31/01/2026: We had a lovely time on January 30th. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even after 2 pm. The service was quick, and the terrace overlooks the ocean! We ordered one cheeseburger and one kebab combo; they were delicious and the portions were generous. They even offered a bowl of water for our dog! Thanks again 😊

09/01/2026: The photos were taken on a stormy, cold, and windy night after the Christmas holidays—meaning there was nobody around, yet they were open. The galettes were delicious, the crepes too, but you absolutely have to try their lemonade. Yes, I said "their" because they make it themselves, homemade. I ordered a shandy, and I can honestly say it's the best lemonade I've ever had. It had a wonderfully light and fruity flavor. The music was great too, and the service was super cool and friendly. And the place itself... well, you just have to look at the photos.

04/12/2025: A truly excellent experience; I spent a week there. First of all, the hotel itself is very comfortable, the bedding is lovely, and the rooms are pleasant. Not to mention the staff, who are always smiling and attentive. Tell me, what's the smallest problem their guests might have? For example, Yasmine in the dining room is always on hand to serve you a quality meal, and all the daily specials are excellent—that's what I ordered this week. You also have Maxence and Valentin, sometimes in the dining room, sometimes at reception—lovely people, very attentive, who are a perfect example of how this profession can be, if you don't understand, always easy. And let's not forget the person who manages this place with a master's touch, always smiling, often there in the morning at 6:30 am and also in the evening at 10 pm. And Raphaël, who prepared the superb dishes you can discover, which are also excellent. So, an establishment I gladly recommend. Thank you for the week I spent with you.

04/01/2026: One lukewarm cappuccino, the same for the latte. It's annoying to order hot drinks only to get lukewarm ones. When you see this everywhere now... They need to improve their service. And to top it all off, no soap in the restrooms 😡

03/01/2026: For over a year now, I've loved this place. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to offer you different dishes each time. There's plenty of seating. You can tell the sandwiches are made with love, and the bread is always perfectly baked with a variety of ingredients, all at a reasonable price considering the quality.

01/09/2024: Passing through your city, returning from vacation this Sunday plus 1 hour wait at the counters the staff laughed about it in to do. Flee this KFC. To the attention of the boss in France 4 million unemployed. You will definitely find someone who wants to work. Not like your staff this Sunday, August 1, which is crazy about customers.

01/03/2026: I ordered the small rectangular pizzas for home delivery. They were placed upright in the bag, all my pizzas got squashed against the cardboard boxes, and the toppings got mixed up inside. The delivery took two hours, and the pizzas were cold.

24/02/2026: The pizzas are good and generously topped! The staff are friendly! I recommend it :)

02/01/2026: Gironde, friendly, smiling, and unpretentious. Great! It was very good except for the fries which were a little overcooked. Overall, a good experience.

06/03/2026: A great find! This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but its burgers, salads, and homemade desserts are well worth venturing inside to see the menu. Don't hesitate to ask about the sauces; I was pleasantly surprised by the homemade mayonnaise! I'll definitely be back.

14/02/2026: The burger was very good, but the service was rather cold. The burgers and fries got cold quickly. The fries were very soggy and greasy, to the point where it felt like eating mostly oil rather than crispy fries. As for the burger, I asked for it medium-rare. The patty arrived rare inside. Normally, that doesn't bother me, but I asked for it medium because I'm pregnant, so I can't take any risks.

12/02/2026: I just called Subway over an hour and ten minutes ago and still no order. They said the delivery driver wasn't there. I asked if my order would be hot, and he said no. I hope it will be hot. It's been over an hour and I had to call Subway. It's up to Subway staff to see that the order hasn't been picked up after more than an hour. I should mention that I don't live outside of Reims, but only 5 minutes away from the delivery driver.

05/02/2026: Excellent service, the gentleman is very friendly. The opening hours allow us to go there after work.

21/03/2026: Quick is really not great. You arrive around 7:15 PM, and once you pay for your order, you have to wait almost 30 minutes. Do you think you're in a restaurant? One of the reasons you go to a place like this is for the speed! And then there are the little gifts missing from the children's boxes, which are supposed to be a nice little extra for them. You have to ask for them several times to get them! In short, if you're in a hurry, even for a sandwich, you'll have to wait somewhere else; it'll be faster.

21/03/2026: At some point, switch teams. During rush hours, it takes 15 minutes per order... Shame on the owner
