08/04/2026: Thank you to Marcia and Philippe, we chose their restaurant O AVEIRO to celebrate the christening of our nine-year-old daughter with our family. There were 26 of us on Sunday, April 5, 2026. Everything was perfect, from the service to the delicious food. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return! 👍

08/02/2026: We had a fantastic time at this Portuguese restaurant with our group of bikers. The welcome was warm, the service quick, and the staff really friendly. The dishes were generous and delicious, with authentic Portuguese flavors. A friendly place where you eat well and feel comfortable, perfect for a night out with friends after a motorcycle ride. 26/07/2026: The waiter was a short, red-haired man—sorry for the word, incredible!—nothing to complain about. Quick, efficient, and full of humor, as he should be. Perfect food, except that the bartender and two other waiters acted like they were running a corner shop.

29/07/2026: I've been to this wine bar many times and the welcome was always fantastic, the advice was great, everything was perfect. It's very rare that I leave bad reviews, but this time I had to. I went back on the evening of July 28th; I had a reservation on the rooftop. We were greeted by a very unpleasant waitress. We wanted a glass of Chilean wine, and she told us we had to order the whole bottle because she couldn't open several bottles at once. I can understand that, but we've done it several times and we've never received such a response. She then said, "I'll check what's open and get back to you." A while later, she returned with two glasses of wine and told us it was Spanish. A friend asked her if she knew the name of the bottle, and she replied that she didn't. So, to be in a wine bar and force us to order a wine we don't want isn't very good customer service. If she had told us she only had Spanish wine, we would have been happy. He reportedly said no, so I refused his glass of wine and ordered a spritz instead. My mother dealt with the same person when buying a bottle and received the same reception. It's a real shame for such a great wine bar…

26/06/2026: We'd been wanting to come for ages! 😉 We weren't disappointed: A generous and, above all, excellent mixed platter. A wonderful discovery with an extraordinary Pomerol 🍷. We'll be back because the place is very pleasant, as is the staff.

01/07/2026: I'd definitely do it again. Apart from one small, or rather major, negative point: the fees for the piers are less than 5 euros. I find it quite irritating to be treated like that, especially since I'm a regular customer. This comes from me and my dear friend Jules. Cheers!

29/06/2026: A warm and friendly welcome from a team of equally friendly women. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The south-facing terrace can be shaded, making it a perfect spot for sunbathers or those seeking a bit of respite from the heat. The nearby shops, such as the bakery next door and the Intermarché supermarket, make it a natural meeting place for regulars and newcomers alike, all seeking a friendly atmosphere. The numerous activities and events offered each month further solidify its place among the city's cooperative businesses and cultural hubs. One minor complaint: they don't have melon syrup...

21/12/2025: We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Patxi's! It was pouring rain, but the warm atmosphere of the restaurant made us forget the bad weather. The servers were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was varied and of high quality. We will gladly return.

09/04/2026: We stumbled upon this long, narrow bar with its little door, decided to give it a try, and left happier than ever! The owner is a gem; we laughed, sang, and danced to his old-school playlist of our favorite tunes... in short, thank you again, Jacques, for this wonderful discovery and encounter. Aline

07/08/2026: I felt like I was bothering the servers, even though we were there at the very beginning of service. The restaurant wasn't overbooked, which makes this attitude even more incomprehensible. We were there for about an hour. During that time, the staff seemed more preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves and checking their phones than attending to customers. The service was mediocre, and the food was equally poor. I strongly advise against going to this establishment. Even after speaking with the manager, he explained that the poor service wasn't his fault. In that case, who is responsible?

07/08/2026: So I see the rave reviews and I'm really wondering what happened that day. It's probably the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The omelets weren't seasoned, which isn't exactly a complicated recipe... (and don't even get me started on the green salad, there was absolutely no dressing). The service was slow and the waitress was unpleasant to boot. And we paid a lot on top of that, so just avoid this place.

29/04/2026: Fantastic find! We were looking for somewhere to watch a game with friends and couldn't find anything… then we stumbled upon this bar, and honestly, we have absolutely no regrets. Great atmosphere, top-notch service. The owner immediately made us feel at ease; he was incredibly friendly and attentive. He even offered to take us outside to get some food and bring it back so we wouldn't miss the game, which is really rare! We felt right at home. I highly recommend it! 👍

31/07/2026: Only the deserts and drinks where good, DO NOT order the hot food it was the worst food i had in my life. I thought I was going to get food poisoning thats how bad the meat and pizza was

08/06/2026: Patio has very nice shade at 14-15h. Food was filling and delicious, I recommend the steak à cheval. Price is great, 7€ for the meal and staff are friendly, can't ask for more!

30/07/2026: Each time we've been (early Saturday evenings), only for drinks, the atmosphere has been calm. Service has been discreet. Good cider. Still haven't figured out the happy hour rules.

04/07/2025: A pleasant terrace with local produce, but ultimately, tapas-style, overpriced. 22 euros for a miniature bao. The service was slow despite being there for four tables. And the waiter wasn't very friendly. It's a shame, because the setting, away from the crowds, is pleasant.
