07/06/2026: Small, typical restaurant; we ate outside, the meal was good and well presented at a very reasonable price.

23/05/2026: A lovely, laid-back discovery while taking the waters nearby. The entrance is a little tricky to find, but once you do, it's paradise. A cool and quiet atmosphere, everything you need to unwind at lunchtime.... It must be livelier in the evening, but it's probably a gem in this area too.

27/07/2026: The tapas menu was not very extensive, but it was tasty and fresh. Nice location.

27/06/2026: We only had one drink, but the service was very friendly and welcoming. The manager made sure to accommodate our 10 guests. It was lovely to be on the terrace here.

20/07/2026: The servers were very pleasant, smiling, and attentive, adapting to our requests. Good prices and a great location! We watched the World Cup final there yesterday, and despite the crowd, they were impeccable! The only slight downside was that our mussel pintxo was good but too small for the price, and the mussels were very small. I still recommend it, though! It was right next to our hotel 😊

19/07/2026: High prices for what you get. €5 for four sandwiches with a small chocolate bowl. €40 for a charcuterie board for "four" with hardly anything on it. It used to be a good, nice place, but unfortunately, it's changed a lot.

25/05/2026: We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday. We greatly appreciated the kindness of Soso and his wife. We were delighted because everything was perfect. The table was beautifully set, the aperitif was very convivial with excellent tapas. The meal was delicious and very generous, and the cake was superb... all this at a relaxed pace, allowing us to savor every moment. Thank you, Soso, for your warmth, your guitar, and your kindness.

27/02/2026: An unpretentious restaurant, perfect for meeting up with friends (which is exactly what we did), in a rugby-loving atmosphere and enjoying simple, hearty meals like grandma used to make. We shared a convivial experience at very reasonable prices (starter, main course, dessert, and coffee: €18.10), welcomed and served by a Biarritz rugby legend. Humor and simplicity reigned. No frills, the focus is on the food and the friendly banter. The atmosphere was filled with stories and wonderful moments from the Biarritz Olympique's glory days, and the spirit of two other pillars of the club—Serge Betsen and Serge Blanco—was palpable. (And many others besides.) Thank you, and see you soon, Soso!

01/08/2026: We waited 45 minutes to be served despite having a reservation. When I pointed this out, the owner told me I needed to be patient. He addressed me informally and touched my shoulder, which I absolutely did not request. The portions were ridiculously small. I paid €25 for a salad, and there was no vegetarian option on the menu, although I was able to work something out. The cake was delicious, but we won't be back.

29/07/2026: Excellent food made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Very friendly staff! Really great value for money, I recommend this restaurant 100%.

04/07/2026: We ate well, but the welcome, although polite, was cold. We felt like we were bothering them throughout the meal.

12/06/2026: Amazing experience, the hotel allowed me to drop off my bag pre check-in, which allowed me to explore the beautiful city of Bayonne. The receptionist Claire was extremely welcoming and accomodating.

05/07/2026: We came for drinks and tapas one evening: the cocktails were good, but the tapas were truly awful. We ordered the mixed tapas platter for €32: mozzarella sticks, breaded chicken, fried shrimp, fried calamari, croquettes, fried jalapenos… we didn't even eat half of it, it was so bad. (And yet, tapas are the staples; they're often frozen, which you can tell when you order them, but I've never had tapas this bad.) So, I recommend coming only for drinks.

27/06/2026: A disastrous experience. The welcome was cold and unpleasant from beginning to end. Both the owner and the servers were unfriendly and disrespectful, clearly giving the impression that our presence bothered them. There was no sense of service, no listening, and no effort to satisfy customers. Even for a simple request, the response was curt and unprofessional. As for customer service, it seems to be nonexistent. Fortunately, there are many establishments where customers are treated with respect. I do not recommend this bar and I will not be returning. To top it all off, it's a bar with a bad atmosphere.

14/04/2026: Business dinner, Monday, April 13, 2026 The waiter was fantastic! Appetizers, main courses, and desserts were excellent. The timing was almost perfect (the wait was a little long). The decor is stunning. I will definitely return.

05/04/2026: A wonderful discovery during our stay in Perpignan. A warm atmosphere, a fantastic welcome, and a delicious tasting of fresh products. I recommend it 200%! I look forward to seeing you in the north.

01/07/2026: We came for a drink, and on the advice of one of the waitresses, we ordered a platter which we highly recommend! The two waitresses were pleasant and smiling, while the waiter was cold, which was almost unpleasant – the only downside to this little getaway.

24/06/2026: The little place has lost its identity; no more conviviality, no more friendly and approachable servers, just the feeling of being a nuisance. So I'm changing venues to rediscover the pleasure of having a drink with friends.
