10/07/2024: Nous avons décidé de venir manger ici malgré un appel téléphonique peu encourageant pour s'assurer de la disponibilité des places. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante. Tout d'abord, les burgers sont excessivement chers et la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Pour plus de 18 euros, les burgers sont sans goût et les frites sont grosses et pâteuses. De plus, le service, bien que rapide, était médiocre : le personnel ne semblait pas intéressé par notre satisfaction . Personne ne nous a demandé comment s'était déroulé notre repas, montrant un manque total de considération pour les clients. la carafe d'eau est restée vide sans que l'on nous propose de la remplir. Le gérant ou manager a tenu des propos racistes, même s'ils n'étaient pas dirigés contre nous... Très désagréable d'entendre ces interactions ... Enfin, pour ceux qui voudraient venir regarder un match ou autre sur le bel écran vidéo projeté, sachez que le son est très bas, rendant l'expérience moins agréable.

15/06/2024: Affreux …nous sommes arrivés à 19h45 et repartis à 20h20 ….pas de carte, pas de commande et surtout aucun intérêt pour nous nous ..ce n’est pas sans avoir fait des signes pour qu’on daigne venir nous voir et sans passer à côté de nous …le responsable fait uniquement du vent ..toujours les mains vides à discuter avec les habitués …une honte …à fuir …c’est bien la 1ere fois que j’écris un avis négatif !!!!!

Quality products, olive oil flavored with homemade thyme, soft-boiled egg on perfect Italian salad👌 Mille Feuilles with extra red fruits. Fish, extra meats. AAAAA andouillettes grilled in the fireplace, always... Always a friendly welcome in the dining room. Obviously we always come back to it 😊😋 Ironing 😉 Another pleasant moment, seasoning, cooking and tastes just right. Thank you David, for so many years of delighting our taste buds. It's been a while since we've been to this restaurant. The welcome and service are as warm as ever. The products are always magnified by chef David👌 Home-smoked salmon and soon the foie gras season... we come back very quickly to find, with good value for money, that little creative touch which makes the difference between soulless chains and their powdered sauces. Here everything is transformed on site. See photos. Homemade fries, grilled meats in the fireplace, spit-roasted chicken...👏What a pleasure to recharge your batteries in this restaurant. Madagascar vanilla rice pudding with homemade salted butter caramel. Extra. The menu changes according to the market. Perfect service. Creative and fresh dishes according to the seasons. 23/12/2023: Since the change of owner, recovering a package has been done with incompetence and rudeness. It doesn't make you want to linger and consume anything... The new Asian owners barely speak French which makes communication problematic!

09/03/2024: Great culinary experience in this historic restaurant in Evry Courcouronnes. I haven't been back since 2003 (in the meantime the chef has changed). We were received by a warm welcome and appetizers fresh from the oven. The chef later came to meet us to present the menu. We opt for the homemade foie gras and its chutney, the sweetbreads and the blanquette of lotte vielle France. Generous portion, fresh and quality products. For dessert, the floating island was delicious. All the ingredients for a pleasant time at the table. We feel that chef Thierry is passionate. He transmits his love of cooking to us through his beautiful plates. We had a pleasant time: thank you to the restaurant Le Canal: faultless from start to finish. Very good continuation and see you soon.

15/11/2023: The pizza is overall good, however, there are a few areas for improvement. The egg in the center is delicious and well cooked. However, the cooking is not uniform, the ingredients seem to be arranged unevenly, creating very full areas and others less full.

11/11/2023: A great pizzeria that delivers or you can take it directly from them. Their pizzas are very good as well as the Stiks mozzarella. Always generous portions. Never hassle with deliveries or pick-up orders. People always friendly and smiling with a little word each time I recommend ;)

18/09/2024: Very good restaurant, very good quality of ingredients... Very warm welcome... a small Asian restaurant, more specialized in Japanese, to recommend without hesitation 😊
