03/09/2024: We enjoyed the crispy prawns, the lamb shoulder which I recommend because it was delicious and the snickers bodega with 3 chocolates.
Truly sublime products.

27/09/2024: I only rate the restaurant. Disappointed !? The big Basque dishes that fall into your shoes no longer exist! From now on, it is the small dishes (admittedly very good) on the big plates, which does not reflect the gastronomy of the ancients!

18/09/2024: We came on a Wednesday lunchtime in September. You have to show up early to hope to get a place!
It is an essential address for authentic Basque cuisine.
We tasted a plate of Serrano ham and a piperade (typical Basque dish). Hearty and very good, with a glass of red wine.
Very friendly and helpful waitresses.
The restaurant ticket card is accepted.
I recommend!

16/09/2024: Début septembre, lors d'une balade dans Biarritz, c'était une évidence d'acheter dans cette pâtisserie de renom, un gâteau basque à la crème pour 4 à 6 personnes (au tarif de 14,50€ ce qui est raisonnable) En effet, il y a 6 belles parts. Jolie pâte avec l'emblème du pays basque. Cette pâte est d'abord croustillante puis moelleuse à la dégustation. Ensuite, une généreuse épaisseur (voir photos) de crème à la vanille vraiment délicieuse. Le tout forme une pâtisserie vraiment excellente, incontournable. Je recommande.

13/09/2024: Mountain restaurant where you are warmly welcomed in a common dining room that you share with the day's hikers. Minimalist menu with good quality local products. Omelette with porcini mushrooms, prime rib, garbure and other dishes.

10/09/2024: If you don't know where to go for an aperitif and eat afterwards, I recommend this place which is located in Bayonne, for my part I really liked this place and I will leave with other people.
30/08/2024: We went to this place because it had the kitchen open a little later than the rest. The service was quite clueless but friendly and what we ordered was good, especially the duck.
