14/08/2024: Restaurant ou l'on mange en terrasse l'été ce qui est fort agréable, mais attention aux moustiques!!! Les plats proposés sont bons et copieux, le tout pour un rapport qualité-prix correct. Juste un petit bémol, que les Carbonara proposés soient cuisiné à la française avec de la crème fraîche. L'accueil est également de qualité, vous êtes reçu avec le sourire.

13/08/2024: I went there last night with my girlfriend for the first time. We were very satisfied. The staff is very welcoming, chats with us, always smiles. We had pizza. Very good and large. The dessert was also very good. The terrace is pleasant. I will return without hesitation

07/08/2024: Disappointed because you have been a customer for several years, they are trying to steal from you, look carefully on the card how much you owe and pay attention to what you are told. It’s often 1 euro more. We explain to you that it is an error that certain pizzas or salads are a little more expensive hence the error except that when 2 different people have already made it for you then it is no longer an error and again I am sure that had already been done to me before. As a customer for a very, very long time, I admit that we can no longer trust, be wary of “you are fine..”

03/08/2024: Client depuis plusieurs années, attention à votre rendu de monnaie je vous conseille de regarder avant le prix sur la carte car c'est très très souvent que l'on vous demande 1 euros de plus pour les pizzas ou salades à emporter on m'a fait le coup 2 fois et pas la même personne, on vous dit que des pizzas ou salades ne sont pas le même prix et que c'est une erreur, il faut juste essayer d'y croire. Les pizzas et salades sont bonnes à voir pour la suite.

27/07/2024: Great place to eat home-made food. Portuguese owned, as I was told. Love the hamburger, but missed tasting the typical Portuguese dish that I saw on the tables, some kind of stew, I think. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

02/12/2024: I'm not really used to this type of restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. Very warm welcome. The staff is very friendly and smiling. The buffet is very well stocked and diverse. However, it would be good to indicate the compositions (spicy or not....). Everything I tasted was very good and fresh. The billing system of 5 euros per unfinished plate is really good to avoid waste, I hope it is followed well because 4 full plates are thrown at the next table... a shame. The toilets are very clean and even at the end of service, it is very appreciable. I won't hesitate to come back 🙂

05/09/2024: Novotel Sénart Golf de Greenparc was easy to book and prepared a warm welcome and easy check-in. The Reception and restaurant/Bar staff was very friendly and experts in their role. The overall stay experience was satisfying and I am sure to recommend it to colleagues and on Google Maps. The Hotel has a clear sustainability program which had been successfully implemented. Here are some tips to make the stay excellent. The Building Facade paint and entrance / sliding doors could receive renovation as it is th customer's first impression of the site. Glacing Cleaning could be improved. The entrance sliding doors have no sluice/air curtain to prevent energy loss in summer and winter time. For some reason, I could not connect my phone to the TV with the provided platform it did not work. Wifi speed could be improved for hotel office working A dedicated Co-Working space area could be provided for back office work. The elevator could receive renovation Ailes to hotel rooms could receive painting, Carpet, and renovation work The Emergency Door Staircase Level 0 -Reception is slamming very hard. Paint on the Balcony Grey painted Floors could receive renovation. Swimming Pool opening times to be extended - 9 pm is short after dinnertime Wellnes&Spa Program services to be offered Actual Room Temperature could be displayed to show guests the proper temperature reached (New Controller) For some reason, I did not find toilet brushes in the toilet as expected. Lawn Mowing could be improved The Green Area could be improved to provide guests with a small recreation area with a deckchair and an outside bar The parking lot marking width is too small for the actual SUV Car size, it could be reorganized to make parking more comfortable. Parking lot fine-asphalt cover could experience renovation as it has reached the end of its lifetime, beeing rough, with holes and tripping points. Flowers, ther are little to no flowers inside the hotel - plastic plants do not provide a comfortable environment It is difficult to arrive with public transportation (sustainable) as the schedules from buses and trains are difficult for foreign guests to understand. The Laundry Service Truck in front of the main entrance wakes up guests and disturbs them during morning meditation of course this is the main backbone service of the hotel may be a more suitable side entrance can be created to make the laundry invisible and quiet in the service levels The mini-bar could offer some 1-2 non-alcohoöic welcome drinks for first arrival day (Hotel Indigo group experience) The Water dispenser in the Ailes is perfect and could display the cleaning and disinfection interval as the customer expected. In-room 124 the LED lighting beams of the Bed need renovation (end-of-lifetime) Ther could be USB-c Charging on bed tables and work desk as it is European Standard (Mariott Courtyard Experience) There could be a bathrobe and slipper in the room to get easily dressed to wellness and the pool area. Ther were no changing rooms found in the pool area and lockers to keep phone and wallet.

02/08/2024: I went to this restaurant this Wednesday with my two daughters aged 4 and 9. The person who welcomed me tells me that they are going to close...it is 12:45 p.m. Seeing my astonishment, she ended up saying that it bothered her that I stayed because my little one was crying (a little yes, but not screaming or big tears) which risked disturbing the other customers at the table! We therefore left very surprised by this poor welcome given to children in a place which bears its name "good reception" very poorly.

23/07/2024: I think the restaurant should change its name because the welcome is terrible, whether on site or on the phone. The 2 stars are for the cuisine which is very good.

15/11/2024: Rather friendly welcome, generous plates. On the other hand, no drinks menu and the 1/4 rosé significantly increased the price of the meal.

07/11/2024: To flee!! We went this afternoon with colleagues (30 people) We have reserved meals in advance to facilitate service…. The meal was brought to the table cold!! When we went to the bar to pay the bill (individually) we got a comment from the owner like “you’re going to give me bad service! » when we were at the end of the shift and there weren't many people left!! In addition, a meal was charged extra!! Otherwise the decor and the music are nice. Damage

13/08/2024: We ate in this restaurant last Sunday evening and it was a very bad surprise. Indeed, if you like galettes des rois, this is the right place. We were lucky enough to find a superb fly in my wife's salad well drowned in the sauce. We had to call the waiter 3 times for him to come and he wasn't surprised that much. So we stopped eating, disgusted. At the time of the bill, if I had not said that I would not pay the entire bill, no one would have ever made a move on me. Very disappointed and disgusted therefore forever.

12/08/2024: Rather quiet restaurant with space. Welcoming server Disappointed by the burrata carpaccio which had neither the appearance nor the taste and even less the texture, the parmesan which accompanied had no taste. My husband had a calzonene, the dough was good but only half filled.
