The building is a tastefully restored former watermill, retaining its old-world charm while offering the comfort of a contemporary touch. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and modern. But the best part: the cuisine. It's clear that it's an art form. The inventiveness of the dishes, the subtlety of the proportions and combinations, the beauty of the presentation—everything makes it an exceptional experience. The cuisine is meticulously planned, precise, and structured. Truly masterful. A very welcome addition.

02/01/2026: Great motel, quite reasonably priced for a one-night stay for four people. €6.50 for breakfast, a great deal. The restaurant was also perfect, fantastic to be able to walk there. A good little place for people like us who are just passing through.

09/02/2026: The menu is presented. I read about the chef's background and his quest for a Michelin star, but he's not the one cooking—that's already misleading! And as for the €45 menu... You expect slightly higher-end ingredients with elegant presentation, but this doesn't resemble the photos in the guide. It's not that the food is badly cooked (the braised veal shoulder with almond cream and amaretto was good, but we couldn't taste the almond!). In short, it's not good value for money. You can sometimes eat better in certain brasseries!

30/10/2025: Still as good and friendly as ever, that hasn't changed even with Covid. I used to go to Pacy to get the couscous from St André because my sick husband enjoyed eating it, and it was always very pleasant.

29/01/2026: The meal was delicious and the value for money was excellent. The waiter was very pleasant throughout. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a table where a family argument was taking place, but this was in no way the fault of the restaurant or its staff. A very good evening and a great find otherwise.

23/02/2026: We ordered three McFlurries, all three with caramel, but where was the caramel? They really didn't skimp on the caramel. If I had wanted vanilla ice cream, I would have ordered one. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

21/02/2026: Long... long wait, disappointed and starving! It wasn't crowded tonight, and yet, a bad experience and a huge disappointment. We waited over an hour and a half to be served. The reason for the delay remains unknown, as there was no explanation from the owner or the waiter. Everything seemed to be at a standstill; only the waitress was running around aimlessly. At 10 p.m., the food finally arrived, and we were starving. The waiter gave a quick apology for the wait. As for the plate: three cucumber slices, a lettuce leaf, the rice was tasty but quite dry, and the meat was good. In short, no peanuts to tide us over, no complimentary drink, not even a candy or coffee... no smiles either, and we were still hungry when we left. Too long a wait before being served, and we weren't satisfied... We went to a taco place afterward! The first time in my life I've left a restaurant starving! And the atmosphere? I won't even mention it, because we were all just staring at each other. I won't be going back there anytime soon!
