The bins were overflowing, so the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. There was an error with our order: they forgot the fries and, most importantly, they forgot the toy in the child's meal. When we went to speak to the employee, they gave us a dog toy instead…

14/02/2026: As a loyal customer of this restaurant for almost a year with my children, I have always appreciated the quality of the food. However, my visit today was a profound disappointment: I noticed a radical change on all levels. The most disturbing aspect is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke that permeates the entire dining room. It's regrettable, but I will not be returning.

14/10/2025: Honestly, very disappointed... Hard rice and bulgur, probably reheated several times, so dry and flavorless. You can clearly feel a lack of freshness. It was one of the worst kebab meals I've ever eaten. I don't recommend it at all.

23/02/2026: One day I went to McDonald's and I saw a family listening to music in the middle of the restaurant, and on top of that, their baby had pooped in their diaper. We had to evacuate the place, and don't even get me started on the bathroom! I saw a huge pile of poop everywhere.

18/01/2026: Hello, I ordered this evening and the waiter didn't understand anything. I asked for a full kebab with cheddar and a surprise, and it was a plain kebab. And for the chicken kebab, it was full instead of plain. Bravo! He didn't even appreciate my kebab, just the fries. Thanks a lot.

13/12/2025: Where to start? The person who takes the bill is the same person who prepares the burgers. He's aggressive and not at all professional or welcoming. The hygiene is deplorable. He was on his phone before I started my order. He's coughing and not wearing a mask. In short, very questionable hygiene. Let's move on to the burgers: industrial steaks, of course, touched with his hands, and frozen fries, always grabbed by the handful with his ungloved hands. NOTHING FRESH. PRICES WORTHY OF A 4-STAR RESTAURANT FOR FROZEN FOOD. The premises, let alone the place, are very dirty. Avoid!

12/06/2025: Honestly, I come here regularly and I have to say the sauces have changed… The sweet sauce is inedible, it has no taste at all, it's so watered down and it's practically transparent. The sweet and sour sauce is just disgusting, it's tomato sauce diluted with water. I definitely won't be back.

21/02/2026: Okay, I gave it stars because the place is super comfy and the service was impeccable. However, the lemongrass chicken didn't taste like lemongrass at all. It was under-seasoned.

29/01/2026: Increasingly disappointed! Since the change of ownership, I've persisted, going less and less often, but today I've had enough. Boiled meat with sauce added on top—that's not cooking. The owner is unpleasant; a smile is clearly not one of her facial expressions. I won't be going back.

The quality is excellent: the maki, sushi, sashimi, and soup are all delicious and well-prepared. The service is pleasant, quick, and efficient, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. A great place that I highly recommend.

18/02/2026: One of the few McDonald's in France that doesn't offer the McSmart meal deal, what a shame. The burgers aren't particularly appealing, and the quality is questionable. The only gender-neutral restroom in the establishment was clean. Of course, not everyone needs to use it at the same time. The overall Google rating is justified.

08/02/2026: The service is mediocre; there are always things missing from my order (I order every weekend). Last time, there weren't even chicken nuggets in the salad (9.90 euros for a green salad!!). Tonight, a box of 20 nuggets arrived at my house, and there were only 17! Now I even have to count them. About four years ago, it was okay, but it's getting worse and worse—a problem every week. And again, no napkin. In short, disappointing.

01/03/2026: The best compared to the others, the owner is cool, he's the only one who keeps the kebab at €4. Just so you know, it's closed from March 1st to March 21st, 2026 for renovations.

Very dissatisfied. UPDATE: 10 days later, we left a negative review and there's been no offer or apology to fix the problem. Once again, we went to the drive-thru today, February 9, 2026: the fries and potatoes from the meals were missing, as well as the toy and book from the kids' meals and the BBQ sauce... frankly, what a lack of professionalism... we'll be going somewhere else from now on.

08/02/2026: We came this evening, Sunday, and the restaurant was empty. We waited 35 minutes for a children's menu and ended up asking for a refund. It's truly disastrous.
