19/05/2026: We visited the brasserie. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We sat and ate in the vaulted cellar (presumably the former wine cellar). It was very quiet and secluded from the general hustle and bustle. Very romantic. The service was very friendly, and the concise menu was sufficient to find a suitable dish. The wine recommendation was a perfect match for the meal, and everything was delicious. The brasserie is highly recommended.

29/03/2026: It's not haute cuisine, but it's very good. And above all, the staff is incredibly friendly: the owner, the young waitress, and the cook. It's a shame we didn't have enough sauce for our fried food. But the baked egg was a superb combination.

My parents and I loved our meal from start to finish, and the waiter was very pleasant: he explained the origin of the ingredients and the different dishes. Of course, this restaurant offers a menu based on seasonal produce! I highly recommend it :)

Menu changes according to the fresh seasonal ingredients. Very good local wine and cocktails. Gourmet food, enjoy any time. 26/05/2026: Always a warm welcome, well-organized and efficient table service, even though we were a group of 20 to 22 people depending on the year. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, and the view is superb.

26/05/2026: We went to the restaurant for lunch and had an exceptional time with each dish being better than the last. Even the children's menu for our little one was incredible, with a super friendly waiter.

15/01/2026: Ludivine gave us fantastic advice, and the wines were delicious! She waited for my husband even though the shop was almost closed, which saved our evening. P.S.: My husband is still apologizing for the diesel smell 😅 Thanks again, we'll be back very soon and at the right time.

17/04/2026: THE RESTAURANT TO TRY IN ASCAIN! We stopped by chance one evening in Ascain and what a discovery! The chef was lovely, the food generous and delicious! The txuleton for two was perfectly seasoned, the fries were homemade, the sheep's cheese was excellent, and the pistachio-raspberry fondant was delicious… everything was homemade! If we're ever back in the area, this will definitely be our next stop!

12/06/2026: My mother went to this shop because she thought her phone screen was cracked. The shopkeeper took the phone, checked the model, went to the back room, and quoted her over €158 to replace the screen. After checking, it turned out the phone screen wasn't damaged at all: only the tempered glass screen protector was cracked. We simply removed the tempered glass, and the phone was in perfect condition. I find this situation very regrettable. A professional should be able to distinguish between a cracked screen and a simple cracked tempered glass screen protector before quoting such a high price. This experience leaves us with serious doubts about the accuracy of the diagnosis and gives the impression of an attempt to overcharge. I do not recommend this shop.
