22/09/2024: I don't understand because it is averagely rated. This KFC is very much better than the one in Villebon. For children there is a big play area. It is huge. The team communicates well with each other, so the service is fast and efficient. The dishes are good. 🙃 3.5 is not representative. The place is clean. There are various types of tables which I find nice. 😶 so maybe I came outside the rush days but for the moment my 9 year old son and I are very satisfied. I recommend coming here too. It's great.

13/12/2024: Cold sandwich!! It's not cool I of course asked but that's what They changed the Sandwich without any kindness or apology. And the ketchup would have to be explained to me how to use it for fries....no container to pour it into; but that's in all McDonald's. Their version without disposable packaging is worthless and needs to be reviewed; it never seems clean

12/12/2024: Frankly avoided endless waiting more than 20 minutes for two sandwiches a drink and a fries pfff not even an apology and the worst sandwich with cold sauce and cheese not even melted in the burger a horrible smell of urine in the toilets man hygiene deplored When you come home, the trash can is overflowing everywhere, it's impossible to put anything in it and I haven't been to see the kitchens yet.

19/01/2026: It's outrageous! I went to the drive-thru and waited 30 minutes even though there was no one else there. The man who took my order didn't even listen: he forgot two meals. When I realized I'd already been waiting for 15 minutes, he was talking to some friends at the car window, and they were shouting everywhere! Zero respect for the other customers. Avoid at all costs!!!!

17/01/2026: Only one of the two meals ordered at the drive-thru arrived. The customers in front of me laughed for 20 minutes with the employee, who was completely unprofessional. The service at this McDonald's is deplorable. If there are two of you and you get home with only one meal, you can watch the other person eat; it's really appreciated. I've had this problem several times with this McDonald's, so something needs to be done!

31/08/2024: Good evening, We won't go back there. Very dated and restaurant that is falling apart... average service, the meals nothing exceptional and the atmosphere is not there. The toilets: a horror. Too bad, we really like this brand but we will return to the one in Villabé (91).

27/01/2026: Bad experience. When I got to the checkout, they took my order, and I turned around for two seconds to take my partner's order... The cashier moved on to the next customer... Completely unprofessional. Luckily, her colleague took over and was very welcoming. I was waiting for the hot chocolates prepared by the first cashier... she practically threw them on the counter... No goodbye, no smile... I suggest you change careers, miss.

19/01/2026: I come here regularly without too much trouble, even though the atmosphere between the staff seems less than ideal and all the customers seem to be taking advantage of it. But this lunchtime, while eating my sandwich, I found a piece of cardboard in my mouth, which wasn't very pleasant. I called the bakery but without success, as it went straight to voicemail...

09/01/2026: We've been ordering from them for delivery for two years now. Never disappointed, the sushi is always very good and at a very reasonable price!

01/11/2025: Hello, tonight my partner and I ordered at 9:40 PM and around 10:30 PM the order was canceled! This isn't the first time this has happened at this restaurant! It's a nightmare; most of the time there's a delay of over an hour, sometimes even two hours, on top of the given delivery time! And no discount for the wait, either! We will never order from them again! We had placed six orders with them (we told ourselves it happens sometimes), but this is the last straw! So I advise you not to order from them! I gave them one star, but if I could have given them less, I would have.

28/08/2025: I'd like to share a very bad experience I recently had at Häagen-Dazs in Évry. From the moment I arrived, the server was cold, rude, and clearly unpleasant. He didn't even say hello or goodbye. Right from the start, he tried to push a customer ahead of me, even though she was at the back of the line. It was she herself who corrected him by telling him, "No, I was at the back." When in doubt, I was even prepared to give him my seat, thinking there might have been some confusion. Despite my polite, smiling, and respectful attitude throughout the exchange, his behavior only deteriorated. When I calmly asked him if everything was okay and why he was behaving like this toward me, he simply replied coldly, "That's just the way it is." I also noticed that he had the same contemptuous attitude toward anyone wearing a headscarf. Even after payment, his behavior became even more closed, as if he wanted to make it clear that I wasn't welcome. And to top it all off, my order was botched: he barely put half a scoop of ice cream on my waffle, and the milkshake literally tasted like water. No care, no effort, as if he was bored serving. In 2025, how is it still possible to experience this kind of discriminatory treatment in a public place that's supposed to welcome everyone with respect? If I had known I was going to be treated this way, I would never have placed my order. It was a shocking, deeply regrettable, and completely unacceptable experience.

31/12/2025: Hello, today I ordered two pizzas for delivery. I called to find out where the delivery driver was, and I was told my order was for takeout, not delivery, and that it was already ready. However, the manager switched them to delivery as soon as they arrived, and they were cold. This isn't normal, and on top of that, I paid a lot for two pizzas. This isn't the first time I've ordered delivery; they're used to it, but today they were bad.

20/12/2025: This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever eaten at. Pizza Hut has always sold greasy pizzas, but not to this extent. The dough is so oily that just holding it with your fingertips leaves your hands covered in oil. The pizza box is greasy right up to the lid. The pizza is so greasy that after the first slice, your body can't take any more. We will no longer recommend this place, and we wouldn't recommend it to you either, unless you're bulking up and still have some fat on hand, but you won't get any enjoyment from it.
