28/02/2026: Bad test, there's never any salt and the test was ridiculous. 15 euros is so expensive and they didn't even give me a spoon or a cloth.

01/01/2026: We ordered for December 31st. The food was inedible. The spring rolls and samosas weren't fresh, reheated and as hard as shoe leather. The beef with onions had no sauce whatsoever and was disgusting. The spring rolls were the same. The entire meal went in the bin. Very disappointed. I will never order from Chayanon again. This is unacceptable; this restaurant should be shut down because it's not food. It looks like food, but it's inedible. I give it zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

02/04/2026: The service tonight was appalling. Our order was taken at the drive-thru in a very unpleasant manner. This woman was more interested in kissing her colleagues than listening to us. Politeness and courtesy are, after all, basic principles in the restaurant industry. I believe she was a manager—what a fine example! It was 9:40 PM; if you happen to find her, please pass on the message.

06/04/2026: Ordered two pizzas this evening. Extremely dry and tasted awful. Disgusting. I called to complain, but the guy on the phone clearly didn't care. Avoid at all costs.

05/04/2026: I just ordered three XL pizzas online. After an hour without any updates, I called Pizza Hut Montgeron, and they told me that online orders weren't working. I asked for a free pizza as compensation, but the person on the phone said they couldn't do anything without their manager. I understood their reasoning and told them to do their best, but if all else fails, I'd have to pay for the pizza I ordered. Unfortunately, the fourth pizza was missing from the delivery. I called Pizza Hut Montgeron again, and they told me there had been a misunderstanding and that they would send me another pizza, this time free of charge, even without their manager's approval. They did this over the phone's speakerphone in front of the delivery driver. The driver returned 10 minutes later and asked me to pay €19, admitting that the person on the phone wasn't taking responsibility for their actions. So I had to pay for a pizza, albeit half price, but I was against the principle of the thing. I want to congratulate the delivery driver Trahoré, who performed his duties admirably… it's a shame his superiors aren't up to the same standard…

21/02/2026: Okay, I gave it stars because the place is super comfy and the service was impeccable. However, the lemongrass chicken didn't taste like lemongrass at all. It was under-seasoned.

29/01/2026: Increasingly disappointed! Since the change of ownership, I've persisted, going less and less often, but today I've had enough. Boiled meat with sauce added on top—that's not cooking. The owner is unpleasant; a smile is clearly not one of her facial expressions. I won't be going back.

03/12/2024: When you enter this fast food restaurant it's sad, without dynamism and above all all the tables were dirty. I ask if we can clean a table. Madam angry did it quickly.

10/04/2026: Avoid this restaurant. The welcome was cold, I ordered a kebab sandwich that wasn't really a kebab, supposedly with a chili pepper, but they didn't even give me the pepper, even though they prepared it. They advertised the sandwich at €9.50, but charged me €10 by credit card. A complete rip-off.

26/03/2026: First visit: I ordered a kebab without tomatoes, with Algerian sauce. Result: Samurai sauce + tomatoes anyway. When I pointed this out, they told me it was the same color… except it wasn't the same taste or what I ordered. Second visit: I specifically requested no tomatoes, reminding them of the previous mistake. Instead of responding or apologizing, they did exactly the same thing again, adding more tomatoes. When I pointed this out, there was no reaction, just "€9.50" to take my money. It's shocking; it feels like they don't care at all about customer requests. I won't be back.

06/04/2026: Everything is complicated for them in this place. You ask for your drink without tomatoes and you always get them. The drink is never right, there's never any sauce or napkins, and you get about fifteen fries in the bag. They just hand you the drinks through the window without a bag, without any protection, nothing. Tonight, to top it all off, I ordered two Happy Meals. I got potatoes, even though they were more expensive, and of course, I got fries. The sandwiches weren't the right ones, there weren't any toys, and needless to say, there were no sauces either. The sundaes, which were also more expensive, turned into drinkable yogurt. You have to wonder if they're doing it on purpose, it's so unbelievable.

27/03/2026: I pick up my order. My first instinct is to drink the Coke. It's not cold at all. I drink it, and unsurprisingly, it's room temperature. The unpleasant young woman tells me it's not her fault "because the machine is 30 years old," with a haughty air. It's completely ridiculous. On top of that, the fries are cold. It's a total disappointment.

28/04/2026: Two cold coffees and no dessert. It took over fifteen minutes to be served even after several complaints. This establishment is truly awful.

21/03/2026: Since the change of ownership, it's like night and day! Impeccable cleanliness, incredible food, and very reasonable prices. Plus, a sunny terrace and easy parking make everything convenient. I recommend it 100%; it's become one of my favorite places!

14/02/2026: As a loyal customer of this restaurant for almost a year with my children, I have always appreciated the quality of the food. However, my visit today was a profound disappointment: I noticed a radical change on all levels. The most disturbing aspect is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke that permeates the entire dining room. It's regrettable, but I will not be returning.

10/02/2026: Herrmann Bakery (formerly Jeandre) is extremely disappointing when it comes to pastries, especially considering the competition in the area. It's high time they took action!
