24/08/2024: Very very very disappointed! 1) Not enough change in the cash register. I am being asked as a customer to accept that I will not be fully refunded. 2) 3 large fries ordered but not enough fries to fill the last tray. I'm not being asked to wait for more fries. 3) No compensation, no commercial gesture. It's okay to pay more to get less! However, the staff remains friendly... 4) Fries not exceptional (lots of small pieces and no flavor) 5) And finally, they use the CUD’s free green waste trash bags to serve customers. Mind-blowing! Bottom line: I'm not sure I'll go back!

The 3 cheese paninis once cooked are well wrapped in aluminum but the little cheese that the bread contains leaks and sticks to the aluminum foil so there is nothing left in the bread: very insufficient filling. 05/09/2024: This Thursday, September 5 at 1:30 p.m. collection at the drive-thru reception at the unpleasant terminal we ask for information she sends us for a walk while being unpleasant she gives us false information: I ask her if we can replace the candied tomatoes because I am allergic she answers us that yes I ask her what we can replace them with she tells us: I don't know what you mean by chance (in a really unpleasant tone) by chance I say lawyer. When paying she informs us that the lawyer was extra and therefore to pay extra we tell her that it's not normal she tells us too late the burger is already made and you have already paid... it's not ended up discovering the order our trays of fries consisted only of crumbs of fries no whole fries I say NONE it's a shame. For the avocado there was a little bit lost in the burger + incorrect drink. Staff at this lunchtime unpleasant and unprofessional a shame.

A really small steak, it struggles between its slice of tomato and its small salad leaf. Overcooked fries. When we took the order, we really felt like we were disturbing!!!! Expensive for the result….. Very disappointed What is going on??!!!
