate what, for her, wasn't paella. It didn't taste like an authentic paella. That's a shame.

09/04/2026: Traditional Peruvian cuisine: caúsa, anticuchos, ceviche, lomo saltado... no Nikkei-style fusion here. The dishes are authentic, beautifully presented, and delicious. The wine list features excellent Peruvian and Chilean wines, and the pisco cocktails are expertly crafted. I recommend trying the lucuma flan with a small coffee—it's a homemade treat you won't find anywhere else! As an added bonus, you can then visit the nearby Peruvian grocery store and find a wide variety of Peruvian products: different chilies, bottles of pisco, corn flour, all kinds of dried goods, and even Huanuco cheese.

It's a shame that, as usual, some people show no respect for the place or for others (customers and staff working at the lake, restaurants, lifeguards, etc.). Thank you for thinking of motorcyclists by providing a dedicated parking area 👍🏼 A locker system for storing helmets and jackets would be a real plus 😉 Just a thought ✌🏼

11/03/2026: Dinner with the kids on a Saturday night. Roman-style tripe as a starter, incredibly flavorful and perfectly seasoned, followed by spaghetti with a sausage and fennel ragù that was simply divine. Friendly and efficient service. A well-chosen musical playlist. Pure culinary bliss! 😍
